A nice hostel in KP. The private rooms are clean and well maintained. The public areas have all the necessities one would need to make a small meal themselves. The staff are good. Be warned tho if you are checking in early (before 8 am) please inform them in advance cause it's a task to wake up the night shift guys.

The reception has a sort of courtyard entrance ambience. There is a common room down to the basement with some seating for about ten people with a kitchenette where some simple breakfast can be made. There is drinking water available at all times. The rooms are on the first and second floor. There are 2 rooms with 6 bunk beds each on each floor. The first floor is only for women. There are two toilets on each floor, which are quite decent for a hostel establishment. The soap dispenser may not work. I'd recommend getting your own toiletries. There isn't a wall mixer to the shower, so inspite of having an instant geyser, you have to do quite an exercise to not get burnt in the process with hot water. The rooms are air conditioned and there are individual cabinets to keep your regular 5 litre backpack. There is space around the room and under the beds for bigger trolley bags. It's a decent place overall for a neat budget.

There are lots of positive things about this cozy stay. 1. Clean and tidy rooms 2. Good staff 3. Spacious common area (with Flat screen TV) 4. Ironing & Cooking facilities 5. Good neighborhood. 6. Small locker in the dorm Above all the place provide good ambience with lots of quotes and artistic walls. The things which i found lil uncomfortable are 1. Small bathroom. 2. Parking outside. ( This won't be a big issue since everyone in that area parks their cars on the road side, it looks pretty safe!) I booked one bed in a 6 bed mixed AC dormatry (@Rs.480 Goibibo). If I visit Pune again I won't even consider another place for my accommodation.

Bombay Backpackers Pune is one of the best hostel I have seen and what makes it special is not just the place but the host (Umang & Komal) along with the other staff. All the people there are welcoming. This place is just 3 months old but it's so well maintained and the best part is they are improving still. I didn't just stay there but I made some amazing friends there. My go to place for stay whenever I travel to Pune.

Trust me I can't even express how poor aminties are and how pathetic the arrangements are.. There's only one fan (that too a table fan) in mix dorms and and there are 5 double beds in this room with no windows! It's very much inside.. It's not hostel it's a poor management lodging rooms.. Just to earn money.. I have seen a lot of hostel till now.. Please do not choose this hostel to stay! Staff is also not interested poor arrangements of lockers rooms..a lot mosquito around dull and suffocating rooms! I hope people who want to suffer will choose this hostel for sure! I will give 0 stars out of 5.. In fact ratings should be in minus.

A hidden place to crash for all Backpackers, it is truly a task to find, especially if you aren't from Pune. However, the place itself is quite interesting. They have a good sleeping arrangement, whether you need bunk beds for a group or a private room for a couple. The pricing is also quite cheap and competitive. The recreational area is in the basement, where you can jam with your gang or play a few board games that are available. The kitchen though needs to be maintained a bit, as a lot of guests tend to just throw away stuff. Another point worth mentioning is the shared shower and toilet. Even though it is cleaned, it's a bit cramped and the windows aren't covered exactly to your comfort. The rooms are in a good state, with comfortable bedding, individual reading lamps, and lockers. Breakfast is served every morning, if you ain't the person to head out in the city to try the local stuff.

Okay.... I am taken back on how beautiful this hostel is, VERY clean, people are with beautiful souls and very attentive to their guest. I will recommend this hostel to the rich and the poor. Im a contractor that loves really nice things. This place is it my fellow travelers!! Staying here thus far has been AMAZING.
