If you order online, definitely check your orders when you pick up. Last order they missed an entire meal. This order they missed half the chicken in each of our meals. I would suggest walking in and ordering and watching them because that’s the only safe way to do it.

Google
No ketchup no honey mustard requested both, reminded them of both. Window lady was nice but you know when you’ve had a bad day and you go get your favorite fast food yeah they made my day worst I had finished this review simply upset that they did not give honey mustard and ketchup but now after eating half a bag of fries I come to update because there’s hair in my food. It may just be in the fries but now I’m done. Can’t eat this.

Google
This particular Bojangles is consistently EXCEPTIONALLY fast. I just pulled up at 12:30 and there was a line going out of the parking lot. I was driving away with my food at 12:34. Absolutely mind blowing. 🤯🍗🐔

Google
One of the best Bojangles I have eaten at. The chicken and fries were hot and the iced tea was cold and sweet! The chicken was crispy on the outside, cooked well thru yet still juicy and flavorful. Biscuit was nice and moist. Overall it was an excellent meal!!

Google
The 16yr old guy who took my order had only been there 10 days but did an awesome job! He clarified my order and was super calm. The food came out fast and was hot and fresh. Only complaint is the chicken had lots of batter but not much meat (normal for fast food these days). Bojangles is our favorite fast food and this location is a well-run machine.

Google
This is my favorite Bo and ive been to more than i can count. There is an employee who's always happy and welcoming, Crystal. She works in the morning and no matter how grumpy I am shes always friendly.

I grew up in Texas and never had a chicken place like this. You’re always able to get your food within a reasonable amount of time, and it’s priced right.

Google
I thought the Bojangles on New Bern was the best ... well, this location is best too! Why? The bacon for the Cajun club filet was actually crispy! Not burnt, rather, crispy. ... it was so good, I'd dare say it was "cris-PAY"! They weren't shy about putting it on the sandwich either. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the cheese was still chilled and not a gooey mess. The line was long, and we all were hungry, but the staff kept it moving very quickly.

Yelp
Bojangles is a North Carolina staple. I visited this location to dine-in with family after attending a basketball game nearby. It was conveniently located on Durant Rd and many people were dining in. The customer service here was excellent and the food was very fresh. Fresh chicken, tenders, buttery soft biscuits. Staff worked hard to keep customers satisfied giving the experience of a high end restaurant. Stop in while in the area.

Yelp
My husband wanted to hit a Bojangles during this trip to Raleigh so when we saw it after going to the Wake County Convenience Center, we was like a sign and we had to stop, lol. There were a lot of people in the drive through and inside which was a good sign. We chose to dine in. After ordering our food, we were going to get napkins and plastic ware and find a table. There was a lady who looked like she was in charge of handing you napkins and utensils. Even though it's a fast food restaurant, they ask that you leave your trays on the table and they will clean up after you. We ordered an 8 piece Tailgate Special which comes with 4 biscuits, 2 sides and a half gallon of Sweet Iced Tea. We didn't notice that it came with the tea so we were surprised when they handed us the bottle. The lady who was handing out the napkins and utensils brought cups of ice to our table for our tea. It was very nice of her especially since we already had cups of ice. The extra ice was appreciated! I would have liked to try the Sweetie Pie but was too full. It'll have to wait until the next time we visit our daughter.

Yelp
It's Bojangles. It's a fast food chicken place. Growing up in NC, Bojangles is a staple. That doesn't mean it's anything more than fast food though. The Cajun seasoning is what it's all about and the biscuits are made fresh daily, which is something. They do have the best sweet tea outside of a Milo's jug though.

Yelp
Mashed potatoes with gravy typically implies that you include the gravy with the mashed potatoes. Or at least somewhere in the order. Also why charge for a lemonade when a drink comes with the chicken dinn

Erica D.

Yelp
Me and my husband stopped by for breakfast this morning . We usually stop at a different location. Upon getting home and eating more than half of my fries I noticed a BUG In them. It looks like a fried beetle or ROACH :( .... I immediately lost my appetite and called the store. I spoke with the manager on duty. She said her name was Crystal. She did offer to refund the money or replace the entire order. She then proceeded to ask if I was sure that it was a bug because as she was throwing out the fries, she DID notice black "clusters " which could have been seasoning. This is the reason I am posting this review for the picture evidence of my call in today.

Yelp
If I could leave 0 - Stars I would. I am a local Raleigh resident. This location NEVER gives you the order you asked for. I have tried several times to give this location a chance. The food is UNDERCOOKED, COLD, and the fountain drinks usually taste WATERED DOWN. Go to my favorite Bojangles on Capitol Blvd - they will not disappoint!!!

Yelp
We order quite often and for the most part it's always delicious. Love their bo chicken sandwich and their delicious breakfast biscuits chicken and steak with gravy!

Yelp
This place has been on a RAPID decline for the past couple of years and has now hit the bottom. Just had the worst Bojangles experience of my life. Ordered the family feast 8pc 12 tender combo and they left the tenders out of the order completely. The chicken was not drained after being fried at any point in time. It was so soggy that the bottom of the box ripped open as I was pulling it out of the bag, literally. Cajun fries had 0 seasoning and the dirty rice was the consistency of mushed oatmeal. Employees are wearing street clothes, management clearly couldn't possibly care any less about what a pile of garbage this location has become over the past couple of years. Avoid this location at all costs as it's officially unadulterated filth.

Yelp
Really disappointing. We ordered a 12 piece family meal that is supposed to be 12 pieces and they tried to pass off the most ridiculous pieces as part of that 12. The last 3 pieces are literally a third of the size of a normal supreme. For a $30 meal I should not be shorted like this

Yelp
Dr J and I stop in and have dinner at the Bojangles on Durant Rd. in North Raleigh 4 to 6 times a month. We stop in to the dining room for that delicious perfectly cooked fried chicken, biscuits, superior coleslaw , Cajun fries and excellent unsweetened home brewed ice tea! Really hits the spot! Manager Sean welcomes our return with his warm smile and friendly greeting! He runs a tight ship keeping the customer flow moving so everyone's food is right and hot! We recently came in on the holiday weekend and the lines outside and inside were long! Never to worry, Manager Sean got everyone moved through quickly. We also run over to pick up big Family orders on Sundays! The biscuits are soft and delicious, add some strawberry jam and it's fit for a King! The Durant Location is the very best as we drive past others to always eat here. Try the dining room they'll be happy to make certain you have all that you need. "Best Bojangles Ever" 5 STARS!!!!!

Yelp
My dogs fish wanting the 2 piece chicken supreme and when we they/them (they are non binary) went to order it took 30min I was about to blow the bathroom up I was so mad but then I saw chicken eating chicken and that reminded me of my third cousin and she is really hot so now I am dating her when the food came my dogs fish was not happy with it it was very cold and there was only 1 piece of chicken in the big box soooooo five stars because the food was cold and I meet my true love my first cousin

Damien H.

Yelp
Closers are so busy playing & not caring about dinner shift never give you the correct order I can't stand coming here !

Daniel P.

Yelp
The food tasted great and I liked the way they added seasoning to their fries but the fries were a bit raw And the employees put their hands in their pants and once they took their hands out they didn't even consider washing their hands I say it's better to go to Bojangles during breakfast and lunch cause the employees worked better at that moment.

Yelp
Bojangles has some delicious fried chicken. Truly tasty with crisp skin and meaty pieces. The staff here is always helpful and every time I have gotten food here it has been hot and well prepared. One time they asked if I wanted to wait a couple of minutes as some fresh chicken would be out in a minute. Think about that statement above, they did not just give me some chicken that had been sitting out for some amount of time which they easily could have done, they asked if I was willing to wait to get some fresh out the dryer chicken. The answer is simple and of course I waited. The biscuits are good and Bojangles usually has a special on some type of biscuit sandwich. This is always a welcome solution to a quick fix, and usually quite inexpensive. Bojangles is a good value and the chicken actually looks like chicken not some of the things you get at KFC.

Quinn F.

Yelp
Best bojangles of all time trust. Everything was perfect. Look at this boberry biscuit bro

Yelp
Allergic reactions are no joke. Asked for no mayonnaise, opened my sandwich and the top bun seemed damp. I figured it was just moisture from the lettuce, tomato or chicken. Looks like they just wiped it off. If this happened during lunch, I'd have leave work for the day. One other note, the actual chicken was very dry, for a $5.75 sandwich, you'd expect more. This location was great 15 years ago, never going back now.

Wade R.

Yelp
Never put seasoning on fries and always give me old dry chicken thats been sitting out for hrs. Extremely dirty kitchen

Yelp
I love this location & will go out of my way to come here. Why do I love this one so much? Solely Crystal. Every single day I come, she's working drive thru & is the sweetest person! She always has a smile on her face & makes sure your experience is wonderful. She deserves every raise & vacation day!!!!

Yelp
Every single time I go to Bojangles I end up regretting it. Every single time they get something about the order wrong at mostly every location and the employees all have attitudes. I actually don't blame the employees as much as I do management because clearly their customer service standards and training programs are NON-existent. I had my kids in the car with me this last time, ordered in the drive through, got all the way home realized the order was wrong and had to drive all the way back, get the kids out of the car since the drive through line was so long. I explained what was wrong with my order, had to wait for someone else to come and fix it, and was told to move over so she could take the person's order behind me. They gave me the items I was missing and to make matters worse, when I asked for utensils because they omitted those as well, the lady just pointed toward the condiment station and said "they're over there". Wow. Not so much as an apology... terrible customer service, as usual.

Yelp
It's Bo time! When you walk through the doors of Bojangles, you are greeted with the smell of Cajun seasoning. There is usually a short line, and you don't have to wait long to order. The menu at Bojangles seems to go on forever, but they are most known for their chicken, fries, biscuits and sweet tea. When I go to Bojangles I usually order a 4-piece chicken supreme dinner with fries and a large, sweet tea. One good thing about the meal is that it is cheap. It only costs $6.17. The chicken tenders are a good size, and they usually give you extra pieces for free. Now that is good business. The fries are my favorite part of the meal. If you like Cajun fries, this restaurant will be your best friend because they taste so good. Then you come to the biscuits. Their biscuits are crispy and very enjoyable to eat. There are many varieties of biscuits there too, such as a sausage biscuit, Bo-Berry biscuit (which is my favorite) or a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. To finish off the meal you take a nice swig of your sweet tea and listen to the sound of amazing jazz music in their nice, clean dining room. I would most definitely recommend going to Bojangles with your friends, family, or yourself. 5 stars. - by A.

Yelp
Don't even smirk at this review, coming from me. You know you have a Bojangles guilty pleasure too. Mine is the occasional Bojangles chicken filet biscuit with either a sweet tea or Coke. There's just something about that simple combination that can make my day perfect on occasion...when I have a taste just for that, and nothing else. This location is on the north side of Raleigh off Durant Road. The folks here have always been very friendly and quick. I like this location better than the one on Capital Bd.

Yelp
I normally don't write reviews for fast food. Usually, they are pretty consistent wherever you go, and chances are you probably wouldn't bother looking at Yelp if you were craving something from a drive-thru. That being said, I had to take a moment and leave this quick 5 star review for this particular Bojangles. I've been to plenty of Bojangles around North Carolina and I usually end up being disappointed. It's either the chicken or sides are too cold, the fries are stale or over-seasoned, the biscuits as hard as a rock, etc. But this Bojangles... This Bojangles has treated me right from the very first day I moved to Raleigh. Every time I come here (Which has been about 6 times so far) the people working the register are enthusiastic and smiling and have NEVER messed up my order. There is no greater feeling than getting home with your meal and biting into a freshly made and perfectly seasoned piece of chicken, followed by soft and fresh outta the grease french fries, a just-baked buttery biscuit and then washing it down with an ice cold cup of iced tea. Seriously, I can't say enough good things about this Bojangles. Now if only the others were like this one...

Yelp
Went to the Bojangles on Durant road at 10:45 on May 13th of 2020 (they don't close till 11) and they completely ignored me. Not only did the see me. They straight up looked in my eyes and then proceeded to ignore the drive thru and not serve me. I already have had lots of issues with this Bojangles but the new staff in the past 6 months is extremely lazy and closes down every night early so I stopped going to stopped going to this location a while back. Hopefully the managers will get a hold of there staff soon because this Bojangles needs some serious help.

Trey C.

Yelp
Very crowded but got through the line in 5 minutes. Incredibly fast and accurate on our order. Very friendly and gave lots of sauce. 10/5 best Bojangles I have been too

Candace W.

Yelp
Went through the drive through to get 3 breasts and a leg, 2 large fries and 2 drinks. Drove home and unpacked the chicken, we got 2 breasts, a thigh and a leg. We pay extra for the breasts and this is the second time we've been given a thigh erroneously, however, the last time I drove back to the restaurant to get the correct piece of chicken. This time, we didn't go back, just wanted to bring it to the attention of management via social media. I myself have never worked for a fast food chicken establishment, but by virtue of having eaten chicken my entire life, I can differentiate between a thigh and a breast. That should be bojangles training 101...

Yelp
This place is awesome. Here on a recommendation by my cousin. It's pretty legit. Thanks! Get the Cajun Filet Biscuit. Wow. Great flavor, biscuit is moist and just the right amount of spice. The egg, sausage biscuit is nice too. I also tried the Bo Berry Biscuits too. Very good. It's a hit. We need one of these in Caro!

Yelp
I wasn't impressed. We got a big family order and while the sides were tasty, the chicken was rather bland. Unfortunately, something in the food made me sick and I ended up vomiting and having to stay up and deal with an upset stomach overnight. Again, the sides were great (mac n' cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, coleslaw, etc.) but the chicken just wasn't good. I am not sure what caused the sickness, but the next time my family wants fried chicken, we will do the longer drive and go to Popeye's. It's just better in my opinion.
google avatar

Lindsay S.

Yelp
Stopped in here for a quick to-go lunch on Saturday. Got a 2 piece white chicken combo with mac and cheese and a biscuit. The mac and cheese wasn't magnificent, but it was good. Got a Cajun Fillet Combo for someone else, as well as fries. The fries had just the right amount of seasoning. And we both had the signature Bojangles sweet tea! Consistent, beautiful, greasy, delicious Bojangles!

Yelp
I don't normally review fast food places, but this particular location has always given me difficulties. Most recently when I went through the drive thru I was asked to pull forward. No biggie. I asked for two dipping sauces, one ranch and one honey mustard. The employee at the drive thru said they would be in the bag. An employee brings out my bag and I ask him if the sauces are in the bag. He stammered and said, I think so, I'm not sure, I can go ask my manager. Um, how about looking in the bag? He handed me the bag and walked back inside. I checked the bag, shocker - no sauces. I go inside to get them and the employee who brought me the bag saw me. I said the sauces weren't in the bag. He kept walking and left me to ask another employee for them. She had difficulty understanding what I was asking for. This is not the first negative experience I have had at this location. Management needs to either get their employees trained better or hire new employees. Fast food employment is not rocket science - maybe management is the problem too!

Yelp
This is my favorite place to eat! The waiters are very friendly and calm. The food is SO good. We most always come here after church. Not much to say. Only that is is so awesome!

David B.

Yelp
This is the Bojangles closest to my house. It's your standard Bojangles. I like Bojangles, so they get four stars. However, you should be in the habit of double checking your order at this Bojangles; especially if you're doing carry out. They get biscuits wrong, forget to put sauces in your bag, give you the wrong sandwich or side. I never go through the drive-through at this location because you'll be all the way home and notice something got messed up. All that said, I'm not going to stop coming here.

D F.

Yelp
I bit into my biscuit and bugs crawled out. Not the first time this has happened to me here.

Jacob W.

Yelp
Food is always fresh. Today I went through the drive thru around 1:30pm on Monday. I order JUST a medium coffee. Pull up to the window and pay and they tell me the coffee is brewing, no big deal I can wait two minutes or so. They ask me to pull ahead and wait and someone will bring my coffee. It is exactly 1:30 as I pull up. At 1:40 I still do not have my coffee.....I ordered one simple item. I get out of my car asking where my coffee is that I've been waiting for 10 minutes for. The lady turns around and grabs my coffee and hands it to me. What???? I think they just forgot about me. Unbelievable. Extremely bad customer service. I will NOT be returning to this Bojangles ever. Working at Bojangles is not difficult, if you can't remember to give someone a coffee you need to be fired.
google avatar

Mike D.

Yelp
One thing I can say about every Bojangles is consistency. Good, bad or Indifferent the food, atmosphere and service seems to conform to Bojangles standards. While everything I've eaten there has been good i do not find a WOW factor on any menu item. And I've never had a biscuit that didn't fall apart before I finished with it. Like the 3 stars says, A-OK.
google avatar

Mark B.

Yelp
Despite their color entertaining commercials, Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits was pretty bland.
google avatar

Bryan H.

Yelp
You just can't do much better than Bojangle's for fast food chicken. This location is just a few minutes from our house, so we usually go there about once a month. The service has always been very fast and friendly as well. The only complaint about the food is that sometimes it is almost too hot! Ok, not really a complaint but I really don't have anything bad to say about this location. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because it is fast food, but if you want good food that won't break your bank account, this is the place to go.
google avatar

Gabrielle B.

Yelp
Their food is okay, just don't ever leave the drive-thru without checking your order because they leave out important things like sauce and gravy way too often.

Jenn W.

Yelp
I have never had an issue with this Bo's location before. After the horrific experience at a Bo's in Pineville/Charlotte, NC, this location is like a 5 star restaurant (kind of sad). Keep up the good service and warm-served food!

Olivia U.

Yelp
Went here with my husband and did not know what to expect. It was delicious. Basically there's every combination of biscuit chicken egg pork with gravy or not sandwich and that is just excellent!

Savannah H.

Yelp
I have had bad experiences with this location multiple times. I had an employe throw my debt card and have a melt down due to the fact that I misunderstood her when ordering. Also experienced multiple wrong orders given to me or something missing. Staff needs better training and to be reminded of how to treat the customers.

Carol G.

Yelp
After ordering 3 chicken breasts, some chicken supreme snacks for my families' dinner, I was terribly disappointed. Granted, I picked it up at 4:30, but the chicken was so dry, I couldn't eat it. The chicken had obviously been under the warming lights a considerable amount of time. I will never go back. I've had this experience numerous times at his location. I told my husband that maybe I would offer to pay extra for fresh chicken but was too embarrassed to do that. I should have. Maybe I would have something to eat then.
