I’ve been ordering KN95 masks from Bona Fide since 2020. Their easy to use website offers many mask types & colors, plus more. Delivery is quick & the quality top notch. The customer service is friendly, helpful & accommodating. I had an opportunity to speak w/ Bill, the owner, & found him friendly, caring & professional. This is a great company!

Terrific customer service! After ordering the small/children's size masks (and finding that I finally have masks that fit my face comfortable) I went back to order more in my preferred colors. I received 2 black packs, instead of the one black and one purple I ordered. I wrote a friendly letter back to the owner wondering why I didn't get the purple (my fave color), thinking maybe they were out of stock, or it was a just mistake, and the owner immediately asked them to send me some, free of charge. The shipping has been super fast (I don't live far away, but still) and as this is a family-run business, you get better service than that big corporate website that sells everything. Buy local! Buy from small businesses!

When Covid struck in 2020 I ordered KN95 masks from Bona Fide Masks. The quality was very good and the customer service was great. Since then Bona Fide has been my one and only go-to place for masks.

Fast shipping and incredible customer service! It's clear they actually care about their customers' needs - they've been quick to respond to and resolve any issues with my orders, and they've been very kind during the whole process. I've been buying masks from them for years and will continue to do so as long as they offer them. This is easily the best company to buy masks from in the US and my health and I are very grateful for their service. :)

This is a great company- we order the K95 masks, they are comfortable and come in different colors. The best part though, is the customer service- the owner is so helpful and responsive, and treats you like a family member- if only all businesses were run this way! I am grateful to have learned about Bona Fide and have referred many people to them.

Researched places for reputable, good quality face masks and this place was recommended multiple times. I accidentally put the wrong address when putting in my order, and they were so kind to resend it to me! Their customer service is 10/10. They were very responsive which I really appreciated. The quality of the masks are GREAT! They are even individually packed. The sizing is perfect & easy to breathe in. I love how they are KN-95, made with good materials, but not too bulky so I can use this comfortably on the daily. They have an amazing wide selection so I will definitely be purchasing more different styles in the future!

Have been ordering since 2021 and never ever disappointed. Excellent products, fair prices, and fast delivery. As a chronically ill person with a weak immune system, I'm glad to have their Excellent products available !!! I love all of the fun colors the masks come in too.
