A hidden gem 💎! I love the unique Crepe recipes and that they also carry açaí bowls. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy a cute atmosphere. The staff are very friendly too :)

Upset! This is how much they give you and have the nerve to charge $12 per bowl. I waited all day to have one and was heated when they gave me this. I bought 2 and they were both this amount. The bowl tasted great, but not enough for the price you pay.

The smoothies are amazing but you wait forever. This last time 20 minutes for one smoothie. The employees are clearly overwhelmed with orders. If the peanut butta jam wasn’t so addicting I would go elsewhere!

I came at 8:05 pm on 05/15/25 and they were already closed. The hours said they were open 8 am - 9 pm but they were already closed. Not sure it’s new hours or something happened, but guess we’ll have to try again. Please update hours though if it’s not open past 8.

Found this place while on vacation from Texas. Really great smoothies and everything else, and also REALLY, REALLY GREAT service and the guy named Forrest is the absolute best! Really friendly, professional, and great work ethic. I come there everyday to get my smoothies before and after my workouts and it's because they have the best smoothies in LA and the best atmosphere! I would give them one hundred stars if I could.

Came in on 6/14 at 10a. Was looking for protein smoothie and was a bit lost with the menu but the service was wonderful. Really nice guy helped me through the menu and made some solid recommendations. Tasted amazing 🙏

Went today and had a wonderful refreshing smoothie prepared in no time by Lila! Nice atmosphere and a place where they play my favourite music. Recommend!

This is a follow up review to this joke of an establishment: If disappointment were a flavor, this acai store has perfected it. I'm convinced they're charging by the syllable of the word "organic" and "superfood" because these bowls are highway robbery. What do I get for the price of a decent meal? A sad puddle of melted acai slush topped with limp fruit and a tablespoon of granola that tastes like cardboard. Don't even get me started on the portion sizes - I've seen shot glasses with more content than these bowls. And if you actually manage to flag down the disinterested, slow-moving staff, you'd better have a backup snack in mind for when they forget half your toppings. Save yourself the money, the time, and the frustration. This place isn't serving bowls of health; it's serving bowls of regret.

Yum,, A nice fruitful and healthy place to have dessert and snacks. I am not a huge fan of yogurt, but I was recommended this place by a coworker that know the area and places to go. I like the Belgium Chocolate yogurt snack, and I think my girl like the Acai Bowl, or Cali Bowls. Great place with so many snack choices besides yogurt. Nice people and good treats. We will be back again.

Ordered deliver of a large create your own through DoorDash. What arrived was the most abundant Acai bowl I've ever received. Sure it was $15 plus delivery fees but for super food loaded with fruit these days, what a value! Will definitely order from them again!

Service- good Presentation- good Ambiance- nothing special, located near corner of santa monica blvd and westwood. I ordered the perfectly pitaya bowl; fruit on top and supposed frozen smoothie type material below. Fruit was fresh with nice presentation the smoothie type material below was like a crystalized frozen lemon ice consistency- not what i was expecting based on other bowls i have had at other acai bowl places. Needless to say i was not impressed with taste( a bit on the tooo sweet side for me also) If not for service and presentation i would have given a 2 for this place

The staff was working alone and it looked like it was hard. I wanted to order lavender but it was sold out because it was evening. However, this staff was kind and friendly. They worked hard. There were few seats in the shop but it was cute. I couldn't charge my phone because the outlet was broken.

I had apparently put in an online order when they were technically closed. They served me anyways, but it felt very awkward and uncomfortable. It was good but I feel insecure about ordering from them again, I don't want to be a bother.

So...let's jump right in. Let me say, I used Yelp reviews to find this spot. Bon Bon Berry is in a small shopping area, nestled in between a nail shop and a print shop... It's not too hard to locate. Note: Small lot and few parking spots. The guy working behind the counter was the order taker and preparer, kudos to him for being it all, HOWEVER, not friendly but not rude either. Ya kno' one of those people who just doing the bare minimum. It's a job for him. What had me raise an eyebrow was what I witnessed when he was preparing my order. I guess he was sweating, and he used his forearm to wipe the sweat from his forehead. That was a temporary fix because he grapped a few paper towels nearby (the sink is in close proximity to the preparation area) to wipe his forehead. Now, maybe this is just a "ME" thing, but I feel he should have washed his hands after touching his face multiple times and dealing with bodily fluids (IJS). At $13 per smoothie bowl, I will find me a different location that has friendly staff, and hand washing is a routine practice. Usually, I give places a second try because everyone has a bad day, but I'm hard NO on cleanliness. The rest of the establishment was clean, including the counters and the food stations where they spoon out toppings. There are a few tables and chairs inside for customers to sit at. I don't know if there is a bathroom for customers. The smoothie bowl was ok. On a scale of 1 to 5, it's a solid 3, here's why: 1. The portion size is great, in my opinion, for the price. 2. The taste was a bit funky, and I'm not sure what was off exactly. I was left with an aftertaste and that I didn't like. 3. No honey or agave was added, and I love me some honey or agave. For me, this place is a no. I will pull into a Jamba Juice next time.

$15 for an açaí bowl, ok. But it tasted horrible. The acai tasted like it had melted and refrozen many times over and was a dark grey ish color (YUCKO!). Samples of the frozen yogurt were ok, but only half ready to be served.

Loving the new menu. Pretzel Bites and Churros are on point! Cinnamon rolls were so fresh and yummy. looking forward to trying their new Breakfast Bowls

Awesome shop, great menu, and definitely a great ambience! They have a very nice outside patio with a nice background music. I enjoyed my passion fruit green tea with boba and my favorite mini cinnamon rolls. They also gave me extra stamps on a loyalty card. Will be back

I ordered the classic acai bowl. It was prepared to order and was packed with strawberries and bananas that were perfectly ripe. It was a large size and reasonably priced. The service was prompt and friendly. They also have a parking lot which is very convenient.

Its so weird that they don't have plain tart flavor... They just have mango or chocolate or so... So weird the yogurt shop doesn't have plain flavor.. And the cashier is so rude... Never coming back

DON'T GET THE TROPICAL SMOOTHIE. it literally tastes like coconut milk, water, and banana. I didn't taste any of the fruit it was supposed to contain and the texture was so watery. I forced myself to take like 5 sips and I threw it away. I can't believe I paid $11.50 for the most mid smoothie I've ever had. I probably will never order a smoothie again because I'm traumatized from ordering this yummy sounding drink that turned out to be a brown goop.

The only good thing about this place was the guy working there. He was super chill and really patient with our orders. We got the banana nut shake and the Tropical açaí smoothie. The banana nut shake had a very wierd after taste. Must be the peanuts but they should use peanut butter instead cause it doesn't work well at all. The tropical acai smoothie was so watery and bland! LOL We were so surprised. Like it tasted like it was missing all the fruits omg haha I'm very surprised this place has 4 stars! And the prices for this was so much! $10 for small shake?? And like $14 for a small smoothie? Damn that is crazy!

I had to get my husband an acai bowl so I ordered one here. He said all his usual places, qwench, robeks, jamba, even wholefoods seem to be cutting corners and they seem to be using a new slimy base and smaller portions. He loved what I got him, cali bowl i think. He started to think he would never have another decent acai bowl ever again in WLA.

2 years later and I still enjoy the açaí bowls here. I like to use a food ordering app called Allset which usually has really good deals and so when I order out of here, the açaí bowls are super affordable! The granola, bananas, and sugar free chocolate tastes so good with the açaí, it's what I crave in the mornings especially when it's hot.

My go-to for frozen yogurt now that has consistent great quality and the service has always been great! Depending upon the time of day parking is usually available in the adjacent lot.

I'm a bit torn on what star rating to give them? I would've loved for them to have earned 5 stars, especially because they're just several blocks from my house and I'm always looking for a good healthy smoothie spot in my area, but they fell short of that. I had their Acai smoothie (with whey protein, peanut butter and chocolate chips). Pros: -The smoothie really was good...taste, texture, all of it. (*If I we're only rating on this, it would be a solid 5 stars!) -Gentleman working there was real cool & friendly. Cons: -The smoothie was $15.50 and almost $18, after I tipped 15%. That's bananas!! (No pun intended). Most expensive smoothie I've ever had! -The place looks closed, even when it's open. I mean, even to the point where you're walking up to their door and about to reach for the handle to possibly shake a locked door. I'm sure it had to do with the time of day I went and the sun not allowing their neon sign to show, but they should either open the door or change their lights inside to be significantly brighter. Great smoothie for an ABSURD price...gotta give them 4 stars!

Terrible service. Only one employee at the store! No customer in the store (store empty) and the lady said it will take 30 minutes to make the order! The order was: 1PB workout and 1 coffee! I don't quite understand how the lady can have such a bad attitude, I believe she is not happy at where she is! Sad to have these kind of employee! I hope you guys find a better human! Just fyi, this place takes forever to make 2 items!

This place has a great Acai Smoothie. It is also centrally located. Do not hesitate to stop in.

I come here probably weekly for the California açaí bowl. The base has a good consistency (not too runny or too hard and tangy), the fruit tastes fresh. It's not the absolute best that I've had but it's far better than other places I've been to. I wish the bowls were in an actual bowl though but thats just personal preference. I try to always order ahead and my order is always ready for me when I pick up! Parking can get busy in the strip mall but it's not impossible.

I like the bowls here but was here at 9:10 am on a Saturday morning. It was supposed to open at 9 but dark and closed. If you post opening hours, be open when you're supposed to!! Will have to get my açaí fix somewhere else

I live right down the street, so thought I would check this place out! I walked right in and there was one guy working the counter. I ordered an Aloha Bowl and it was good! They melt really quick though, so it was soft when I got home. Had to put it in the freezer for a bit to get the consistency right. Wish there were tables outside to eat. BEWARE: There was a Yelp coupon for a free regular iced tea, but it's with a $15 MINIMUM!! Acai bowls are like $12-13, so you have to get extras to get the free iced tea. I did cause I wanted the iced tea but like nooooo

I'm a big fan of their California bowl! It comes with fresh strawberries, bananas, acai base, and granola. The fruit is just perfect, sweet but not overripe. The acai base is kinda like a frozen yogurt consistency and the granola is nice and crunchy! I've been here twice already and it was consistent both times! Due to the current times it seems like it's take out only-- still pretty good though!

Absolutely love this place! I had the Matcha Green Tea Frosted Milk and the California Acai Bowl, and they were both absolutely delicious! I can't wait to try the Taro Frosted Milk, which is one of their top drinks. The service is also phenomenal. Everyone really made me feel at home. Will come back and bring friends!

Easy parking, good food, good customer service. Only thing is its kinda pricey but understandable because of the area. Overall, good experience.

I don't understand how this can be called an Acai bowl. It was quite literally a smoothie in a bowl. A completely runny "base" that was just a smoothie, actually it was more liquidy then a smoothie. I cannot believe I payed almost $15 for this. Also there was barely any toppings and it was very sad to eat. There should be a distinction between a bowl and a smoothie.

I am so pleased w the bowl & Thai tea I've ordered I am so happy I was recommended this place Going to try more smoothies as well. I consumed my whole order so fast I didn't have a chance to snap a pic. 10/10

I went here regularly for a year or so and finally had it.... I always order the same açaí bowl without bananas and instead have blueberries, which they charge for even though it's a substitution. I had the buy 12 (I think) get 1 bowl free card and at roughly $10/bowl I finally got to my free bowl $120 later! So I go in, make my same order as I have for the past year and they charged me $2.60 +/- for the tiny amount of blueberries you see in the picture below. Plus the bowl was half empty. I don't plan to go back and wish they would've honored my regular patronage. Needless to say, there are bigger fish in the sea than my açaí bowls but still Bon Bon Berry, that was a pretty stingy move.

The açaí has no taste, not many topping options and way overpriced (2.50 for bee pollen?!), especially considering it was equivalent to eating ice slush with sour strawberries. Waste of $15

Enjoyed my Aloha Bowl! Came with coconut, mango and pineapple, granola. I liked how everything was just right, not too sweet. I also omitted the agave. Would like to try their other bowls and açaí smoothies.

After coming back from a trip from Hawaii and eating lots of yummy açai bowls there, I came back to LA searching for delicious açai bowls at home. I tried the California açai bowl from Bon Bon Berry. It was just ok. The acai seemed to have too much bananas or something blended into it so the texture was very sticky. There was lots of granola but overall the taste was just not as good as some of the acai bowls I've tried at other places. I also wished they had different sizes for the bowls. It was around $9 for a decent sized bowl but I preferred a smaller bowl instead for a lower price.

At first I fell In love with this place and I put my co workers on. Then Ethan started making the Acai bowls. It normally cost about 10 bucks. Which is not bad for how much they give you. The last few times I went it was watered down, items were missing and barely any Acai in the bowl. Me and my co workers were upset. The normal quality just wasn't there anymore. If you do go don't let Ethan make your smoothie's or Acai bowls. He's very lazy, rude and unprofessional. No customer service.

I've been here three times already and I LOVE this place. I always get the razzi Acai bowl but today I had the aloha Acai bowl and it was delicious as well! The people who work there are always super friendly. The Acai bowls are always huge portions as well so I'm super thankful for that! The Belgium chocolate froyo is delicious as well, SEE YOU SOON!

Acai is bowl is awesome! Will definitely be coming back. Great staff and atmosphere. My go to place on the westside. Reminds me of the fresh acai bowls from Hawaii. This place reminds me of home. Mahalo

The gentleman working this morning was excellent at his job. Even though he was busy, he made sure to greet me when I walked in. Asked me if I had any questions and eventually when I was ready, took my order and made suggestions. He was very receptive and has great soft/people skills. I'm not sure if this was the owner or an employee, but if it was an employee, he definitely should move up quickly. People skills aren't natural for everyone, so kudos to him. Thanks y'all for a lovely experience! Ps- the acai smoothie was delicious!

Been obsessed with Açaí bowls lately so I've been trying all the places around town. I ordered the Aloha Bowl and the açaí was brown and melty. Not very frozen and fresh tasting. The fruit and granola was fine. Not worth $15 in my opinion.

I usually order the original acai bowl. It comes with a lot of granola. There's usually like a thick layer of granola and then there's a small layer of acai. If there was more blend to granola ratio it's be great. But this one was more granola than blend. It was around $8.25 so it's average priced There's a lot with parking and a nice sitting area inside.

I'll start by saying the employees here are so nice! Every time I have walked in, the female employee is so bubbly and sweet. She's always recommending the popular items. My personal favorite acai bowl is the Aloha Bowl! I think it is very light and not too sweet. I also like to add the frozen yogurt on top. They carry different frozen yogurt flavors everyday, but they are all really good! As for interior, the place looks very clean and well kept. The decor is awesome and really cute. Def. my favorite acai bowl spot in LA

Not really good at all. Who makes an acai bowl with apple juice? Doesn't taste natural or healthy at all and it was $17. Super sugary taste. I would not recommend this place at all.
