Bok Bok Korean Fried Chicken

Food at this place is getting progressively worse! We came in to order the chicken sandwich and it wasn’t available. How is the main attraction to the restaurant not available!? Then we ordered the house boneless meal and look at what we were served (pictured)! We asked for water cups and they gave us containers for side dishes (pictured). All drinks were out of order (pictured). It’s disappointing because we used to love this place AND we brought our niece from Australia. YOU CAN DO BETTER BOK BOK PROVO! 🗑️👎🏾👎🏾

Pretty delicious food! Love the double fry on the chicken! Sauce was delicious! Fries were honestly average and nothing super special about them.

We were drawn by the cute pixel chicken sign on the side of the building but when we entered the staff acted like we were a nuisance for coming in at 12pm. The tables were dirty and since one even had a dead fly on it I assume they weren’t wiped at all that morning. We ordered and when we received our food nothing was like the pictures in the windows. I wasn’t expecting a beautifully plated meal but the tots had no sauce, the cabbage was stingy and soggy and the chicken was mid at best. The “house sauce” was just sweet chili sauce as well. Plus they were “out” of sandwiches and pot stickers which I understand the pot stickers but the sandwich uses the same components as the other entrees so it’s poor management to be out of bread after you just opened. All in all I was not impressed and ended up throwing out a good portion of food. Also the bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Never coming here again.

My family and I visited to give this place a chance. Within the first 30 seconds, my gut said to leave. The dining room gave off the vibe that it was unkept. We decided to order anyway. Most of the orders were ok, but I hope that I can put this clearly as a chicken sandwich connoisseur. I'm from Georgia and grew up in the south. I was raised on fried chicken. The chicken at this place was so overcooked and dry that I could barely bite through it. I took it back to the counter and asked for a sandwich cooked properly. Gracefully, the cashier agreed. The second sandwich was the same. I can say that we will not return. If you want a better sandwich, go to Klucks or even Popeyes.

Friendly service and the food was good. I left it at 4-stars, as I shared the chicken wings and normally it would be a struggle to get any back, but most only ate one or two. Maybe it was the house sauce that was less appealing. The fries were crispy and above average. The chicken sandwich was my personal favorite, although normally it would have been the chicken wings.

Super tasty, fresh, and near campus. I really liked the House Spicy and Snow flavors on the boneless chicken. For me, the chicken was a little too dry for the Snow seasoning without the sauce but they do provide the sauce and I really liked it. Also, the fries and slaw are delicious, as well as the salad. I haven't had all of the menus items and sauces but I would image they will be at lease as delicious as what I have had.

I loved the fry’s and sauces!! Very crispy and the flavors are spot on!!! The employee was very friendly and offered great suggestions ❤️

10/10 food!!! We literally tried almost everything on the menue and everything is amazing! We came here as a family and have gone back multiple times already! The chicken options and sides are all incredible. Would definitely recommend coming here if you are in utah!!
