Boeng Yeak Laom

It was nice view of largest lake in Cambodia. There are a lot of local restaurants and also traditional food of Indigenous people in the site. You can wear traditional clothes of indigenous people custom to take photo with nice view of the lake behind.

Magnificent and stunning volcanic lake. It's large and the water is so cool. It's also nice if you like reading under large trees. It's also good to walk around the lake which is around 2.5Km and it takes somewhere from 20 to 40minutes. I got an experience swimming in the lake which I didn't feel it's good to do that. It could be dangerous because we don't know if there are any dangerous animals inside it, but it seems very quiet down there. It could be that the lake is too deep that no fish can survive or there could some effect from the volcano that still remains that fish can't cop with. I have no idea on this.

$2 fee. Have a swim and taste the grilled honey!

We arrived at 9am and I was the only swimmer in this beautiful lake. Tranquil warm water with lovely reflections of the trees. Bought a nice indigenous crafted shirt too.

Amazing view... relaxing walk around the area.. foods price is a bit expensive for the quality provided..
