Great spot close to everything and amazing personalized attention. They helped us book trips to the Thermal Spa in the mountains and wineries. We appreciated the family atmosphere with genuine care, away from the forced courtesy we’ve experienced in big hotels.

Great location. Nice pool area except why knly one sun bed? Room reasonable size. Breakfasts ok. Lovely orange juice and eggs!!|We had to leave at 5.30am to get flight. Breakfast was still provided which was good. Nice bar area but the best thing was the location. Turn left restaurants and turn right restaurants in a buzzy area. Would stay again.

Loved the room and the hospitality of the owners. It felt like home. Nice located near a street full of restaurants. Shower great, bed was great (and big). Room was spacey. All and all good. Breakfast was personalized, you can order what you wanted. Toast, or how you would like your eggs. Pool was nice for a quick cool down!

Oh, it's all real. A great place, a great location, a great staff. We travel a lot, and this place was perfect. The owner and staff cared so much about us. They did our laundry, they had beer for sale when we got in late. Everything. The pool is small, but tranquil and lovely to sit by and read a book. Wifi was solid and easy. Breakfast was simple, but excellent. Hotel was quiet. Shower had great hot water. Staff helped arrange tours. The location cannot be beat, restaurants and bars and cafes all around. Parks are nearby. So easy, all of it. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is about 1,600 pesos (at this moment, Feb. 2023) about $9 at the official rate, but $4.50 if you buy money on the blue market, on the streets on the other side of the park from the Hyatt, you'll walk past people mumbling "cambio, cambio, cambio" and just say yes and follow them, the exchange rate they offer is double. I was scared at first, but it's safe and easy. Google "blue market" and "argentina" for more info. It works. Enjoy. English speaking staff if you need that. The only weird thing is the doors use old, antique, skeleton key locks. The hotel should probably invest in more modern locks, even at the rate of one a month or something. But the door is watched closely, they have video surveillance, and there are safes in every room. We never felt worried, it's just hard to lock and unlock your door until you get the hang of it, lol.

Good mattress and good location. These are the only reasons we did stay. Service not very friendly and minimalist breakfast. We had the room number 3 which is small and not well maintained with the noise the corridor and the hotel bell.

The location is great and the hotel is good value for money. (The breakfast could be improved...) But the staff and owner are really great - very helpful both before and during the stay. I would recommend it.

Here stayed 3 nights a couple of weeks ago and it was booked through a tour company. We were really pleasantly surprised what great little place it is. Perfect location only a couple of blocks from lots of restaurants and lots of parks. The area is quiet and safe. The owner is a delightful lady and very hospitable, and her son is really helpful and friendly. Love to go back there some time

This accomodation was wonderful. Despite getting sunburnt and falling ill on my first day in Argentina, Silvia arranged a doctor to visit me within minutes. ||||The room was clean and comfortable, the food cooked by her son was amazing the Malbec wine served was a medicine in itself and utterly delicious||||I'd love to revisit and stay with Silvia again in Mendoza ||||All the best Richard and Lewis||(Actually stayed in 2011 but been meaning to write this for a while)
