Bohemian Kids Café

I visit this café quite often and genuinely enjoy it. The food and coffee are consistently excellent. On this visit, I ordered a toast for the first time and honestly one of the best café toasts I have ever had. I enjoyed it so much that I even recommended it to another customer sitting nearby, who was deciding what to order. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly overshadowed by the service. The waitress was extremely rude at the time of payment. She did not say much, but her attitude, facial expressions, and overall demeanor were cold, annoyed, and dismissive. What made the situation even harder was the feeling that my difficulty with the language may have been a reason for the irritation, which left me feeling worse as I left. This was especially disappointing because I was in a great mood and eager to compliment the food. I have worked in cafés all my life and I understand that staff can have difficult days. I am also very critical of rating systems and never leave reviews. However, when a customer is treated in a way that feels disrespectful, it deserves to be mentioned.

Everything we had was top-notch! We visited on the 4th Advent Sunday, and although the place was very busy, we were lucky enough to snatch two seats. The coffee was sublime, the food hearty and full of flavor, and the orange juice fresh and tasty. It was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Tip: Try the eggs in glass with a mountain of Gruyère on top for a filling meal.

Delicious coffee and the cups they served it in were also aesthetic. The food was delicious too but the portions are too small for the price they charge. It's a small cafe with limited seating inside, so not ideal for large groups.

I have been here a couple times now for breakfast and i love it. the breakfast is amazing as well as all the drinks i have tried. My dad had the Avocado Beet Hummus Sourdough Toast and it was really flavourful and absolutely delicious. I once had the Smoothie Bowl which was so fresh and perfectly for my taste (not too sweet and with good granola).I have also had the Bananabread which was great and filling too! can just recommend and will come back. super friendly staff to! :)

Great coffee and amazing food! We even got a bunny in our coffee. My only concern was the price - pretty pricey. 40€ for 2 avocado toasts and 2 coffees. As the city has a lot of students, it is definitely tough to return here.

everything was okay, the place is really small. Avotoast was overpriced and also had to add eggs bcs they do not offer anything else for non-vegan or vegetarian ppl. Matcha was really grassy, not well blended.

These guys are definitely professionals and not kids. They do a few basic things right: good balance of milk and coffee; great milk texture and temperature (they do not mix frothed milk with fresh ones - surprisingly many others do). Probably the best flat white in Leipzig. The picture does not do justice as I destroyed the art before taking the photo.

American Review 🇺🇲 - SO GOOD!!! We tried their toasted banana bread and fruit/museli bowl, and man, they were delicious. My pink latté was a cute, fun little twist. The staff were very kind as well and even gave me tips on where to go in Leipzig! Highly recommend.

They serve some of the BEST COFFEE in Leipzig! In addition to excellent coffee, the offer a delicious assortment of cakes and meals. Vegetarian and even Vegan options. This place is worth the trip to find it. It's a hidden gem (right next to a sex shop).
