I was curious how Boiling Point in SoCal measured up to the Bay so thought I’d try it since I was in town. The hot pots were definitely less flavorful and portions a bit smaller than the one I had in NorCal. Service was ok for the most part. One of the younger male servers (Aaron) told me they “only had bar seating” available which was not true because there were multiple open tables. He also ignored me many times when I tried to place my order and said he “would be back” but never took my order. The other servers and cooks were amazing though, and very attentive and professional!

Google
I like how the tables here turn over fast, compared to other restaurants nearby. People come in, order goes in fast, food comes out, people eat, and leave. Food is good, their fiber jelly at the end is a good touch, the restroom is clean. The workers here are very nice and they pay attention to their customer's needs. They refill the water, and the broth even before you ask them.

The food tastes nice, the sauces are the best! The place is pleasant, and the service is professional. My favorite place for late dinner or lunch. *I wish the meal looked great and beautiful like the graphic photos in the menu and posters. In general, I always have had great experiences here in terms of service and taste of the food and drink.

Decent pre-prepared hot pot. But the service was sporadic which left a strange atmosphere. A lot of people looking for the service team. Would recommend just going across the street to Chong Qing YaoMei Hotpot for a better time.

TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. I can’t believe what happened when I walked into this restaurant today. I arrived at 2:45, placed my order immediately, and was told there was no rice. When I asked how long it would take, they said 30 minutes. That was already unreasonable, but since I was there, I decided to wait. After waiting 20 minutes, the waiter came back and told me it would be just 10 more minutes. Then, after waiting a full 30 minutes, the waiter returned again only to say the rice was still sitting in water because the worker FORGOT TO TURN THE RICE COOKER ON. Absolutely unacceptable. Never coming back.

Google
Glad I went there went they weren’t busy. The tables are so close together. I hate having to listen to someone else’s conversation or talk over them. The food was tasty, although the amount of meat included was less than I expected. When it comes to hot pot, I prefer a “build your own” option. The highlight for me were the desserts, reminiscent of my childhood. I understand why people still like this place, but I prefer to go down to Alhambra or El Monte.

Google
This is a chain Taiwanese hot soup restaurant that serves various Asian inspired flavors. It’s best to dine on a cold day since the soup stays super hot from the burner. The portions were generous but the broth was lacking in flavor and the brown rice was mushy. The service was fast and efficient.

Google
The quality of the meat is questionable. They got both our orders wrong. Charged dinner prices during lunch hours. Bathroom was filthy. Parking is difficult. Anthony our server is why they are getting 2 stars. He was friendly, attentive and hard working. I'm sure there are better places. I did like the individual hotpot since I'm a germ phobe.

Yelp
The perfect lunch after an eventful morning! We came here to eat lunch on a hot day and was pleasantly surprised with the nice AC and good food. We both ordered beef soups and were planning on giving the kid some too. Our waitress surprised us with a complimentary udon noodle soup with bok choy! We still shared some of our yummy beef and fish cakes though. Since we came for lunch, we also got two free drinks included (winter melon juice or roasted oolong tea). We decided to upgrade for just $2.50 for a full tea from Jin next door! As this is one of our favorite boba spots in pasadena, we thought the $5 total for two drinks was a total STEAL! Overall this place is well maintained and run. Come for lunch and stay for yummy soup, free drinks, and complimentary chia seed dessert!

Yelp
My recent visit to Boiling Point was a huge disappointment. The primary reason was the abysmal service we received from our server, "Bryanto." From the moment we entered, he was inattentive and dismissive. It felt like we were an inconvenience to him. Bryanto then directed us to where to sit. We were a party of 2, and prefer more space since we usually more food. Since the restaurant was, at most, to a 1/3 of it's capacity, we asked for a table that would seat 4. Brianto said no, and said that we should sit at a table for 2, since we were a party of 2. I didn't have a problem with this, if this is store policy. The issue was that three other parties of 2 that came in after us, and were all told to sit at any available table, and all were "allowed" tables that would accommodate 4 people. This also would not have been a problem, if there were no other 2-party tables available, but there were. He showed preferential treatment to others, especially if there is female in their party. It's one thing to be busy, but it's another to be rude and show clear favoritism. The food, as usual, was fine, but the horrible service from Bryanto completely ruined the experience. I've been to this Boiling Point many times and have never had such a terrible encounter. I hope management addresses this issue because it's unacceptable. I will not be returning anytime soon if this is the standard of service to be expected now.

Yelp
What We Ordered: #4 Beef Hot Pot $22.73 This is our go-to order at Boiling Point. I wasn't in the mood, but my wife always wants it. Happy wife, happy life, right?! We split one Beef Hot Pot for the three of us, and it was plenty. My wife and son were full, but I was saving room for pizza. It didn't make sense to order two pots. We got our money's worth! We came here specifically because it's a concept location. It was similar to other Boiling Points, but the service was great. At our usual location in MPK, we have to flag down servers. The servers here were attentive and nice! This location is called a concept because they have a tea shop next door. You can order drinks from your server, which is a perk. Another perk is the complimentary seaweed dish and the free drink shot when you pay. We really enjoyed this Boiling Point and would definitely return!

Yelp
I come to this location often with my wife. Yes it is a busier location and street parking only. It doesn't bother me much. I just want to express how friendly the staffs are and they are very helpful. Food is consistently decent and one pot normally will fill one person. I usually order noodles or extra proteins in the side. It's a bit pricey but it's a great spot for sudden hotpot craving. The restaurant is clean and we always feel comfortable eating there.

Yelp
Came back after a couple years to celebrate my partner's birthday. When it is your birthday, show them your ID for a free medium pot (options 1-7) and a medium drink! No strings attached like signing up for a reward programs so it's very generous and for that alone, I plan to be back again! He got the Beef and this time I bought the Thai Tomato and asked for flaming spicy. The pots are filled passed the brim with toppings in the broth. They come out piping out, and it's the affordable meal where you'll likely get two (or three) meals out of it with the leftovers. I really liked the tanginess of the Thai bowl and the more the merrier of tomatoes for me. We also got a side of the spicy cumin lamb, but I would personally skip next time. The 'mini wok in a box' is more than enough!

Yelp
I love this franchise and all things hotpot. My favorite pot at boiling point is the beef pot, but the individual hot pots allow everyone at the table to eat their favorite things. You can customize your order by choosing a select pot, your spice level, and whether you want vermicelli or rice as a side. There's also a small complimentary seaweed appetizer at this specific location, which was a tasty treat! I'd recommend eating here at lunch because they offer free green tea for lunch orders. This location had very attentive staff. We got our food quickly and didn't have to wait long. The interior was cozy and casual, while also offering boba drinks from the next door shop.

Yelp
This is my umpteenth time visiting Boiling Point and they never disappoint. Yesterday was unusual as the fire alarm in the condos above were going off, but the restaurant was still open for business. The fire department finally arrived and we had a great experience. For two people we orders the miso with extra beef! It was enough for two people...They even come around to add more broth to your hot pot. BE CAREFUL: Broth is very hot! Ambiance 9/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Service 10/10 Good 10/10 Bathrooms 9/10 Value 10/0 Will I return? Absolutely

Yelp
Sister had two Boiling Point vouchers, so we chose to eat at the Pasadena location for lunch. The place is relatively vacant, with few customers. I offered the coupons to the server to see if we could use them, so this is a voucher for free cold dish items. My sisters and I ordered the BP Classic, Seafood & Tofu, and Korean Bean Paste Pots. We wanted Very Vermicelli instead of rice. The server gave us three bowls of rice, and I informed her that we chose the Very Vermicelli. The server dumps the rice to the rice cooker and serves us the Very Vermicelli. We received two free cold dishes, which were frozen and still tasted like ice inside the vegetables, which was not very pleasant. When our three pots arrived at our table, I couldn't believe they were so small and cost between $22 and $23 per pot... Although the soup has nice flavors, I believe it is too costly. If I had known how small the pots were, we could have paid a few more dollars for an all-you-can-eat hot pot meal somewhere else. The bill came up to $77 for three pots. Not worth the money.

Yelp
I feel like the taiwanese spicy isn't as spicy anymore. Did my tolerance go up or is it not spicy? I guess we will never know. The service is a hit or miss here. But I haven't had an awful service experience. Sometimes the waiters have a bad day, and that's okay because the food makes up for it! I always either get Beef or Taiwanese Spicy. Plus their winter melon tea always goes well with the food! I like that at this location, you can also order from jin tea next door.
google avatar

Yelp
For about $24 for a pot, their portions are shareable for SO and I. We usually get the Taiwanese or Beef, Medium Spicy with a Lamb Meat Lover upgrade for ~$5. I prefer the extra spicy tho. We crave this every now and then and it usually hits the spot, but most recently on a Friday night, it was aight. The broth was mid and the cabbage ends had a bitter aftertaste?? Sauce is good, and they now have a citrusy yuzu-like sauce instead of the powder. The complimentary seaweed appetizer is nice, and so is their QQ jelly yum. Relatively quick service.
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
Boiling point never disappoints! I love their flavorful broth that gets soaked up by the rice and vermicelli noodles. Their generous portions of meat are great but the quality is just okay. My friend got the Taiwanese spicy which was spicy and had a deep flavor and I got the classic beef. For 20 dollars it's still really great but some AYCE shabu places charge just a bit more for basically the same or better quality. I still love BP.
google avatar

Assunta L.

Yelp
BP finally has an option to do a different meat or add meat to the pot. I love their mushroom veggie pot which is all vegetables with mushrooms and one cube of tofu. It is now perfect With the option to add meat (beef, lamb, pork, or pork belly). You can also pick between vegetable broth or beef broth. Closest Parking is the school house garage on green st. First 2 hours is $1.
google avatar

Katherine S.

Yelp
Boiling point was very on point! My friend liked it so much that we came back the next day again! I got BP classic (non-spicy) and I like how you can choose the spice level. There's a great balance of veggies and meat in the pot and I love the satay soup base that comes with the classic. The pot comes with rice and you can upgrade to get either beef rice or rice with scallion and gravy (both of which are delicious)! They are also running a lunch promo right now with free tea (upgrade options available as well). Service was attentive and very conveniently located!

Yelp
After my friend and I wrapped up our Pilates workout on a chilly day, we were seriously craving something warm and comforting - and Boiling Point was calling our name! I ordered the Taiwanese Spicy Flavor Pot, and it was exactly what I needed. This bowl was loaded with goodies: mushroom, fuzhou fish balls, rice balls, tofu skin, cabbage, clams, even my favorite pork blood rice cake...the list goes on! Each bite was a little adventure, and with the dipping sauce pairings, it was even more delicious. Lucky for my friend and me, it was a special promo day, so we scored a BOGO deal on desserts. We split the brown sugar tofu pudding and the brown sugar grass jelly; both were great! Not too sweet, and lots of toppings, which I love. It was a refreshing end to our hot pot meal. I'm so glad our server reminded us of this BOGO deal - they were also so sweet. This Boiling Point Concept is slightly different from other Boiling Point locations I've been to. They are connected with their neighboring tea shop, Jin Tea Shop, so we can order Jin's tea while dining at Boiling Point. To me, this concept makes it all the more merrier because I already loved Jin Tea Shop for their High Mountain Oolong Tea. If you're looking to warm up on a cold day with something cozy, Boiling Point Concept is where it's at!

Travis P.

Yelp
Didn't know the difference between this "concept" and regular boiling point. I think the big thing is that they have a lot of tea drinks as well as some other items not on the regular menu. The hotpots are the same as regular BP though. I got the milk creamy curry pot and it was good. I got flaming spicy and felt it wasn't bad at least to me. I always love BP and I feel this spot is better than many others that I've been to. They also give complimentary sea weed side dish which is a pretty cool addition. Service was good and attentive as they refilled my water often. I came on Friday around 7:30 and there was a small 15 minute or so line. Turnaround was quick so not too bad. Parking - Many lots nearby that are $1 for the first two hours.
google avatar

Yelp
My first time at BP was in 2022 This shot was much better in my memory. Hotpot places are definitely popular when the temperature dropped. I got the beef medium spice level. It was very hot both the temperature and the flavor. This spot serves pre-made sets. No dipping or cooking needed. I would recommend this place for someone who never had hotpot before but there are more options out there that would a better hotpot experience. However, 9/10 for the ambience and services. p.s. upgraded rice was not worth it
google avatar

Raymond V.

Yelp
Good spot for quick, no-share custom hot pot. Solid ingredients, lots of options, flavors are authentic, and service is kind though often busy. Place is cute and lively, often packed. I like the curry hotpot which is more south Asian than Japanese curry inspired, as it's something you don't see often in hotpot spots. The lamb was good quality and fresh. Large servings abound and great for day two leftovers.

Elise L.

Yelp
TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE EVERYTHING. I can't believe what happened when I walked into this restaurant today. Yelp
Always a great time, but the service is kind of slow. I'd say that depending on the soup, mild spiciness can vary. You could always ask them to pour some non-spicy broth if it's too much for you. You have to pay extra to choose a different meat for your broth which I personally dislike. But I am glad that it is an option as I prefer lamb with the beef broth. Each broth comes with different meat and inclusions. There are also different sizes for different soups. They say it's just a larger pot, but I think the amount of food is also more.
google avatar

I'm Blessed B.

Yelp
We came 10pm Friday night, no wait time. We ordered the Seafood soup, it's very comforting with different dipping sauces to choose from, my favorite is the bean paste sauce. The place is clean and cozy. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are Street parking available.
google avatar

Yelp
I love their individual hot pot choices & how they offer discounts on teas from Jin tea next door!! Service is friendly & fast. Ambience is typical for hot pot restaurants.
google avatar

Feliza C.

Yelp
Food is 10/10 every single time!! Yes, wait time can be super long but always worth it in the end. Restaurant is typically always busy on the weekends unless you get there before 6/7PM. I order the angus beef and it always hits. Sometimes a little spicier than usual but still good and manageable. Service is usually pretty average but the last couple times I went one of the servers got strong RBF and borderline rude. She truly looks like she hates her job and doesn't wanna... serve lol.
google avatar

Alex M.

Yelp
I like this location because they have Jin Tea Shop next door and I love their teas lol. Parking is a bit of a hassle even though there is street parking. I parked in the structure and had to walk a bit. Parking can also be expensive in the parking garage. I ordered the BP special pot and it was very filling! This comes with so much food! And the sauces on the side are pretty flavorful! I wish they had more chili options for the sauces though but still quite good. Perfect for the colder months. :)
google avatar

Yelp
Yum! I could eat Boiling Point for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but this weekend, we headed over after our work out. We walked in around 12:30pm and were seated right away. The restaurant was quite full but it seemed as if many of the tables were clearing out, which totally worked out in our favor. Their concept offered a starter of roasted peanut before taking our orders. I decided on the Taiwanese spicy with brown rice, and it was phenomenally spicy. Perfect hit of sweat and tears. Our servers were fairly attentive at the start of our meal, but we noticed that our additions orders/requests took a bit longer than usual as it seemed like their FOH team was quite small compared to the number of guests dining in the time. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area! We parked in the structure on De Lacey, but street parking is also available on Green.
google avatar

Kate R.

Yelp
This is an okay spot for hot pot but I think I had better somewhere else. I had their Miso which have lot of ingredients, the meat portion is generous as well, my only comment is that it's kinda sweet for my liking which is weird because I never had a miso that had sweetness. The service is good and quick.
google avatar

Camille Kristine S.

Yelp
Family of 4 (2kids) and we were seated right away. Food is delicious! It was a flavorful broth. You can also order milk tea and snacks at jin tea and eat/drink it here. It was expensive though, only ordered 2 hotpots and garlic pork and bill was over $50+ And I just dont like that they did not let our toddler eat his goldfish snack here... they said you cant eat outside food in here but it's just a snack and it's for the kid and not for the adult..not kid friendly...
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Prices have gone up consistently and the dinner beef hotpot at the time of this review is just shy of $25. It's still pretty good though and they definitely give you more meat over the same dish at lunch. The biggest travesty is they don't serve the complementary cold seaweed appetizer at the beginning, instead they serve the tiniest bowl of peanuts... which is pretty sucky. Please bring the seaweed back.
google avatar

Purba K.

Yelp
Super yummy! We got three different bowls (beef, Korean, curry), and all of them were equally delicious and still having noticeably different flavors! I will never be disappointed by a BP meal.

Yelp
Boiling Point Concept is located in the heart of Old Pasadena. It serves mainly pre-set Hot Pot - which is a popular Asian soup dish with various vegetables, proteins married together with a strong soup base. It's great for cold weathers. It's insane that a little chafing fuel can is heating the stew as you eat. Figuratively, yes, you are consuming food at "Boiling Point." I had the Milk Cream Curry at medium spicy level. It was milder than I thought it would be - but turned out to be just perfect. Since the food was just so hot - temperature wise. I usually find hot pot to be too troublesome to eat. Since I'm so clumsy, I was worried of buring myself or food just getting everywhere. I look forward to my next visit. I think it's a great introduction to asian cuisine, as there so much variety and customization. Do be prepared for stinky tofu smell. If another patreon orders it, you'll know!

Yelp
I am a big fan of boiling point. I go about every other week but I usually go to the one in Arcadia. I stopped coming to this location for a few reasons but decided to check it out again after not coming in a couple years. Next time, I'll stick to the other location. Customer service needs to be better. We got there first but the server took another tables order before us even tho they came after us and we been waiting to order. The severs are not really around on the floor to check on tables. One server specifically named Martha, checked on our table, my bf asked for rice but she forgot it. He also asked to refill our waters to that same server but she only refilled his and didn't ask anyone else at our table of 3 if we wanted more water either... me and my sister's cup was also empty. Lastly, we weren't even done eating yet and Martha put down the check for us and just walked away. We didn't ask for the check, we were still waiting on rice and we were still only halfway through our meal! I found that really rude of her to do. Despite the weird service we got, the food is always good. I love the Korean bean paste soup base. Street parking is a bit tough but there is a parking lot down the street. It used to be free for two hours but now it cost $1 for 2 hour parking.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Boiling Point is consistently good every time I go, and I especially like the Pasadena location because I can order drinks from next door's Jin Tea Shop to go with my meal. I love the Beef and Milk Cream Curry - always the perfect portion and so much flavor! It's one of my go-to's for comfort food.
google avatar

Tiffany L.

Yelp
I've been to this Boiling Point many times and it's always been very consistent in preparation and taste. My go-to is the Beef Hot Pot because I think overall, it has the best soup base and combination of toppings (sliced beef, tofu, fish cake, corn). The sliced beef can be pretty fatty, but it's not dry. I get it medium spicy which isn't too overwhelming, but still adds a lot of flavor and depth to the soup. It has a lot of Napa cabbage fillers and I wish it would automatically come with more toppings like fish cake. I much prefer the Beef Hot Pot over the BP Special because the latter is a lot smellier from the fermented tofu, and also contains pork blood and intestine - none of which are bad, but I'd rather have beef over these. I've also tried their fruit teas, which are very refreshing and pairs well with the savory hot pot. Their milk tea is also pretty solid as well, which is really impressive considering their bread and butter is hot pot.

Yelp
I normally don't write reviews, but the service at this location was terrible. We were seated at 2:40 PM with only 4 other parties seated in the restaurant so it wasn't busy at the time. After waiting 20 minutes for our food to come out, I asked the server for an update since the food at Boiling Point usually comes out quick. I asked multiple times and then 10 minutes later after asking, they said our order was lost so we had to reorder. They didn't offer anything at the time so I figured they would give a discount later on. We waited an additional 20 minutes for our food to come out and they forgot our drink and appetizer. I then asked for the bill and no inconvenience discount was applied despite waiting an hour for our food. I had to ask for a discount at the front. I'm a huge fan of Boiling Point but this location was extremely disappointing.
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
Really interesting concept store version of boiling point. The menu is slightly different and a bit more expensive, but the food quality is supposed to be higher. The staff seems really overworked here and the service was slower than expected. We tried this seasonal mutton dish and it was just okay. Definitely come by again to try something new and to get drinks from Jin next door.
google avatar

Sam M.

Yelp
Came here for early dinner because we were craving our boiling point usuals. It was solid, as usual. I like this spot but it can feel kinda tight! However, I couldn't help but think there were some things that bothered us. Their Taiwanese spicy has noticeably shrunk in size, they never really refilled the broth for us, service always felt kind of slow or non-attentive. Some workers knew we were waiting on them because we even eyed them but I think I guess they were busy with something else, at the same time it felt like we were being avoided lol. Anywho will probably still eat here cuz it's boiling point! Park in the nearby parking structure!

Yelp
I'm a hot pot ho'. I love anything that's been simmering, boiling for hours-- ramen, stews, shabu shabu, sundubu, consommé, broths. Here you get ya' own pot. The flavor options are immense. They give you your own pot and portable stove, you get regular and brown rice for options and you cook away. Been here a handful of times during cooler nights and it fits the bill. Ambience is a small dining room and a communal table. Service is brisk and prompt. I cannot think of a faster way to get very good, warming, crave worthy broths that send me home sated and content. Did I mention warming. End of Yelp.

Yelp
I went there for my birthday and the server was so kind!!!!! As it was my birthday they took care of the bill, which alone is amazing. The food is always so good there, I got the mushroom veggie and it was packed with so many different veggies !! I loved it. Thank you so much!!

Yelp
Generous portions, perfect for sharing! Ordered the Beef Hot Soup #4 with the Meat Lovers Upgrade (pork belly) - definitely worth it! The upgrade doubles the meat, making it perfect for two people. We added an extra rice (upgraded one to Scallion Gravy Rice), a great complement to the rich broth While the upgrades added to the cost, the quality and quantity make it worth it for a shareable meal.

Yelp
Always go to bp when I am craving a hearty meal. My recommendation is the Miso in extra spicy. So flavorful with a nice kick of spice. The restaurant get really busy so sometimes the service may be slow. Make sure to avoid prime dinner time to avoid a long wait. The ambiance is good for casual hangouts with friends.

Yelp
My personal favorite hot pot of all time!! Super delicious and huge portions at a decent price. The staff are friendly every single time I've eaten here. The line is sometimes way out the door, but if you can wait it out it will be worth it

Yelp
Came during one of my LA trip. Ordered the Taiwanese pot and it was amazing. Food was great that I was able to share one pot with some sides with my plus one. Spice level was on point, we couldn't stop eating. Location was spacious, but they were busy. I had to wait about 45min before getting seated for two on a Tuesday night around 7:00pm. Only giving this spot a 4 star and not a 5 on my first review was due to my party ordering first before several other parties. We didn't get our food until after the 2-3 parties that sat after us. This issue gave me bad vibes and made me felt unappreciated for coming in.

Yelp
Craved some warm soup and this place hit the spot. I couldn't believe how I devoured almost the whole soup. So delicious. It's bubbling when it arrives at the table. The servers were so accommodating and friendly. It could be loud but it's only because the food is so good that it courages unbridled conversations. For a fun yummy place to have a comforting bowl of soup, this place is it!
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
We were seated and served super quickly when we came at 9pm. This was my first time at Boiling Point and it hit the spot. The weather was cold outside, so the warm soup was perfect. The soup actually started getting so hot that they turned off the fire. I got the classic, mild spice, which was perfect for me. For a single soup dish, it's kinda expensive? But the portions were hugeee so I get it. I couldn't finish everything...it was so much food lol

Yelp
I love boiling point!!! All boiling point locations are different and some menu are different also but I really love Pasadena location one because it has my favorite tomato broth hot pot! I always get the friend tofu on the side. Tried to void busy hour so that you're not waiting a long time other than that it's a great spot! Staff members are all nice here every time I go and they're always attentive to all their customers~ make sure to grab extra napkins because you'll be wiping your sweat from all the goodies from the soup that's sizzling from the pot but you can ask them to turn off the fire. The place is clean and nice just the bathroom is all the way in the back and feels creepy! Yelp
I have been here in the past and remember loving the food. My most recent visit was a bit disappointing considering my previous experiences. I'm not sure if I came on an off day, but I ordered the lamb pot, and the flavor was ok but didn't "wow" me. We also ordered the holy cow and spicy cumin lamb appetizers. I will say they were both pretty good though I definitely preferred Holy Cow. The service was pretty efficient, and the restaurant had a pretty nice ambiance overall, definitely not too dressy but could work for a more-upscale-than-casual date night. Overall, I might give this another try because of my previous experiences. If it were based on this experience alone, I would say there are probably tastier, cheaper options that are not too far away.

Yelp
My friends were visiting so obviously they HAD to try BP!! I love the convenience of having your very own personal little hotpot, no need to wait ages for the food to cook either. I LOVED their Korean Bean Paste, sooo flavorful and full of yummy ingredients. They offer white rice or brown rice on the side but fyi there's already noodles in the hotpot itself. Also, worth to note that their prices are slightly increased compared to other locations and they charge extra if you get noodles instead of rice. We came on a Saturday around 8pm and it was so full we had to wait for like over an hour. Also one of the staff, Maria, was very rude. She was extremely inpatient and rushing us to order even though my friends couldn't speak English. Other than that, good food but wish Maria would give a better customer service.

Yelp
Boiling Point is honestly a go to place that a lot of people usually want to go to. My visit wasn't the best experience considering the amount of times i've tried this place already. The service was really bad on a Saturday night. While, understandable how busy they can be, the offput to service was how there would be lots of tables available to be sat, yet weren't seated for 10-15 minutes due to reservations running late. But other than that slow service & seating, the food is always decent. Still a good rec for people who have never tried it

Yelp
Love love love this place. Especially now during the cold months, this place is great. The place has limited seating so sometimes there can be a wait. I highly recommend the curry. Soooo good. Every time I try other options, Id kick myself for not getting the curry. The seaweed side dish they offer for free is also delicious. FYI They offer drinks from the spot next door. Also, they now carry the pastes for the broths for you to make at home. Definitely a plus. Parking: They do not have their own lot. Warning, the parking right in front is only 15 minutes but they do have lots of street parking if you look around a bit. Parking garage is also not too far. Right around the corner.

Yelp
Service was really good and the food was awesome. Happy to find a non AYCE hot pot. I got the soon tofu one and it was sooo good. I also love that they have kids meal options.
