Great restaurant with a fantastic view over the water. Ordered the fish soup which, in terms of taste, was on par with Fisketorget's fish soup. Excellent presentation and a generous amount of seafood inside. The bread and sauce that came with it were fantastic, better than Fisketorget's. I was the only one sat outside and for some reason the waitresses didn't bring me any paper towels which is odd considering they know the fish soup has clams which I need to use my hands to open.

This is “a gem” in Stavanger, located at the seaside with nice outdoor area facing nice neighborhood across the water. This time visiting was the Constitutional Day in Norway and the baked Cod with lovely asparagus and other sautéed vegetables was very good!

Fantastic experience at Bølgen & Moi. The server was attentive and knowledgeable, the food and wine were delicious and we had a lovely view of the harbor. Highly recommended!

We went there just to have a quick coffee and this place didn't disappoint. It's not so easy to find a proper espresso and cappuccino in Norway, but this place did deliver 👏👍! Besides that, very friendly service and a nice and cosy place in general.

Nice view and very friendly staff. Food was partially really good, but not everything, e.g. the fish was really dry. Rest was fine though.

I love this place. Outstanding view over the ocean, amazing food, super service, nice atmosphere. It's not cheap, but the experience is worth it!

Great place to sit by the water on warm sunny day. Food was delicious and served very nicely. On top they let us in with a dog which is a big plus for the restaurant. Very nice experience overall.
