Lando is truly amazing. I drive more than an hour every time just to see him, and I would do it again without hesitation. He has an incredible talent for understanding exactly what suits you and making you feel confident and refreshed with every new look. Whether it’s a haircut, highlights, or styling, his work is always flawless. Every single time I leave his chair, I receive so many compliments from people asking who did my hair. Lando doesn’t just do hair—he makes you feel your best, and that is something truly special.

Body 2.0 provides the best service. From hair to lashes and other services provided. Jackie has been doing my lash extensions for almost a year and I will keep going back to her. Never hesitates to work with my schedule, listens to my needs and makes sure I’m always happy with her amazing work. Very gentle and her clients comfort is her number ONE priority just like everyone else in the salon is about all their clients. They’ve become more like family at this point. Always look forward for my next appointment, and booking appointments for hair cuts and color like no other with Annette, who got me out of my comfort zone and did an amazing job. The whole team at Body 2.0 is so amazing I wouldn’t imagine having to go anywhere else. Always leave with smiles and satisfied :)

Love this, but I come here and get my eyebrows done. Has to buy it when I lived on lower Greenville, but I’ve moved and I still look forward to coming here to get my eyebrows done.!! Jamie and Annette both doing an amazing job. Such a cute vibe as well

I had the best experience here with Jenny. The salon is beautiful and in a great area. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Jenny did an amazing job doing my steam treatment and my blowout. I left with my hair feeling smooth with great volume and it lasted for days. I highly recommend and will be booking again with Jenny.

It was my first experience at Beauty Bar with Jenny and she exceeded my expectations! I received a haircut, blow out, steam treatment and got my eyebrows waxed! I couldn’t be more happy with the results! I will definitely be coming back.☺️☺️☺️

I know this is a lengthy review but if you're thinking of getting your hair cut here i recommend giving it a read. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I received a haircut as a Mother's Day gift, and it was the worst salon experience I have ever had. During the haircut with Annette, over three inches of my hair was cut off, despite my explicit request to maintain the length. I asked for fluffy, face-framing with lots of layers, but the result was nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. As this was my first haircut in eight years at an actual salon, I was very upset. I cried on the way home and spent my Mother's Day extremely upset about all the length that was cut off after I had spent over a year regrowing it since cutting it postpartum and had finally got it back to a length where i felt like myself again. When I contacted the salon to request a refund, I was met with resistance. I contacted their salon through their Business Instagram and got ZERO response. Their website lacks a clear refund policy, only stating a 50% cancellation fee (which i asked if they could honor so i could get some money back but they refused) there was NOTHING discussing any return policy through services provided. Initially, they didn't offer any refund at all and just for me to come in and "fix" it, when the damage was already done. Then offered barely a refund of the tip and blowout cost, totaling $34, which they confirmed multiple times over the phone after me asking . However, I only received $23 back. Upon calling to inquire about the discrepancy, the staff was incredibly rude. Throughout all our interactions, including when I initially messaged their Instagram page (which received no response), the customer service was consistently poor. There was no apology offered at any point. On the phone they told me it was my fault because I did the math wrong on the amount to be refunded even though I clarified the amount on the original call and they agreed. After this I told them I would be leaving a review and to which the manager Jamie replied "okay see you on google" and hung up the phone. Overall, this was an awful experience marked by a drastic, unwanted haircut and appalling customer service. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER be coming here again. I wish I could leave a zero star review because I don't even feel as though they deserve one. The photo evidence below consists of my hair before the appointment, the inspiration photos I shared with Annette, and lastly the hair cut that was nothing like I asked for.

Please save your money $1600 for a couple of Amazon cheap stuff . The owner is unprofessional.

Ahhhhh!!!! I finally found myself a new brow place specializing in brow mapping. I came across Body 2.0 Beauty Bar on Instagram. One of my friends got her brows done, and by the way, they looked fabulous and tagged the business in her photo. I was already on the hunt for a new brow specialist, which has been very difficult because I'm very particular, and who I normally go to is one of the best in the city. However, the commute was inconvenient, and I wanted someone closer. I originally booked my appointment for Thursday, and somehow, my mind has been going 90 mph, and I arrived promptly the day before. Now I know I am not the only one that has experienced this; LMAO! Kindly enough, I was greeted by the owner herself, Jaime, who was able to proceed with my appointment. I booked a Brow Sculpt that included shaping and mapping of the brow, followed by applying a henna tint for $75. With proper care, the tint can last up to 4 to 6 weeks. As a first-time client, I received a discount, which was an amazing perk! And the finished look of my brows exceeded my expectations. Jaime was so kind and accommodating and really embodied top-tier customer service. I can wait until my next appointment, which will be microblading. This beauty bar offers additional services like body wax and sculpting, tanning, lashes and hair styling. The location can be a little tricky. They are right across the street from the new Starbucks; however, please don't park in that lot. There is plenty of street and neighborhood parking. 10 out of 10 I recommend! Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

I found this place on instagram and making an appointment was so easy. They also take walk ins! Anna did my eyebrow wax and lash lift and she was so thorough and relaxing. They are also offering a 20% off special for November! Will definitely be back

Body 2.0 Beauty Bar has a clean, calm environment no matter the circumstances. Music, no matter the genre, is never too loud. Everyone is always smiling and ready to assist you if needed. I have been seeing Marlene for lash services since the 30 of December '23 and she not only makes sure I'm comfortable but heard as well. My lashes are difficult to work with and she does them without worry. She always finishes my lashes in a timely manner and holds great conversation when I'm looking for one. They also have other services (brows, hair, waxed etc.) that I'll be looking into and recommending those around me to as well.

I got my eyebrows microbladed here by Morgan. She did a fantastic job! I honestly could not be happier. Such a good investment. If you're considering it, just do it!

When it comes to brows and lashes I highly recommend you go someplace else. When I first started going there the girls were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure you walked out feeling confident. Taking their time and paying attention to every detail. There has been a major energy shift. Now the girls come off as aloof and careless with their work. $150 is a lot for a lash lift but it was worth it to me because the results and the experience was what you wish for from a beauty salon. If you do go there make sure it's not the owner you are receiving a service from. You're better off taking a chance with one of the other employees. No matter how much you explain that you like something a certain way they claims that they can do it exactly how you want it and at the end your service you will notice it's nothing like what you asked for. The first couple times I had a bad experience there I felt disappointed and that I wasted money. But I figured it was just an off day for them. So I took a break from going and went back for my first time in a while. I struggle dealing with conflict so I lied and said they were fine and walked out. We've all been there with the nail salons. But someone messing up a service on my face is a next level amount of stress. Especially after paying so much.

If you are looking for a place that gets your brow shape right. Please go here. It is worth ever cent you spend here. My cousin recommended me to this place and I am glad I listened. These ladies are super sweet, welcoming, and don't treat you like they are better than you as other places would. They care to talk to you, and even the owner is very personable with her staff and clients. We love a boss that cares for her staff and clients. I will most definitely go back, but y'all ask for Diamonique, she will get you right with the eye brow laminations. AND she is so lovely.
