Location right next to the river is brilliant food, service, and drinks are all super. I would highly recommend a visit.

Great cocktails, best terrace in town and lovely staff. The menu changes every season and includes vegan/vegetarian options as well. Sustainability and local products are included in their meals and cocktails. Place not to be missed when in Bouillon!

We stopped to have a got drink after a day in sightseeing in Bouillon. Very friendly staff, nice decorations for Christmas, I think 8 euro for 2 hot chocolate was a bit to experience but those are their prices. It is pity that such beautiful place has to be only for take away.

All very good and dishes revisited well, very kind and helpful staff, the only flaw is the dessert, after more than 30 minutes of waiting I was expecting an excellent dessert but it was not. Mediocre dessert and chocolate bar really too hard to cut and eat.

I absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
Food and drinks all tasted great, were reasonably priced and presentation was amazing. The atmosphere is classy, cosy and industrial. Waiters were super friendly and food and drinks were timed right. We had a very nice afternoon in Bouillon with family, but I would also recommend on an incentive or with friends.
I wouldn't just say it's recommended when you're there, it's absolutely worth a detour.

Good experience here with friendly staff and good food. What was super helpful is that BOM has its English menu online, which makes it super helpful to those that do not speak/read French. The only downside is the prices are a bit on the steep side, but other than that, a good place to eat.

Enjoyable food, but pricey. Staff friendly though could be more attentive. Great lounge like atmosphere outside in the sun, directly at the river with views to the castle.
