Fabulous collection of beautifully displayed glass I’ve seen. Very reasonably priced. Spoilt for choice. Staff very friendly & helpful & we loved the ginger shop cat. Would definitely recommend. We visited in Aug 2023 from the UK

What a beautiful shop with the most gorgeous glass items and other vintage home finds. The China was especially eye catching. Had the pleasure of speaking with the owner (I believe he was an owner) and you could tell how passionate and knowledgeable he is about the vintage art in the store. Can’t wait to return!

All these antique glass bottles reminded me of 'I Dream of Genie'. Did she ever escape him? It's so cringe looking back on old tv shows and the zany situations the characters find themselves. If that's what viewers wanted to watch then, what can be learned from what we watch now? I've strayed off topic a bit, but Bon Vivant has some beautiful furniture worthy of any cringey mid-century sitcom.

Great little shop with a variety of types of beautiful things. We found this lovely original painting by a local artist, among other things we didn't know we needed until we entered this store :) Well worth the visit, and will look forward to seeing what's in stock next trip. Thank you!

The most well curated MCM shop in the desert! Patrick & James welcome you in like family! They know their items and are happy to extend their knowledgeable with you! Sincere, kind, wonderful men! It is a destination must if you’re in Palm Springs ! I cannot recommend it enough!

Admittedly I came for the cat, but stayed for the selection and service. This was one of the cutest and most eclectic antique stores I’ve ever been to. The owner (and Harley, the shop cat) were very sweet. I’ll definitely be back if I find myself in Palm Springs again. If you’re ever visiting Palm Springs, this place is definitely worth the visit!

A brilliant collection of glass and ceramic objects! I was in heaven. The owner is conversational, passionate and knowledgeable about his merchandise. Ask him anything! Don't be put off by the location, prices are reasonable and the shopping experience is relaxed and fun here!

I visited Patrick store He told me all about his sweet cat. We had the most wonderful conversation. All of his stuff is amazing value for an even amazing price please visit Patrick.

The most amazing must "GO TO" store in PS‼‼ welcoming, knowledgeable, honest, kind - most importantly FRIENDS FOR LIFE‼‼. I make it a must stop every trip either by myself or with anyone visiting ! You will talk about being in their curated space for a long time after! They always know the history of all their objects and are happy to share their knowledge with you-

The coolest shop ever for all things vintage. Everything was so awesome. My heart was full from all the great items for housewares, accessories, accent pieces, art, etc. I settled on two statement necklaces. Since the purchase I have received endless compliments. They need to open up a shop in the OC (Newport Beach / Coast or Corona Del Mar)! Owners are so great! Kind, hospitable.

I love Bon Vivant - seeing what is new and fun and always the nicest folk to assist. It's a must-do when I'm in Palm Springs!

What a great experience. I came in yesterday with a friend while we waited for our coffees to be ready close by and truly found a gem of a store. The service was just as great! I bought a small tie clip for my boyfriend and as soon as the person helping us heard he asked if I wanted a box and bag. I could tell he was genuinely excited for me to give this item to my partner and that made my day! Reasonable prices too!

Literally my favorite vintage store in all of Palm Springs. Patrick, the owner is not only so kind and easy going but incredibly knowledgable. The pieces in the store ARE GORGEOUS. You walk in and want everything...over the years I've gotten Givenchy necklaces, pottery from the 60's...what I love too is that while unique and in absolutely perfect condition Patrick keeps prices fair which most places do not. A do not miss when in town...

Small, well- curated gallery. Unlike the anique galleries that have tons of nooks and crannies holding a never-ending assortment of knick-knaques, Bon Vivant is a bright, open space that holds a distinctive collection of pieces. It's got mostly MCM furniture and decorative accessories, but it also has jewelry and other small items. It's a breath of fresh air and inspiration. Expect to pay a slight premium for the curation and the research that is provided with each item (you're generally not buying random items, but ones that fit within a narrative of a designer or style) I enjoyed browsing the gallery and chatting with the owner- he was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase, which made it all the better to linger and browse and feel free to return for more treasures to discover.

Just a really neat, almost curated, must-stop place. Patrick and James were around long before the trendy, "uptown design district" designation, and I'm sure helped start that vibe. I still remember the old, fun smaller location. More unique housewares, barware, mid-century art glass and the best place for "rat pack"-era cuff links. The mother-of-pearl and onyx Buddah pair I bought 15 years ago, always elicit a compliment.

Owners Patrick and James are just incredible! Each time I visit Palm Springs, this is my first stop. If you know your decorative items and even if you don't this shop is it. Top designers from around the country shop here. James thorough knowledge of the origins of the inventory combined with their fair prices will make a lover of this shop out of anyone. I've been buying from them for 8 years now and I have never experienced anything less than stellar help and communication from them.

Great shop on Palm Canyon with an excellent selection of Blenko glass and other glass artists from around the world. Patrick and James were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A definite stop for anyone visiting the desert in search of MCM inspired glass and furnishings.

I have to admit, I wouldn't have stopped in if I didn't notice this cute kitty bathing himself on a chair inside...but thrilled I did. Even though Harley the cat has a home, he comes to the store each day and claims this specific chair within the store. James, the owner of the store doesn't know who the cat belongs to but he does have a collar so he just lets Harley do his thing. James has even tried to relocate the chair but Harley puts his paw down and wants to be front and center so he can watch all the patrons come in and out. How cute is that? After playing with the kitty, the girls and I couldn't keep our hands off of the vintage jewelry spread throughout the store. Lots of really pretty pieces and as luck would have it, found another owl necklace that I couldn't live without. Rather than giving this to one to my sister, I think I'm going to keep this one. I'd highly recommend stopping into this store if you're in the area. James and Harley are so welcoming and not to mention the vintage merchandise is fantastic.

I really enjoy shopping here. What friendly service! The quality and condition of their pieces are well worth the price. I felt comfortable taking my time shopping. All my items were wrapped with care. I'll be back!

Bon Vivant is one of my favorite shops in Palm Springs. An absolutely stunning collection of glass, ceramics, jewelry, and decorative arts. The inventory changes often, so it is wise to stop in to see what is new. James and Patrick, the owners, are some of the most gracious people. Always a smile and happy to impart some knowledge about their wonderful pieces. This shop helped to make my house an amazing home!
