Good location. Only a few minutes walk to Petite France and about 10 minutes to Cathedral. Good breakfast with continental selection plus scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. Bistro offered food throughout day and evening. Helpful and friendly staff with special mention to David on reception. Bedroom fine but bed a little too high. Great shower

Pros 🙂: 1. The location is excellent, right on a easily located corner of Rue de 22 Novembre, on the main road close to many shops and restaurants. (Tip: if arriving by Train and walking to hotel, exit from the Central middle wing of the station as it will make the walk to Boma much easier. Tip: Recommend the Meteor Restaurant located diagonally opposite the hotel) 2. Good luggage storage facilities - we arrived earlier and the room was not yet ready, the bag storage facilities are large and have many secure coded lockers available in all sizes 3. Large Room size. There was a enclosed vestibule area that separated the closet area and bathroom from the main bedroom area. This was helpful as we had 2 large suitcases, and one person can fully use this area for 1 open bag, while the other bag can use bedroom space. 4. Excellent TV system and movie options!! - Large size TV had many up to date movies available on demand free of charge, all with 4K quality. System even had adult X movies available if that's your thing. 5. Good bathroom size including a heated towel rack. 6. The Simmons bed mattress. Cons ☹️: 1. A terrible view for the rate we paid - placed on the second floor and the view was onto a large outdoor area that people can come and go on walking level same as the window.. rather strange...Could see multiple other rooms and their windows. On top of that, a large ventilation/heating piping shaft was right in front of our window. 2. While the Simmons Mattress was great, I found both pillow sizes not very supportive. 3. No minibar fridge in room. 4. Minor personal point - when closing the door between entry vestibule area and bedroom space, there is a tall mirror behind the door facing the bed. I suppose a mirror is needed for rooms, but personally don't like the placement - being on the bed and seeing your reflection/movement from the foot of the bed. (guess that's the Asian Feng Shui speaking up in me)

Great location, close to all the main attractions. A new hotel with an interesting design, with a very good breakfast, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

My experience at Boma Easy Living was deeply disappointing and far from what one would expect at this price level. The price is astronomical compared to the quality offered. Paying €450 per night for a room of only 16 m² is simply unjustifiable. The room felt extremely cramped, with no sense of comfort or value for money. The breakfast was equally underwhelming — far from being generous or memorable, and certainly not aligned with what one would expect from a hotel charging such rates. Additionally, although the hotel advertises parking availability, this is misleading. During the Christmas market season, the parking is not accessible at all, forcing guests to use an alternative parking facility almost 1 km away, at an extra cost of €25 per day. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its pricing or its promises. Unfortunately, the experience left us dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this hotel unless prices and services are significantly adjusted to reflect reality.

David at reception was a delight to interact with. It’s clear he understands hospitality! Our TV kept turning off after every 3-5 minutes. Looking through other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. Guest Services said they weren’t aware of such an issue but recommended unplugging the tv and plugging it in, which seemed to work once, but the next morning the TV was back the doing the same thing. Overall, the staff and location were great! I would stay again if in Strasbourg!

This is a nice hotel in a good position with good breakfasts. We were disappointed to find a room unbearably hot and the only advice that could be given was to open a window. The staff member didnt know how to adjust the heating and ok but no one else tried over the following three days. Housekeeping supplies were not replenished. Shame because otherwise this is a good place

Really good hotel centrally located. Rooms felt newly refurbished and were spotless. Reception, bar/restaurant and cleaning staff were all lovely. We had a drink in the bar before heading out every night and prices were reasonable plus always accompanied by a bowl of cashews. Would definitely recommend for a visit to the gorgeous city of Strasbourg.

Google
Great hotel in the center of the city. Prices were very reasonable for the room size. The bedding was also great. Only issue was the street can get a bit loud late at night. But overall would definitely stay here again

Yelp
Loved this cute boutique feeling hotel in Strasbourg! Location was excellent. Close to the train station (Less than a 10 min walk) and close to everything around! We walked everywhere in the area. Tons of places to eat nearby and lots of places to shop and buy gifts! There is a cute little restaurant in the lobby area that we didn't get to try but they do serve breakfast here so take advantage of that if you don't feel like walking around anywhere. Service was friendly, the girls at check in were really nice and gave us a QR code to scan that showed a Google map of places that were recommended! No fitness center but with the amount of walking you'll do, you won't miss that too much! Would def stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Yelp
I stayed for one night close to Christmas and my stay was very pleasant. The hotel is located between the train station and the city center. It's actually a great location with lots of shops and restaurants everywhere, yet the room is soundproof for a good night rest. The hotel is chic and trendy and has a cool dark sexy vibe from the reception area to the elevators. They had Christmas music playing in the elevators, hallways, and in the reception--but once I closed my hotel room door, it was amazingly quiet. The staff was helpful, especially David from Peru. Our room was very small but nice. We stayed in room 207. The room had a French door that opened to a small rooftop with 2 chairs and a table. The room was simple, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright, clean and modern. They offered a complimentary glass of hot mulled wine in the evening in their restaurant to help us celebrate the holiday season and our room also included a complimentary jar of local jam with their hotel name in our room as a holiday souvenir. I appreciate those little touches.

Yelp
Beautifully designed hotel with a very special ethno atmosphere. Located in the heart of Strasbourg, you have many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. From here you can explore all of the city easily! The rooms could be a little bigger, but everything is very clean and the beds are especially comfortable. Breakfast is regional and good, at plenty of choices. They also make their own chocolate cream instead of Nutella and the pain au chocolat is delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come back here any time!

Yelp
This hotel is no joke is a PERFECT place if you're interested in exploring the vicinity. You're right in the middle of petite France and there's SO MUCH to see. The cathedral is minutes away and a nice carousel as well should you be visiting with your little one. We love it and would definitely stay here again. Pros: great location in the middle of all the good stuff, breakfast is not included but it's stupendous. AC is a bonus during the hot summer and free movies to see to wind down is never a bad thing. Rooms are pretty good and the view of the streets is pretty awesome. Con: there was a fire alarm that went off right at 0400. I managed to grab our little one and husband, blanket and sat outside waiting to find out what the heck happened. Turns out nothing? Then we settle back in our room and boom, happens again. This time we did not move and again nothing. I'm not sure what was more concerning: the fact that no fire truck or police showed up or that it's way too easy to pull the fire alarm. This was a huge ordeal that seemed neglected to the guests staying. I saw pregnant woman rushing down and a man in a wheelchair getting pushed down for safety. Last thing - the elevators although very modern had a very u forgettable smell. Like bleach that went bad and lingered every time we walked into it.

Yelp
Hotel was paid by orbitz account and charged my credit card again for the total again on the credit card for incidentals. Front desk started arguing with me that Expedia never sent them the money and they have to charge my credit card, after showing my receipt from orbitz, she finally calmed down and gave me a credit on my Amex that they charged. The hotel is advertised that it has parking, it does not. I paid 44 euros in nearby parking to park my car. The hotel is very hard to get to, there is only one way to approach it. Wasted almost an hour driving around it, apple maps will not find a way to it only google maps can guide you there. Do not recommend

Yelp
This was an ideal location, midway between the train station and town center, great to visit the Christmas markets. Room was basic, appreciated the free water and juice selection. Check in and out is available via kiosk which I took advantage of but you can do it the old fashioned way if you prefer. Staff barely offered a word my entire stay, not even a Bonjour when coming and going. The noise was an issue as there is no sound proofing at all. Baby crying from another room, cleaning staff, garbage trucks, and homeless people all creating loud enough noise to disturb my sleep at all hours. Restaurant was pretty good and very comfortable. They did not have several useful basics like USB ports, body lotion, makeup mirror, non instant coffee.

Yelp
Amazing hotel! Small suggestion, leave the air conditioning on before guests arrive because it took all evening to cool the room back down and this actually uses more energy than maintaining a cooler temperature. Otherwise, beautiful view, very cool modern and clean room and good breakfast. Would stay again if ever in the area!
