i came here for the holly jolly pop up & skylar was our server & she was the best. she really helped us with picking out which items she recommended & they were great choices! she was also really sweet & made the process so easy. she was truly a pleasure! thank you skylar ❤️

Oh man where to begin. We came here for the Holly Jolly Bar. Our reservations were for 6:45 and were told we couldn’t be seated because it was “too packed”. Told to come back at 7:15 but had other reservations so they said 7pm would be ok. The hostess at the front of the bar was pleasant and then it went down hill from there. We got down to the bar and it’s COMPLETELY empty. There is no way it was “too packed”. We sat and it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we existed. Then we had to ask to order food, ask to order more drinks, ask for silverware…. The wait staff NEVER came to check on us once. Had to ask for the check. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT ORDER THE SLIDERS. The taste and the quality are not worth the $20 price tag. The fries are good though. The only saving grace of this place is the decor is cool. Other than that save your money and literally go anywhere else

1. Takes forever to get inside 2. Service is slow and horrible, waiter we had, had such an attitude 3. The waiter closed out our bill without letting us review the bill and charged an undisclosed gratuity charge which is illegal In the state of NY under the New York General Business Law 349 of deceptive practices. 4. Waited 30 min to be asked what to eat for the food to take another 35 min just for the food to be cold…. The buffalo wings weren’t buffalo , just a random flavor . The burger and fries were cold, sent it back and relocated to another venue.

Me and my partner came here tonight 10/18/2025 for the frankenstein mad scientist lab. It was advertised online different than in person, advertising as more of an activity lab , but was a halloween themed restaurant instead. This was the minor issue. The major issue was the customer service in which felt racially motivated. Me and my partner arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation, in which said reservation cost $60. We weren’t allowed inside until 8:15 , yet others who had just shown up were allowed in. we were told it was due to the table number and the party number. But after paying $60 for a specific time seated. It should be given. After we finally entered the establishment, nobody greeted us for awhile, then we were asked our drink order, then we had no body come back to us for 30 minutes or more , as everyone else who came in after us was given quality service. Looking around it seemed as though everyone who was black or a person of color, the customer service was very minimal and were ignored. We eventually left after not being tended to by anybody. I’m very disappointed. I hope in the future the establishment will fix this.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. We bought tickets for their Frankenstein Bar 90 minute Experience for 9pm, due to weather and being NYC traffic we arrived 25 minutes after, mind you we drove close to an hour and a half to get there. The greeter promptly told us the could not go in because we had arrived after their 15 minute grace period. Unprofessional is not even the right word for this woman, she didn’t look up off her phone once, rolled her eyes and told us we could either reschedule or get a refund. Mind you nowhere in the tickets did it said anything about a “grace” period, and I was within my 90 minute time slot. No costumer service whatsoever, this place is shameful.

Horibble staff, service. They brought the payment terminal so we couldn't see it and added another 20% tip without showing the receipt they already had. They messed up our drinks twice and even argued with us saying we didn't like the drink over a small thing. We are the customers - we paid for it and just wanted to get what we ordered. They were clearly wrong. I do not recommend this place; it is the worst bar I have ever been to🤬🤬🤮🤮

Drinks are well prepared. Customer service is top notch. However the atmosphere doesn’t fit well to me.

Super cute speakeasy vibe. Great staff and sick venue for a comedy show (you can be literally a foot from the comedian which is crazy but worth it). Should a glass of cheap brut prosecco cost $18 with tip (more than price of bottle)? Probably not, but this is New York and going to a comedy show without a drink minimum is great.

This place is the hottest new club in manhattans meatpacking district ! It's super exclusive and very lively at 8pm till around 2am. I enjoyed the delicious cocktails at the bar and the vibe is perfect for night out in NYC. The service is outstanding and professional. It's really the spot to be since it opened yesterday. They also have amazing truffle french fries that taste like they came from HEAVEN ! Everyone should check this place out soon before it gets too popular and you'll need to reserve a table for entrance. Many high profile DJ's are making their way to play at this spot in the next coming weeks! Be sure not to miss out. BOMBA is the BEST!

THEY SERVE FREE SLIDERS AND FRIES AT MIDNIGHT!!! beautiful ambiance and good dj, the complimentary sliders and fries were so good.

This place is AMAZING. The setup, vibe, and DJ are incredible and they serve FREE sliders and fries at midnight, cmon. Easy to get drinks and loungey tables are perfect. Definitely would check it out!
