Boho Hostel

Boho more like living like a hobo???? My friends and I stayed here and we are not hard to please. I was literally freezing cold my entire 3 night stay. Want a blanket? Nah they all dirty. If you want to take a hot shower bring a wetsuit because they were ice cold. Staff was nice and there was a great community vibe but the community was accompanied by 100,000 ants. Not only are they all over every floor, wall, and room! Nothing says “authentic hostel experience” like waking up spooning an ant This is not a party hostel but there definitely is an ant party… oh and people playing bongos til 3am in the living room. Legit sounded like a live bongo concert in my room If you do want to party don’t even worry about being quiet when you get back because the beds make the loudest creeks if you breathe near them. Honestly concerning and puzzling how the other reviews are so good. This could be a really good boho vibey spot if there was to a bongo concert in my room with a freaky ant audience. Also no need to set an alarm because the maintenance man will be in your room fixing paint bright an early. Overall the hostel was safe with nice people and staff but I would’ve slept better in a tent outside.

Lovely hostel with a homey vibe, very clean and peaceful. We stayed one week in the twin room and had a very comfortable stay. People who stay there are kind and respectful, and the staff is great! Would go back without hesitation. Thank you Penny for having us :)

The new location is even better than the old one! It’s closer to the main part of the city and there is a smaller hill to walk up. Everything was perfectly clean and decorated beautifully. The bathrooms and showers were perfect and the staff was lovely.

After having a great stay at Boho Hostel last year, I was so happy to return to Malta and check out their new location – and it definitely didn’t disappoint!||The hostel is now modern and fresh, with brand-new furniture and a super well-equipped kitchen. Most of the rooms have air conditioning, which is essential during the Maltese summer.||I stayed in the female dorm, which has its own little private Maltese “gallarija” – a closed balcony with rocking chair, a dressing table, and a mirror. It’s the perfect space to get ready or just enjoy some quiet time.||The volunteers made everyone feel really welcome — they even invited us to a local beach bar on Saturday night, which was a lot of fun and a great way to socialise.||Boho remains a warm, relaxed place for solo travellers, and the new space is a real upgrade.

Great stay.Location very central and rooms clean and beds comfy. If you listen to Cliff Richard,have a lisp or dentures then maybe this isn't the place for you. Can't wait to return.Wonderful holiday.

In general an average hostel. we had the double room + the common spaces are fine, the kitchen is big & good fridge, staff is very friendly - window only to a small courtyard where the garbage bin is, the whole room stank from that, location is in a quiet area which is nice but also far away from everything, the decoration in the room is very questionable (bullfighting picture above the bed haha)

I had an amazing stay at boho hostel, it’s clean and very chill Love the facilities The staff is really nice (Malya was great help) I would come here again ! I highly recommend this hostel

I came for my solo visit for 2 weeks boho hostel has a very relaxed and happy atmosphere also penny is amazing! I will be returning!
