I have been a patient of Ben Glenister for four years. Whenever I have any trouble with my neck or back he improves my mobility and eases the pain. Often from the first appointment there is an immediate relief. Ben is very patient, lifestyle focused and explains all the treatments and puts you at ease. He recommends exercises to improve mobility and liased with my PT on returning to the Gym. The care and treatment has been perfect and I recommend Ben unreservedly.

After experiencing upper back pain radiating toward my left elbow, along with numbness in my left hand, I decided to visit a chiropractor. I had the privilege of working with Jack Finney and out of years of working with different practitioners I can confidently say he’s one of the most skilled chiropractors I’ve worked with. I originally visited Jack for neck and shoulder pain which he effectively treated, providing immediate relief and long-term improvement. Been coming here for a few years now and would highly recommend this clinic. I’ve had recurrent neck, shoulder and lower back pain due to work/poor posture, but I always feel better after sessions. In particular, I’ve been seeing Lars Ipsen, who is really kind, friendly and cares about his patients’ recovery. I usually feel quite nervous about neck adjustments but he is always gentle and puts me at ease. He also recommended ways to minimise my pain long-term through exercise and different stretches. Most reliable and effective clinic in London!

Ben has been brilliant in supporting my recovery, both empathically and practical steps and support for recovering as pain free as possible. Without him I'd have been in serious pain for a long time without help. I highly recommend using Bodymotion as being seen to quickly was a massive help too after slipping a disc, 10/10!
