Bodhi Hostel and Lounge

My favorite Bodhi Hostel so far! Great breakfast which is included in the price. The dorms are big and spacious. You get a free towel, which is always luxurious while backpacking + everyone gets their own small van on the bed, as well as curtains!! The common areas are really clean and cozy, inside and outside. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The service was always super friendly, accommodating and so well organized. They also have a cafe inside the Bodhi hostel, where you can get delicious smoothies for 3,50$ or iced coffee. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would come again!

We cannot say how happy we were during the 3nights stay… the kitchen was so clean we just had to cook our own meals. The freshly made pancakes were the best we’ve eaten, the decorations & paintings were so beautiful & we love the area with yoga mats. The garden with the couches made my sister feel like at home. The location of the hostel is more than perfect. Thanks for everything

Pros: staff is very kind, location is ideal, kitchen is clean and very well equipped, the breakfast included is delicious, they have hot water showers, lots of places to relax, area where you can exercise, loads of activities on and they will help you with any questions you have, laundry service is great, towels provided. Cons: the room I stayed in didn’t have a bathroom, the outside bathrooms weren’t always the cleanest, triple bunk bed situation, my plug sockets didn’t work, also lack of bin in the room, had to go outside to put anything in the bin, wifi was unreliable. In general tho, I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Bodhi Hostel in El Valle de Anton is everything you look for in a good hostel. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, welcoming relax areas, cheap price, tasty breakfast, modern equipment (AC in dorms, provided towels, plugs at every bed as well as curtains and a small lamp) and a good location in the heart of El Valle. The fruit market is 3 minutes walking away as well as good restaurants. Two supermarkets are right across the street. The only possible improvement would be to change the sponge in the kitchen more frequently. We would come again at any time. Highly reccomend.

The location is super easy to get to. From the hostel you can go for hikes and to the market really easy. The staff helped me with all my questions and took a lot of time to explain end recommend things. I stayed in the dorm. There are bunk beds for 3 people. Everytime someone gets in or out the bed is moving but the mattresses are comfortable. In the evening and morning the room is a bit smelly because of all the people but they try their best to get rid of it and it works good during the day. I liked the garden a lot. It's a great place to chill if it's not raining :)

We love this hostel (: I’ve stayed at many in Panana and this is best by far!!! Free breakfast, warm showers, privacy in the shared rooms, staff is super nice, beer for a good price, and outlets to charge your stuff. I always meet the coolest people there as well (:

Really nice place to stay in Valle de Anton! Central location, good breakfast, friendly staff and nice rooms. No noise at night so we had some good nights of sleep. Nice common area and well equipped kitchen. It was not very busy with other travellers during our stay, but we got to meet some friendly people.

Awesome hostel! Clean, lots of activities, friendly laid back vibes, kind staff. Very good location. One of the good hostels during my trip through the Americas
