Happiness guaranteed? Not really. Ordered two 4-pack socks on 11/17. One pack was shipped & received. I emailed CS about the 2nd pack since I have yet to get a shipping confirmation. They said I have to wait till 11/28 to follow up again. Why had I paid over $100 for these?!

I’m having the same issue as others. Place my order on Nov 30 for Xmas gifts. Bombas was very quick to charge my credit card $300. Here it is Dec 27…. Still nothing!!! Bombas has acknowledged that the shipment was lost and has indicated they will replace it, but they have not kept that promise. Also as noted by others, they have shut down all phone communications AND their email is delayed- takes 48 hours for emails to be delivered. I am beyond frustrated- not only did this really upset my Xmas, but I truly wonder if they plan to just take my money and run!!!

Their customer care team is outstanding! I had a pair of fairly new BOMBAS that ripped and had a hole in them and they sent me a brand new pair within an hour of my complaint. Not many customer service teams operate with pace like this and it. Extremely responsive and positive experience. Highly recommend!

I would give zero stars. Placed a first time order, price reflected 20% off. Checked out, discount disappeared. I immediately reached out via the only way allowed, email, only to receive an automatic reply that someone would reply in several weeks. Worst company ever, will never buy socks for my office staff here again!

So I brought the socks because of the 20% off and the socks were on sale. I never received a confirmation email from Bombas. I ordered with Afterpay. I received an email from them part of my order was cancelled. I reached out to bombas and was told they don’t have an order number for me. They can’t help. Funny I received the socks in the mail. Even after sending them the picture of their package and the socks still no response. I don’t have an invoice in the bag don’t know what was cancelled from my order. So how did they mail My order. I am a unsatisfied customer the customer service was not helpful at all. For the price of the socks my feet were still hot. Poor customer service.

I've bought a lot of socks in my life. I had previous socks wear out because I genuinely wore them out. These have an initial comfort that is a little above average but they fall apart with in a year or so. They ask a premium price / I will never buy these socks again.
