Bogotá Marriott Hotel

I paid ~ USD 550 a night here with an executive suite room with club lounge excess. Love the room as it has 2 toilets. Though the room is old and run down, lots of space which we need due to 1 month of trekking here. Mattress needs to change as it is sinking down. For charging this rate, they can easily get better mattress. Housekeeping is rather poor as you have to keep reminding them. Club lounge is only use for happy hour 6-8pm and good nice hot food and plenty of snacks to takeaway. |Breakfast has plenty to eat though the yoghurt section needs to improve. Staff are nice and helpful. ||Gym is 24hrs and love their indoor lap pool which is warm and 24hrs! I would stay here again if I've a stopover and I need a good swim! But they need to improve their steam room. It looks dirty and the hot jet doesn't work well.

Just pray your flight doesnt get canceled due to weather, because the only thing they'll do to help you out is basically say "sorry about your luck pal". I didn't even want a refund, just wanted to move my reservation a day due to curcumstances beyone my control, something other hotels are more than happy to do even with promotional rate booking. Any company that's willing to choose short term profits over long term relationships has zero concept of what good customer service means and Im sure it shows in the rest of their facilities. I will be choosing the Hotel Movic Buro 26 from now on instead, Id suggest anyone else reading this do the same.

The hotel is outstanding, the restaurants, food especially the breakfast buffet are wonderful 🥰😋 and the service is great. However, they can do better with the room maintenance, the A/C vent system had mold around which can affect the air quality.

We spent 2 nights at the Bogota Marriott hotel on a spontaneous weekend trip to Bogota, Colombia. The room was perfect with a great view of the city and the mountains. It was ideally located near the airport so we could catch a flight easily, but not too close. Signed up for a couples massage which was absolutely relaxing after a long day of hiking. Big shout out to my masseuse Daisy for the wonderful massage. The breakfast was cold. We went down to the restaurant right at opening and we were surprised that being there at opening that all the food was cold. It was pretty obvious we were eating yesterday's leftovers. Overall a great hotel and I would highly recommend. The executive lounge was extremely well stocked and stuffed with the most professional hotel staff.

Nice, spatious and very clean room. Helpful English speaking staff. Good breakfast on the ground floor, there is a terrace. Location very close to the airport. Taxi always available on demand. Good pool approx 10 meters and jaccuzzi. Safe box in the room. Only one hanger hook in the bathroom: nowhere to hang towels if you are 2 in the room. Crack in the sink.

Nice room and friendly staff. Disappointed that steak house was closed on weekend we were staying.

Wonderful hotel and staff, great location, and a perfect stay at this well-operated property. The customer service at this property was especially top notch, making an already comfortable stay that much better! I was absolutely blown away by the phenomenal customer service provided by Miguel Angel at the reception throughout the stay - he really went out of his way to make us feel welcome and put on an absolute masterclass level of guest relations. I also want to thank Katherine for all the great assistance when I called the hotel with a few questions prior to arrival. Laura and Edwin were also fantastic at checkout as it was a nice and speedy checkout experience! Sandra, Viviana, and Angelica from the breakfast restaurant were also absolutely phenomenal in their service throughout our stay - a really sharp and talented team! Esteban from the lounge and Emerly from housekeeping were also great! Thank you Bogota Marriott team for a wonderful stay - this Titanium Elite is beyond satisfied!

We stayed over for 3 nights. Service was great. Rooms are a little dated even on the executive access floor, carpets are worn. Breakfast was good.Location is great for access to both the City Centre and El Dorado airport.
