Great discovery ! Had dinner for two - the ambiance is very cool, different from what we usually see in Geneva. The food is excellent, it's varied, worked and each ingredient's taste is brought out. We had the leek with yuzu, the "joue de bœuf" and the safran risotto. The service was great as well, very welcoming and open to any questions we had. They change their card every 5-6 weeks to work with the season's fresh products.
