Exceptional service from advice pre purchase through to delivery. A seemless experience which is unusual these days. I have had lots of delivery issues with some companies due to my accessibility but Boconcept’s logistics department dealt with everything end to end. Any slight premium for their quality furniture is worth it.

Super service and advice. I look forward to receiving my second Carmo sofa (replacing another Carmo bought in Paris 10 years ago). BoConcept is massive in France where they are well known for offering “not boring” Scandinavian furniture. I sincerely hope they’ll make it in Switzerland.

From instore to after-sale service, the whole shopping experience was fantastic and definitely deserves some compliments. Consultant Doris assisted us in every possible way to find the perfect pieces with her product knowledge and good recommendations. Even after the closing time of the store, she was willing to provide us all required information. She also contacted us proactively after the delivery and reminded us how to take care of the piece. The delivery team, Ben and Reza, were also friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and in a very organized manner. They paid attention to details: ensured every piece was in the right place, no debris and trash left behind, no damage made. We have already made the second purchase, will definitely recommend the brand:)

I went to the store in Enge and the salesperson Doris Kramer was very friendly and patient. I ended up buying a nice dining table with chairs I will definitely check out for more furniture since the quality and design are nice.
