"The Best Boutique Wineries in Mendoza Winemaker Santiago Achával of Achával-Ferrer says that the boutique wineries Gimenez Riili and Caelum provide a family-style experience. At Gimenez Riili, try the 2009 Gran Reserva malbec. Caelum serves homegrown pistachios to accompany the wines. This appeared in the May 2013 issue."

A nice small and personal winery. Luli was amazing, she took us around the winery and wine making process and she did great explaining their different techniques and wines. Her English was perfect, fluent. Afterwards we had a great tasting where we got to try the different malbecs with a clear distinction between them. Highly recommended

Lovely visit of the Bodega Caelum. I enjoyed learning about their beginnings in Mendoza and their plans for the future and new endeavors (pistachios). Their wines are great quality wines and varied. I particularly liked their paso a paso torrontés white wine (somewhat reminded me of iced wines from Canada or macerated wines from France or Italy.)

Fantastic winery, the owner was super nice and engaging. Person leading the tour could speak english, they let us pick our wines to try. Very good personalised experience and affordable. Highly recommend

We did a wine tasting only, very good and very informative background info. The wines were great, in particular the young Chardonnay and the Gran Reserva Malbec. We very much enjoyed our visit.

Highly recommend a visit to this boutique winery. You’ll need to contact a head and make a reservation and it’s worth it to. We ended up with essentially a private tour but a lovely member of the staff. You really get to see their unique approach to wine. They also grow pistachios and you get to try those too! All their wines from the Classico to Gran Reserve are delicious!

Great. We have tried the "Menu 5 Tiempos + Experiencia Entre Lineas". It was great. The staff is super nice. If another star was possible to add, it is theirs.
