Was my first time to visit Bodhi. I came for dinner with a large group of friends. The restaurant is cosy looking with its timber decor and bar and paraphernalia hanging around for sale. There was no English menu so I had to ask for a recommendation from the waiters who were friendly and helpful. They recommended what was the most expensive dish and when all the meals came I felt a little disappointed that I paid 24€ for Tempeh Rouladen dish that could have easily been much more hearty with more inclusions and value for money. The schnitzel at 19€ (still pricey) looked like better value. The food was presented well but given it is vegan and therefore plant-based, I felt a little exploited by the pricing. My friends had suggested we go there, but given I ordered the recommendation by staff as the meal they would eat, I doubt I would spend so much money a second time to still feel hungry. There is definitely room for improvement on some of the dishes serving size including thoughtful additions to make them look more appetising and healthy, given this is a vegan restaurant. I took pictures of other's meals so you can see for yourself my constructive criticism is valid and I hope useful to this establishment. There is a big chance I will return to Bohdis in München, so I hope the next time to be more satisfied with the experience.

Great find. Just 4 blocks from my hotel, and fortunate to find great vegan cuisine and beer after a 18 hour journey. I tried the traditional Bavarian inspired upon the server's suggestion. Great job! I hope to be back

Great authentic bavarian food with a vegan twist. Reasonable price for a portion this big. Enjoyed every single meal. Recommend the truffle soup.

Bohdi was the culinary highlight of our trip to Munich. An entirely vegan menu in which we were spoilt for choice. The food was exceptionally tasty, the service prompt and friendly, and the meal was delivered soon after ordering. We had the seitan duck (excellently prepared, as seitan can be tricky to get right), some delicious wraps with walnuts and cherry tomatoes, a side salad, two drinks and a really lovely mango dessert. With 10% tip it came to 70€ which, although at the expensive end for us, we thought was justified. If we revisit Munich we will revisit bohdi several times!

Delicious vegan German food!! One of the best meals we had in Munich! The kaiserschmarrn was the peak!! This is a very traditional and unique German dessert, I highly recommend this! The potato/cucumber salad that came with the schnitzel was so tasty!

We came here on a steamy summer evening and sat outside in the shade. The staff are relaxed and friendly. Unfortunately it was just too hot for me to try a full, hearty Bavarian meal. Instead, we shared the cauliflower wings, Keesspatzn, and the big Bodhi salad with gyros. Everything was tasty and fresh. The wings had just the right balance of tender cauliflower, crunchy batter, and sweet-spicy coating. The salad had variety of veggies and a really yummy dressing. The Keesspatzn was creamy and comforting. For us, the prices were kinda high but they're cheaper than some other vegan restaurants in Munich.

The crispy steak dish was tasty and filling. Definitely the right place for vegan Bavarian cuisine. The place looked cozy and even the outside table was nice, they provided blankets for extra comfort on a chilly night. Thank you!
