Bojangles

Was a hour after they open. So about 6:45-7. No workers inside or at the window. Only to notice they were in the car watching the few cars order and line up at the window and waited for service that never came. Never in my life seen anything like that. Do better. If it was an issue to the reason they couldn’t serve they should’ve said something not sit in the car and watch cars wait at the window after ordering.

Great employees. Yummy food. Update; I guess the good employee is gone. I asked for the chicken biscuit to be cut in half since yall don't provide plastic knives anymore. They said, can't do that. Well, the nice guy somehow managed to do it a few weeks ago. Them:nope, can't. Me: cancel my order.

I love their fried chicken!!!! I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes with white gravy, biscuits, and their dirty rice. Sooo, good! I wish the franchise would come back to Arkansas!!!! We will definitely drop by any Bojangles location when we are near one!!!

Great meal. Delivered hot and fresh for a decent price that did not break the bank. Ordered a 2 piece dark chicken. With mac n cheese and dirty rice and a peach cobbler.

The first time I visited, it took 20–30 minutes just for someone to come to the front to take our order. On my second visit, there was no wait time, but two out of the five items we ordered—a side biscuit and the blueberry sausage biscuit—were missing. The food itself is great; I really enjoy Bojangles. However, I would recommend visiting a different location for a better experience.

Bojangles has an AI order taker at the drive through that does a great job of getting the order right. It seems to be the humans filling the orders that have a problem. The list is there in front of them! You just fill it like AI tells you to! Items wrong or missing. My 2nd experience at this particular location. Same results. My son told me to give them 1 star. I gave them 2 only because despite everything the chicken was still good. Biscuits were hard like they were left over from breakfast. Staff can't tell the difference between Pepsi and Mt. Dew. Never again.

Customer service very good as of 2/9/2025. Plenty of parking. Drive through available. Dine in. Delivery service will have to go inside to pickup. Clean.

They were understaffed, the steam table was on with no water, and the AI kept taking orders even though no food was available. Also taking orders, touching food without gloves is cray! They told people to pull up curbside, but nothing came out. We got a refund after waiting — that food probably would’ve made us sick anyway.

Bojangles .... more like NOjangles :( Saddest fast food fried chicken place. Everything we got had no seasoning, was just plain tasting. The mac n cheese had no cheese, was basically dry pasta. The chicken was lukewarm (almost cold) and fries were stale. The best part of the meal was the biscuit :/

I came in to try the pork chop griller. The service was good on a slow Monday. Ambiance is casual with big booths and tables with comfy chairs. The pork chop griller was a disappointment as it was tough and way too spicy! The bo rounds were good as were the grits. A good experience at this location.

Before the pandemic, I was a regular at Bojangles. It was once my favorite quick and good go-to. My last several experiences at Bojangles have been pure disappointment. Service has become hit or miss and the food portions have been small. The last meal I ate at Bojangles had the smallest chicken thigh I have even seen in my life. I'm 59 so I've eaten a lot of chicken. I mentioned to the server with only a I'm sorry and no offer to make it right. I left a message with their corporate office. Crickets..... Say no to BO!

Service was slow, took 15-20 minutes and was the only customer in the restaurant. Food was good-they made it fresh. The restaurant looked good and the music was nice.

I placed an order at 3:04pm today and the guy tells me to go to parking spot #1 and they'll bring it out to me. I sit in the space and see the same guy come out talking to someone in a car for the next 10mins. At 3:20 I pull back up to the window to see where my food was and they yell out the window to the guy and it still wasn't fixed. I asked for my refund and the young lady obliged. Never seen anything like it, it's almost funny but it def was not since I had an appointment at 3:30.

This is the worst Bojangles food I've ever had. The employees were very friendly, the facilities were clean, but the food is horrible!! Just head on over to Chick-fil-a!!!!

I'd give 0 stars if I could this place sucks along with the employees don't come here unless you want to be disappointed

Just pulled up the the drive-thru, employee forgot where he was working and started saying another restaurant. Then he proceeds to say "we don't have any chicken, fries or potato rounds". So I asked for 2 fish sandwiches. "Sorry we don't have any fish sandwiches either". Sounds ridiculous, what's the point of being open.

As I've stated in other reviews, this and the Lawrenceville location are definitely more consistent than the Doraville location. Admittedly, I've done drive-thru at both here and the Lawrenceville location, as opposed to Uber Eats for the Doraville one. However, when the same mistakes and new ones are made two times in a row, part of that really comes down to lack of care and attention. We ordered the southern filet biscuit, gravy biscuit, steak biscuit, and Bo' Rounds here with a pink lemonade to drink a few weeks back. We received good service and all the food was fresh and delicious. My fiancé was not hugely impressed with the steak biscuit, as he prefers real country fried steak on a plate with potatoes and gravy. Although, he did still like it and thought it was definitely a good value at $2.59 before tax. I enjoyed all the other items and had no complaints. I will continue to come to this and the Lawrenceville location for now, avoiding the Doraville one going forward.

We went 3 times while in Duluth this week! Loved the Bo bites. Bo berry biscuits and breakfast sandwiches were great! Much better than McDonald's. Restaurant is clean and employees are friendly. Prices are very fair. They play great music! They also donate to hurricane relief.

Breakfast was GREAT at this Duluth location, went back for Sunday dinner and it was not bad at all! I love how they move with a sense of urgency in preparing your order! Chicken had great flavor, was nice & crispy on the outside- juicy on the inside! Disappointed no sweet potato pie perhaps next time because I will be back!!

These are the laziest most unprofessional employees I've ever met. They acted like it was my fault that they messed up my order when my receipt is in black and white. Forget this place.

Not nearly as good as I remember from the first time I had it in a drive-thru in Arkansas. Came out with a great story from this one though...

It's early on a Saturday morning. I have a flight to Denver today, and my brother loves Bojangles and never gets to eat it anymore. My goal was to buy some chicken and fly with it with me this morning as a surprise. I called in to this location before it even opened. Sandra picked up, was super professional- explained that they don't have chicken dropped until 9:30- that's what makes it so fresh! Backup plan- I ordered six biscuits (chicken and steak mix) and asked to pick them up at 5:15. I made it there and the food was ready to go! Hot, smelled amazing, wish I could've eaten it but that would defeat the purpose of the gift haha. Thank you Sandra. You have made my morning, I'm sure you will be making my brother's morning when I arrive in Denver. Your team deserves accolades for not k let your service, but your professionalism so early this morning. I'm now in a rush to get to Hartfsfield- but it's gonna be worth it since the airport location is still closed! Bo's is the best. So glad I moved from IL so I can enjoy the South and its offerings once again!

Chicken biscuits, plain biscuits and boberry biscuits here are great! Chicken biscuits taste better than chick fil a chicken biscuits surprisingly.

Discovered this location accidentally today while driving back from appointment. Needed fast food and was going to grab McDonalds. Stopped in here instead, and came back for dinner later. Located off Duluth Hwy, near Satellite Blvd intersection, Bojangles promotes that they are famous for their chicken and biscuits. They also promote legendary sweet tea. The store is pretty clean on the inside and have high-top and low-top tables, along with two cool/sleek Pepsi machines (similar to Coca Cola free-style but much smaller). I've never seen a Pepsi version before, so this was unique. My lunch combo meal was under $6 (pulled pork sandwich, drink and fries). Their fries are really good, thanks to the heavy seasoning they undergo. The real kicker was my dinner. I ordered the pulled pork bowl, that comes with a biscuit. I also ordered a drink and got their sweet tea (not legendary but it was really good). Total cost was $7.72. The bowl came with pinto beans on bottom, mixed with a sweet spicy sauce, pulled pork on top of that and then their slaw on top. It was piping hot and very tasty. Enough to fill me up. The biscuit was good also, semi fluffy (a little crisp around the edges). Service was ok. I must say, I can't believe I've never eaten at Bojangles before. They've been around for some time. I'm marking them down as a go-to fast food joint now. Check them out!

Which came first, the chicken or the chicken sandwich? In the warring battlegrounds of chicken sandwiches, it would be hard pressed for Bojangles to salvo a shot across any competitors mast! No other way to say this, WORST CHICKEN SANDWICH in the game!!! Imagine two day old bagel coated with quarter inch thick batter and then fried. Yup, tooth breaking chewiness ... officially a taste. If it weren't for the rice, beans and biscuit I bought, it would have been "1star"...and at least my dog had a new chew toy for about 10 minutes. While I do recommend Bojangles for their morning breakfast deals, sweet tea and veg ... that's where the buck stops and will only be spent. Leave the chicken sandwich game Bojangles, let the leaders do their thing, you do yours. My lesson was learned. Now, where's my ora-jel .. I need to make a dentist appointment... #Ouch

This place is ridiculous! I ordered a family deal from this location today and am so disappointed. First of all, NO biscuits, DRIED fries, HALF-FULL cole slaw, and NO gravy on mashed potatoes. I called the store about the order, and the store manager named Jesse was soo rude and didn't know handle and manage customer complaints. NO customer service at ALL! He just told me to call the Corporate office to complain. His excuse was that there were only three employees. Why customers should consider about their short staffing when we pay the full price?? Also, the lobby was closed but I saw at least 4 employees chatting in the lobby. WTH!! He said I needed to bring back the foods to get a refund, but I am NOT going back there ever again!!! Worst customer service and foods. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Service was poor.. Employees nor the manager were professional. Hairnets we're not worn by anyone.Employees were using cellphones, while in the vicinity of the food... Food was not properly handled...Employees did not respect the night manager...I will not be going to this Bojangles ever again!!!

Very unprofessional, as a city driver my vehicle doesn't fit thru your drive thru... without fail there is never enough staff in the mornings to open the door at the scheduled time. I was asked to outside in a busy drive thru line about seven to eight car in the cold... which is dangerous for one but it's totally wrong when your doors open for morning shifts. I honestly thought that the bad service was due try the covid situation awhile back but we're well pass that and the service is absolutely terrible in the mornings.

I really only gave three stars bc of the principle , but Bo jangles is nothing it used to be ! There's no love in the food everything taste watered down and my Mac and cheese was so over cooked it was basically mushed Gerber food fir my niece . Trial and error won't make that mistake anymore thanks tho

First time I've had Bonangles in years, food was good. Fries were the best I've ever had. I ordered Mac n cheese, and I guess they were out, but I was NOT disappointed. Great service, quick, and the ladies were nice also the dude that brings out the food needs a raise!

I don't usually hold any interest in writing reviews for fast food joints but I was unexpectedly impressed with Bojangles! The restaurant was way cleaner than most fast food places, with a good variety of sauces, drinks, and their famous sweet tea. The place was pretty empty when we walked in so we were given quite undivided attention. I got the $5 combo box with 1 breast piece, one biscuit, and mashed potatoes with gravy (and a drink)! Compared to your standard Popeyes and KFC, the chicken piece here was larger, fresher, and with cleaner meat. The skin was cooked wonderfully, in my opinion, crispy, NOT greasy, and not as salty as I thought. The biscuit was not great, but good. The mashed potatoes with gravy were delicious! All in all, for only $5 and for a fast food joint, I was quite impressed by the taste and quality. Head over here for some good Bo' Time!

Close this location down already. I've tried to support many times and as another Yelp Review stated, there is ALWAYS an "issue". Whether it be through delivery service or in person, I can't seem to get a decent experience from this location. Close up shop, or give the jobs to people/managers that actually WANT TO WORK.

I eat here often because I work nearby and the food is usually very good (for fast food). However the service VERY hit or miss. Their staffing seems to vary a lot and there have been several times when It looked like there were only 3 people working during the lunch rush. I mean wth? Also the managers don't seem to last long and there have been many shall we say not so great managers. I guess the good news is that they often have enough staff so that service is not terrible. Would have been 3 stars, but occasionally they have very unprofessional people working. This can result in a lot of yelling, and I get kind of embarrassed for them. Come on management! Get it together!

Went here for breakfast to fuel up before our road trip to Nashville. I have never been to a Bojangles before, so I didn't know what to expect. We took advantage of their 2 for $4 deal for bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. We also ordered two coffees. Service was friendly and fast. Restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms. *If a restaurant's restrooms are dirty you can believe the kitchen is dirty as well* Clean restrooms is an important detail. This could also be because it is a new restaurant. The food and coffee tasted fine. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuits tasted like McDonald's except Bojangle's biscuits are bigger. I might give this place another try just to see how their fried chicken is.

Located this spot hidden from view near my hotel. I ordered chicken, jambalaya and sweet tea. Chicken was amazing, but the jambalaya wasn't something to write home about but at least it added food to my stomach.

Good biscuits any time of day the Cajuns biscuit is better than any other. It is a fast food place so you know when to expect the fried chicken however is better than average and better than most chicken places

There must have been a managerial change because the quality of food has gone downhill. I have always ordered Family meal at least once a month but the last time drew the last straw. Everything from chicken to sides were dry and the French fries were cold and blended. They made me wait 15 mins as well. So there I thought it was going to be straight out of oven. I was wrong. This was around 6 30 pm also. It's not like I went there before they were about to close. Don't bother wasting your hard earned money to be treated like that.

I was meaning to leave a compliment two years ago when I visited this location. I just found an old receipt while decluttering, lol! I wrote down on the receipt that Cana, who was an employee there at the time was very friendly and professional :)!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Someone needs to take charge, fire the employees, or just close this location down. I had to take time to type this review because it was THAT bad. The wait for drive thru is long, when I order my food they get it wrong EVERYTIME, and the employees are the worst! They literally said what I ordered in front of my face and should have what I have ordered infront of them on the screens and yet still get it wrong? How? Help me make sense...and when you tell them they had it wrong they give an attitude, for not doing their job??? I try to be patient and I know how fast food work has its moments but this is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

It was 9:30 when closing time is 10 and there was no one inside, waited 10 minutes outside at the speaker trying to get my order waiting in the car like idiots

Absolute joke. Waste of time energy and money. No communication between kitchen staff and cashiers. I called to make sure they had dirty rice and mashed potatoes, since last time they were ' out' last time. I call and they tell me that they've just dropped fresh fixings, so they'll be ready in 20. I get to the drive through, and after waiting 6 minutes at the microphone, they tell me they have 2 legs and 4 thighs left in their store. I thanked them and drove home. Once I got home, I called and asked if they had any fresh food up, as I had just had a bad experience at ' another store'. Ironically, they had ' 20 minutes left' on the fresh chicken. Close this location or restaff it.

Close this location immediately. I've now gone here 3 times in a span of 5 days and there is always some kind of "issue". Yesterday it was "we're closed due to being understaffed" I drove around to see 4-5 employees sitting around in the dining room. Today it was "our system is currently down" which is the second time they've used that excuse and I continue around the building to see someone getting their food, which tells me the system was working just fine 2 minutes before. I was told the problem happens when "there are a lot of online orders" which tells me they are turning people away at the drive through, and was given attitude when I inquired why this keeps happening. The bojangles down the road on Old Peachtree has ZERO problems like this, so save yourself the time and frustration and just go to that location. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION

Wow! I personally never visit bojangle but now its my favorite! It was late sunday evening i was really craving chicken! Its 20 drive to kfc and 25 min drive to popeyes... so i was driving to nearest kfc... but while i drive i saw bojangle on the way. So i was like i dont want to drive 20min so i stopped by bojangle. As soon as got in employee welcome me saying hello, welcome to bojangle and it was inside temperature was cold! So i like it! I order 8 chicken and 4 biscut with large 2 side(cole slaw and mac&cheese) but emoloyee told me i have to wait 10 min for the chicken since its sold out. So i was okay with it and employee offer me free soda! Whooray! After waiting for 6-7min they serve my food to a table! When i open the box there was 1 box of chicken and biscuit , 2 side , iced tea. First i tried biscuit. I did like them but kfc biscuit was better. Chicken was crispy and good and the cole slaw and mac&cheese was good too! defiantly recommended!

The best tasting Bojangles outside of North Carolina. I spoke to the area manager and learned that is a training store, so the service can be on the slow side as employees are learning, but the food is excellent
