Researched places for reputable, good quality face masks and this place was recommended multiple times. I accidentally put the wrong address when putting in my order, and they were so kind to resend it to me! Their customer service is 10/10. They were very responsive which I really appreciated. The quality of the masks are GREAT! They are even individually packed. The sizing is perfect & easy to breathe in. I love how they are KN-95, made with good materials, but not too bulky so I can use this comfortably on the daily. They have an amazing wide selection so I will definitely be purchasing more different styles in the future!

I found BonaFide during COVID and was glad then to be able to buy from a New York company with authentic masks and fast shipping. It's been a few years since my last order but recently decided to stock up on KN95s as there are multiple viruses circulating. I was pleasantly surprised to find masks are now available in several colors and child sizes as well. The company always provides prompt customer service to any questions and ships very quickly. This is now the only company I buy masks from.

Bona Fide Masks are THE BEST!! The company is second to none, and so are their masks. My partner and I both love the masks, and they are the only ones we have worn for the past few years now. My partner's head is enormous, and mine is smaller than his, and the loops on the black POWECOM KN95 masks are comfortable for both of us. The mask fit is also comfortable, breathable yet secure, and easily adjusted to prevent glasses fog. We have worn them through all the phases of the pandemic and many sick seasons, and have felt very confident wearing them, even in tight spaces. On top of this, the people at the company are truly so kind and caring!! It's a family-owned company, and they treat you like family. My masks were delayed in shipping (due to a shipping partner, and not the company), and when I emailed about needing them asap for travel to see my elderly dad, they sent out a new shipment immediately, to make sure I had what I needed. These masks continue to provide us with an extra piece of mind whether it's traveling internationally or shopping locally. Bona Fide Masks was a trusted and invaluable business during the most frightening moments of the Covid pandemic. It was essential to find and acquire authentic, high quality masks. Once I found Bona Fide Masks, I knew I had a reliable source for reasonably priced, high quality N95 masks. If there was ever a problem (there seldom was), the owner himself, Bill Taubner, would send an email right away and a few times, he even called to make sure my order was according to my wishes. My mask delivery was never delayed and the product was packaged carefully for safety. Bill and his company should get the Presidential Medal of Freedom for their service to the public during a time of crisis. Bill the owner is GREAT and Michael one of his employees is super helpful! Started shopping at Bona Fide in 2021 (just checked my emails) when I read about their ratings at Consumerlab.org (a great organization). I was looking for masks for both COVID protection and upcoming fire season in California. I've been shopping with them since, for myself, friends and family, and for community groups that serve clients who are homeless and also needed protection from smoke and covid.
