Boho Hostel

We loved our stay here! I went with two friends. I made a mistake with the booking (totally my fault) and only booked for one instead of three. The day before our arrival I realized my mistake. I mailed the hostel and they were really quick with the response. They were able to put us three in the same room for 3/5 days we were there which was so nice of them. The staff was friendly, the other travelers as well. If you're in Malta to party or just to chill, this is the prefect spot for everyone. We participated in a bar crawl which was so fun. The staff cleans the hallways and the bathrooms every morning. I loved every second of our stay. Would definitely recommend!

My third time in Boho in 5 years.. amazing place. I loved the backpacker vibes and atmosphere. Apparently the hostel is going to close for winter and opening again in summer of 2025 in a new location. I'm excited to come back and check it out!

This is a wonderful, bohemian, warm, family house where you really want to stay to feel at home in Malta! Thank you so much for hosting us, and for attracting such lovely people. It's only 10 minutes walking to the beach, and it's well connected to the area.

My first time staying in a hostel and first time solo traveling. It was such a great experience. Ideal for solo travellers, lots of nice people to meet and explore the island together. Penny and Michaela were super helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend and I hope I visit again sometime.

Boho is for sure the best hostel in Matla. First i booked 4 nights at the boho hostel, but I extended for 3 nights (total of 7) because boho already felt like home. It was really cheap, the rooms and bathrooms where clean, the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was really good. Also made some friends here.||It was my first solo travel and the boho hostel was a really good place to stay. After spending the day alone in the city or the beach, boho was a place to come home to. Enjoy a beer with fellow travelers, lay in a hang mock or just chill in the garden. |||

I had a remarkable experience with my stay at Boho Hostel while I was in Malta. I go to hostels in order to meet other travelers and also experience communal living. Boho hostel has all that a hostel needs to have in order to give you the experience of communal living. It has a lot of common space including a garden to chill out in, a kitchen where to store and cook your food together with other travellers, and a large living room where you can play chess or simply lie down on a couch to watch something. I can highly recommend this hostel to like-minded backpackers and adventurers.

I had a special time in Boho and met amazing people there! I was sad when I heard the hostel is closing down after many years, but next year they will reopen in a brand new location! Hopefully I can return to Malta and visit the relocated Boho for the same good vibes!

Stayed in the Boho Hostel for five nights and I think it was one of the best experiences I ever had. The place it’s full of history from the people that pass troughs there and everyone is very friendly! The manager was awesome, very helpful and kind (Thank you Nesta for everything!). The common space is very nice, I needed to work from there and everything worked fine, the kitchen and the bathrooms are very clean and organized. The hostel is near the St. Julian’s bay and we could do a lot of things walking, but if you need a bus there is two bus stops nearby (5 and 15 min walking). Thank you very much for this wonderful days at boho hostel!
