Before heading back up north, we had to stop and try Bojangles in Quaker Town, PA, and it was absolutely worth it! Everything we ordered was so, so good. The fried chicken was amazing — that crust was perfectly crispy, and the seasoning was mind-blowing. You could really feel the flavor in every bite, and the crunch was just next-level. I loved it! Their fries were pretty good too, but the standout for me was the bo-berry biscuit — it was so delicious, and the sweet tea paired perfectly with it. Everything was amazing. The only downside was that they forgot to give us sauce, which would have made it even better, and the sandwich with the biscuit bun felt a bit too dry. Other than that, it was an awesome experience, and there was plenty of parking too. Overall, I’d give this place 4.5 stars — definitely worth a visit!

It's ALWAYS great when I get an opportunity to experience a down-home staple in the North. The restaurant was very clean, the staff were very polite, patient and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. Service with a smile, some Bo' Rounds on the side, a Steak Biscuit, and a sweet tea around 2 pm is a beautiful thing! It's definitely worth the drive. I will return as a special treat every few months.

The chicken was very good! I got the grilled chicken the first time and everything was great. The 2nd time, I got the crispy chicken, fries and water with the strawberry cobbler. They forgot the fries, and my husband's mashed potatoes with gravy. I would just double check everything before you leave.

Bojangles has finally made it to PA, and I couldn’t be happier! The Cajun chicken tenders are packed with flavor - especially when dipped in honey mustard - and those seasoned fries are a perfect match. I’m also a big fan of the Cajun filet biscuit with cheese, and the crispy, savory Bo Rounds with that hint of onion are a must. So glad to have a location nearby, no one does a buttery, salty Southern-style biscuit quite like Bojangles!

Listen, I love the food here, it's solid, it’s consistent, and it delivers! But let me tell you something: this is the only place around, and the experience? It’s a mess. The woman working the drive-thru on Friday night? Cranky, miserable, and totally checked out. That’s not how you treat customers! Your staff represents your brand, and when they act like they don’t want to be there, guess what happens? Customers leave. The restaurant itself? Clean. Nice. Looks professional. The food? Fantastic. But the front-of-house attitude? An embarrassment. Smile, for crying out loud! You’re in the hospitality business! And here’s the thing, if your employees can’t speak English well, that’s fine! I’m all for diversity. But if you’ve got an attitude problem n top of a language barrier, you’re creating friction that drives customers away. So here’s the bottom line: Fix the attitude. Or you’re gonna have a great kitchen... and an empty dining room.

First Bonjangles I've seen in the north. Haven't been since 2018 down in VA. Chicken and biscuits are better than Popeye (my opinion). Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be stopping by.

We love Bo's in the South. And we thought we'd love this one. But we tried it twice and both times, the fried chicken here has upset our stomachs. The fries are over seasoned. The biscuits are still great!

Google
Came for the first time to try it out & let me say I was impressed! The food was tasty, not salty and chicken was juicy. The bo berry biscuits are Amazing 🙌🏻 & what’s better is the prices, not overly expensive like everything else now a days.. paid $24 for what’s in the pic. I give 4 stars because there were about 6 employees and no rush hour and all the tables were dirty and not wiped down. It doesn’t hurt to take 5 seconds and wipe it after someone eats.

Yelp
Got a Cajun chicken biscuit for about 5 dollars in the drive thru. Took one look at the dried out meat and threw away. See photo.

Yelp
Already left a review, but have to say again, probably the best fried chicken of all the fast places. Place is clean, nice lady at the counter, and considering the options we would recommend it anytime.

Yelp
My family and I stopped by this location to try out the infamous Bojangles. Having read the numerous mixed reviews I didn't have high hopes. Sadly I was extremely disappointed. We ordered a fried chicken meal and 6 bo berry cookies. The biscuit that came with my meal was inedible as it was completely Raw in the middle...on the other hand the cookies were totally overcooked! They looked like hockey pucks. I'm sorry I didnt check my food prior to leaving or I definitely would have asked for a refund. Suffice to say it was not worth the 1 hour drive!! One star because the staff was pleasant.

Yelp
This is why Bojangles Famous Fried Chicken and Biscuits will dominate in the bucks mont area: clean - clever - modern store. Multiple drive through lines. Plenty of parking. Cute "biscuit making window" to watch the fresh biscuits being made. Family meal packages, with handy and sturdy packaging. Friendly counter staff - fast service. Bojangles is a southern staple, and a smart entrepreneur brought it to our area. Chicken is great - sides are great (and unique), packaging the meals complete with half gallons of regular or sweet iced tea makes it one stop chicken dinner fabulous! Check them out!!

Yelp
Did the 2 chicken breast meal today at 4.00PM in Bojangles, Quakertown., paid ..extra for a third breast. 2 of the breasts looked like wing s[they were that small] the third breast didn't even have meat on the bone. I kid you not] Showed it to management, said something about it "curled up during the frying process. No replacement. This is why there is no one ever in Bojangles in Quakertown. Bojangles in Reading still doing a good job. [at least to date]

Yelp
Tried 4 times, order messed up 4/4 times- shorted items all times. Manager and employees treat you like you are stealing from them when you ask for what you paid for. Major attitude issues. The customer is always wrong. Corporate does nothing to help.

Yelp
Jay was the pinnacle of phenomenal customer service. I'm from out of state, and would come again just to converse with her. Lovely woman. Good biscuit too!

Yelp
First time last time. Waited over 15 minutes for barely warm food. ‍ I can get luke warm food from Mc D's in 2 minutes.

Yelp
Absolutely, an amazing experience. The food was fresh and the employees were so nice. We ordered the sweet potato pies and they made them fresh for us and brought them out to our table on a plate when they were ready. We will be back

Yelp
Had a really big obnoxious order and the guy who helped me (believe his name was Carlos) was super patient and friendly. really appreciated that. A1 service

Yelp
Excellent Southern food! Service is always quick and friendly. The Fries and Cajun Filet Biscuit are favorites.

Yelp
This place just opened a few months ago, and boy, were we excited. There are no Bojangles around, except for in Berks county. We've been to many Bojangles in the South, and have been wanting one closer to home. We got an 8 piece meal with Mac and cheese and fries, we also ordered a side of slaw. The chicken was hot and fresh, with huge drum sticks, wings and very juicy breasts. The fries were fresh and crispy with a soft potato in the middle. Mac and cheese was ok, typical chicken joint Mac and cheese, but still good. The slaw was amazing! They add some relish to it, giving it more tang and extra crunch. We went through the drive thru, and the service was great. The man taking our order was so pleasant and patient as we ordered. When we pulled around to get our order, we could see inside. It was bright and clean, with a decent amount of tables. Everything comes boxed well, with a spot in the box to secure your half gallon of tea, that comes with the meal. Great expectations were 100% met. If you haven't tried this spot, do it! You won't be disappointed

Yelp
Your typical, average fried chicken chain. Chicken is ok, biscuits are ok, Bo-tato rounds are actually pretty damn good, and the blueberry biscuits are pretty damn good too. There's a Popeyes literally two stores down from this new Bojangles, so I think the decision will come down to food or quality. Popeyes food tastes better (imho) but the restaurant is a mess, and many times ive received chicken not fully cooked, or Bojangles for OK food but definitely cleaner, and properly cooked food (so far). Overall, still a solid "meh".

Patrick S.

Yelp
Oh man where can I start? Short and simple they beat out Popeyes in every single way. If you want fried chicken this is the place. It was giving to me extremely fresh and hot ! The flavors were fantastic too and the biscuits are some of the best I've ever had. Can't wait to eat at Bojangles again m!

Yelp
Tried this place this Monday. The fried chicken was very good. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Just very disappointed on the sides. The mashed potatoes were so bland even with the gravy. The dirty rice has no flavor. The biscuits were good and the sweet tea was good and not too sweet which I like. Popeye has way better sides.

Aubrey R.

Yelp
We asked for honey mustard, and they gave us ranch and their service was so slow We waited like 30 minutes and the only reason I'm giving them a one star is because it foods good.

Darice R.

Yelp
horrible food with a side of sexual harassment. tried several times and they've gotten the order wrong every time. the blinged out guy who was at the window was making extremely rude and harassing comments and has every time I've tried this restaurant. He made me so uncomfortable I was considering driving away before I'd gotten my food even though I already paid.

Mike D.

Yelp
The food is good, but the staff is rude and trashy. They seem annoyed every time they get a customer. The guy with the bright red hair, walking around looking like a peacock, is straight up trailer trash. He has got to go! He's the reason customers do not return. He hates customers, but works in a customer service industry? Very logical....

Yelp
I lived in the south for a few years and grew to love this place. I was super excited when it started building here. I've tried time and time again to give the location a chance. Each time they were out of their southern shock Mountain Dew. When I switch soda, each time the soda was flat. Flat soda Everytime!!! And they have forgotten sauces. Do better!
