I’ll give 1 star for this hair I purchased! This was an implusive buy. $240 for a wig right . Not even a week later this is how it looks with ONLY WATER! Baby this look like a synthetic blend. Anyways “It’s nothing I can do about it .” Maybe lower your price because this wasn’t worth it at all. Normally I’d go on Amazon, but I wanted my hair immediately . So their wigs are not talking about anything ! ( top shelf wigs ) I could have purchased Milky Way hair and been more satisfied. #ripoff I can’t spend another coin in there. Nice stuff and organizational but NO

Everytime I go in, I am greeted by Ms. Bok and the employees. They always try check in on you and are patient. If Ms. Bok sees you leaving without a purchase, she will ask you if you couldn't find what you are looking for and try to help you either find it, find something similar to it, call the store in Kingsland to check on its availability there to have it delivered the next day, or offer to order it. She also likes to know what her customers like so she can sell it in her store. The store is always neat, and for some reason, it always seems like the prices are a little cheaper.

Love the store has a variety of hair to choose from...plus some clothing and of course the jewelry is is going on...and the color contacts

I asked the owner if they have human hair for ponytails. She LIED and said that the human hair for ponytails hasn't been manufactured for 20 years.. I told her that she was wrong and I would buy them elsewhere. Then she changed her story and told me they only had short hair. This was my first experience with them. I walked out. She lied to me without pause for no reason. They will not be getting my money.

I love this beauty supply store but I will only give it 3 stars because they don't discount supplies for professionals that have license to show! I spend alot of money here and I feel like we deserve a discount! I also send all of my customers here! I guess it's too much to ask!!!

Wow! What great customer service. I had to stop by here last minute to get some items to help me prepare for an early morning event that I learned about last minute. Not only did they answer the phone fifteen minutes before closing, but they assured me that they would let me in when I arrived (lol) and they were extremely kind and patient while I selected my items. I didn't really browse - but the store appears to have a huge inventory. So . . . awesome staff . . . open late . . . and great inventory - that adds up to to FIVE STARS!

Went here to purchase lash glue. When I got home the protective seal was missing and the glue was dried out and not sticky. After selling me a defective and unsanitary product the store let me know over the phone that I could come in and switch it. 5 minutes later they call me back and tell me they don't accept returns or exchanges. Regardless of the unsanitary and defective product. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I 100% do not recommend shopping there unless you want dirty, unsanitary products that don't work correctly.

I've been shopping at this store for a few years and I've always been very satisfied of my shopping experience..However, today I went in to ask for a product exchange after spending over $70..on the day before and I was disappointed by the disrespectful tone of the owner..She used a very disrespectful tone and told me not to come back into her store..it wasn't about the minor $6 exchange..I didn't want a refund..it was the disrespect towards me as a Woman and a Valued Customer..I will not ever shop in Bok Beauty Store or any other Establishment to be disrespected..

love this hair store so much you should go there if you dont what to spend alot of money on some hair i did me so boho twist my oldest child soft locs and my yougest knotlees for olny 50$
