A huge thank you to Jackie and Gary who were excellent hosts throughout our week long stay at Bod Gwynedd. Great location - just 10 minute walk to the centre of Betws-y-Coed. Our room was lovely and very clean with fresh milk and water supplied daily. Jackie and Gary recommended lovely places to eat and to visit. Lovely scenic walks from the b&b and a bus stop nearby to travel around Snowdonia. The breakfasts were superb with plenty of choice and the welsh cakes that Jackie had made and gave us on leaving were lovely. We can highly recommend Bod Gwynedd for the perfect stay and we would not hesitate in staying there again.

We arrived early before our scheduled check in time and were met by Jackie who was very helpful and friendly. We were very pleased that our room was ready early and it was very comfortable, clean and quiet, with good facilities and even though we were on the front of the building near the road it was not that noisy and certaunly quiet enough after peak traffic times had passed for a good sleep. There is on and off street parking and we had no problems with this. Our hosts Gary and Jackie were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area, sharing with us plenty of holiday ideas and areas to visit, with many tips on how to maximise the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice, substantial portions, which were very well prepared and served and cooked to high standards. Bod Gymedd is well situated on the outskirts of Betws-y-Coed in a very peaceful area surrouded by lovely scenery with a steady 10 minute walk into the centre. Overall a very pleasant experience and great value for money in this very popular area. We would certainly stay here again.

What a delightful place to stay! Jackie and Gary are just the most wonderful hosts that I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! We stayed for a short break over Easter in the 4 poster bedroom (room 3) and it was magical! The little necessities of coffee, tea, water and biscuits (with a kettle too) was a lovely touch! And what a great surprise it was to find a hair dryer and straighteners (especially as I had forgotten my own)! The room was very light and airy, the only niggle was I had a bit of difficulty locking the bedroom door (however, after a few tries each time we went out, it did lock), and weirdly we were only given 1 towel for the bathroom (it was ok as we weren't staying very long and me and my partner were happy to share for a few days but maybe 1 towel each would be a nice touch). The breakfast was amazing and you had the chance to choose from many different options and we enjoyed the cooked options each morning. Jackie and Gary are very easy to talk too and after explaining we didn't have any plans they gave us plenty of very helpful suggestions! The B&B is located in a gorgeous section of wales with a multitude of things to do nearby and brilliant scenery. What a lovely stay - thank you!

We had a great time at Bod Gwynedd. Everything was to our liking. Our hosts were extremely accommodating to our needs, always attentive and friendly. They gave us helpful advice for hiking in the area. Highly recommend. We hope to stay longer next time. :-)

Within 5 minutes of arriving, we knew we had made a brilliant decision booking into Bod Gwynedd. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome from the start, with some great local tips too. It's in an excellent location- a short walk to the centre, but just far enough away from the honeypot of Betws-y-Coed to be peaceful and easy to park. The house itself is lovely, and I really appreciated being able to pick our room in the booking. Cosy, quiet, well thought-out, and with a truly outstanding breakfast too.

A lovely B&B. Jackie and Gary were very welcoming when we first arrived. We were shown around so we knew where the dining room was, the guest fridge etc were. Our room was extremely comfortable and large enough for our needs, having a super king sized bed with soft pillows and warm feather quilt and en-suite bathroom. Tastefully decorated with two comfortable chairs for relaxing in. The room was kept warm at all times. The breakfasts were excellent, with a large selection of hot and cold foods available. All dietary requirements are catered for. I am a Coeliac so unable to eat gluten and wheat. As it is a medically diagnosed autoimmune condition Jackie took extra care in the kitchen by keeping my food separate. Jackie bought food specifically for me, e.g. gluten free sausages and bread etc. which was very much appreciated. Fresh milk and water were supplied each day in the guests fridge.|We were shown and lent books and maps of the many places Jackie and Gary described to us. We visited some of the places they recommended, unfortunatelywe didn't have time to visit them all. The weather was dry, warm and very sunny at the time of our visit which made our stay even better.|The B&B is only a short walk from the village where there are many places to eat excellent food. Jackie and Gary also give recommendations of places to eat. |We recommend this superb B&B as an excellent place to stay. It was so comfortable and friendly that we didn't want to go home. Thank you for everything Jackie and Gary.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was stunning, right in the heart of picturesque Snowdonia, and perfect for travelling around this gorgeous area of the country. Jackie and Gary were so friendly and accommodating and really made us feel at home - and they cook a mean breakfast to get you ready for a big mountain climb! Can't wait to come back one day.
