Bombas

I've bought a lot of socks in my life. I had previous socks wear out because I genuinely wore them out. These have an initial comfort that is a little above average but they fall apart with in a year or so. They ask a premium price / I will never buy these socks again.

So I brought the socks because of the 20% off and the socks were on sale. I never received a confirmation email from Bombas. I ordered with Afterpay. I received an email from them part of my order was cancelled. I reached out to bombas and was told they don’t have an order number for me. They can’t help. Funny I received the socks in the mail. Even after sending them the picture of their package and the socks still no response. I don’t have an invoice in the bag don’t know what was cancelled from my order. So how did they mail My order. I am a unsatisfied customer the customer service was not helpful at all. For the price of the socks my feet were still hot. Poor customer service.

I don't get how anyone uses these things. They feel like I'm wearing plastic bags on my feet. The worst socks I've ever used. They're making my feet sweat even with no shoes on. I'm outside and it's breezy and there's still no ventilation.

I've bought Bombas for years and they have always lasted at least a year. I bought some in December and I could immediately tell that they changed the material. The material has been changed for the worst and they didn't even last 4 months. I only wear them around the house. I no longer recommend these socks. Save your money and buy something else. They are super disappointing.

Bought a few pairs of Bombas socks, since I enjoy quality apparel. I wasn’t disappointed. Even when one somehow got a hole in it, they replaced, not just that pair, but the whole order. 4 brand new pairs . That’s amazing customer service.

They use to make great quality socks, not anymore stay away!!! Cheap quality that didn’t even last me 6 months

I ordered a pair of women’s compression socks from Bombas because I suffer with restless legs syndrome. I couldn’t wait to get them so I could finally get some relief from the weird feeling I had in my legs. I was so disappointed ☹️ I truly felt like crying the socks didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone it is so frustrating. I had planned to give them to family and friends for Xmas but they aren’t worth the money. Good looking socks but nothing more than that.
