This was the worst experience at a restaurant EVER! I throughly enjoyed my meal at Bonchon in Bergen County. I was so happy when I saw there was one closer to home. I walked in, placed my order and immediately was told the reason I went there (for the soy garlic sauce) I was not allowed to purchase. Apparently any other sauce you could get on the side, just not the one I wanted. She told me it was up to her discretion to sell it to me and she opted not to. 15 minutes after waiting for my order, I get told the seasoned zucchini fries I had ordered were no longer available. She questioned if I wanted my money back to which I replied of course! Why would I want to pay for something that I am not getting? Then I proceeded to say that I would be willing to not get a return of money if she was willing to then provide me with soy garlic sauce. She went into the back, came back with one side of sauce. I said that would not do. I am not paying $10 for one side of sauce. She rolled her eyes, went in the back and brought out two smaller sides of sauce. The attitude and disrespect was not needed. I just wanted a delicious meal that I was craving. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to this rude establishment. I already did! Same day! I would love to chat with someone.

Google
Most inconsistent bonchon I've ever ordered from. Today was the 3rd time I've ordered from this location and it was definitely the worst. The chicken was undercooked. It was rubbery and slimy and sticking to the bone. I had to cut open every single piece (drumsticks and wings) and microwave it for 2-3 minutes in order to eat it. Even then, I was still concerned. The skin was also soggy because it wasn't cooked long enough. The previous time I had ordered from here, the chicken was severely overcooked and dry and there was barely any sauce on it. The 1st time I ever ordered, the chicken was amazing. Not sure how I can have such different experiences each time from the same location. I love bonchon but after this experience, it'll definitely be a while before I give them another chance.

Google
Walked in and ordered. I didn’t leave the location until after they closed because it took that long to get my food. It took over a half hour for my order to be completed. For a chain I’m appalled that this is the type of operation here. I’d rather drive an hour to fort Lee and get Korean fried chicken than to visit this location 15 minutes from me. Food wasn’t even hot when I got it. Extremely disappointed.

Google
Ive been going to Bon Chon in over a decade. My spot was the one in ktown NYC and have gone to the Nutlet location many times. That said, this location is very off and doesn't taste like how Bon Chon should be. The soy garlic sauce is very think and salty. The classic crunch was overly salty too. In fact the best part of the meal was the side of daikon. I don't think I'll be returning and I prefer the BBQ chicken in Caldwell

Google
Because of the pandemic, my favorite Korean fried chicken place has been less than accessible. Luckily, I stumbled across Bonchon and decided to check it out. Staff was very nice and the food was prepared fresh and quickly. Even though I had to drive a half hour back home, the chicken was still hot and crispy. The soy garlic sauce was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the food here. I look forward to returning and trying other menu items!

Google
Boneless wings were very dry and had very little sauce on it. We asked the staff if we could have more sauce and they said no. We told them if we have to pay for the extra sauce we would be ok with that too but they still said no. Food took a long time to come out, they processed more door dash orders than us sitting in the eating area. Edamame, soup, and fries were good

Google
Have been ordering from here for a couple of years. The food is generally consistent. Although this last time I ordered I found a large screw in one of my coleslaws. I do not take pleasure doing this but it must be brought to the attention of management. Just imagine if someone bit on this or swallowed this.

Google
This isn't a table service Bonchon location. You order from the counter then grab an available table, assuming there are any. It was packed at lunchtime. The food prep time is quick for a Bonchon. Their chicken typically takes about 20 minutes to prepare at the full service locations. They must prepare ahead of time so expect that, although fresh, the chicken will not have just come out of the fryer. My chicken wings were still very good though. Very crisp. Very juicy inside. The seasoning is just as I've had in the full service locations. I had the mixed 8 wing with steamed rice lunch combo. Bottled/canned drinks are from a self service cooler near the counter. The menu selection was fairly extensive. I expected it to be somewhat abbreviated but it wasn't. The staff was very friendly. You heard a thank you (spoken earnestly with a Korean accent) whenever a customer exited. Try it out.

Yelp
I looooove me some good korean fried chicken and Bonchon is my go-to spot! I always get an order of wings with half soy garlic and half spicy. Just be warned, spicy is pretty spicy! I also had the takoyaki which was better than I expected it to be. It wasn't super chewy due to the octopus so it tasted really great and the texture was perfect. I've only ordered takeout from this location and it's a really easy process. You can order online and they notify you when it's ready to pick up. A lot of times, my order is ready earlier than I was expecting.

Yelp
Ordered delivery 20 Pc wings and Diet Coke. Got the wings but never got the coke. No worries mistakes happen. Called the number and the guy who answered it started rambling. I just asked if he could refund me part of the order for the drink since I never got it, which to me sounds fair. He said he put the refund in, which from his voice I got tell he was in the I don't care mood and I asked if there was an email or anything. He said no and that it would refunded in 2 weeks. Just something about his tone I could tell I wouldn't get my money back, which I mean they forgot my drink, why should I have to pay it... Month later and nothing... people like this just ruin your experience. Food was good too.. but yea not going to deal with that staff.

Yelp
Better this time, lunch specials all had their rice or pickled daikon. The chicken bone in was crunchy and the new flavors of yangyeum and the Korean BBQ were both a hit with the group. The kimchi fried rice had plenty of bacon but very little kimchi. Service quick to grab bags all made and though they were a bit short on utensils, people were happy at the meal.

Yelp
This restaurant's menu is simple and to the point which I appreciate because it doesn't overwhelm me with options lol. Inside there's less than 10 tables, so it definitely gives the vibes of grab and go rather than stay and sit to eat. I ordered takeout and less than 20 minutes later my food was ready so that was suuuuper nice. I got the chicken sliders and the fried rice& they were flavorful, spicy, and portions were large for the price. Great takeout spot, will definitely be back!

Brian P.

Yelp
The food is good but it takes them forever to make it. We called in an order for 6:15, it's 6:30 and I'm still waiting. And the restaurant is empty. This has happened before. No apology, no free anything to make up for it. I won't be back.

Yelp
Ordered: 8pc Chicken Strips (~$11 Lunch Special): half soy garlic & half spicy with side of French Fries House Fried Rice with Bulgogi (~$11 Lunch Special): marinated ribeye with Jasmine rice, fresh vegetables, and fried egg topped with sesame seeds and a cucumber garnish Aya's take: I placed my order ahead of time and it was ready when I arrived. The Chicken Strips were a big miss, in my opinion. Each strip was thin, dry, and extremely chewy. I could barely finish them in all honesty. The House Fried Rice with Bulgogi was overall pretty enjoyable. I would give that alone a 4/5. It is a bit sweeter than you'd expect and there's an overwhelming amount of red peppers and onions. It definitely needed some salt or a savory ingredient. Plenty of bulgogi in each bite. Stick to their traditional chicken when coming here!

George M.

Yelp
Reid calling them but the phone seemed not to be working so I check google yo see if they was open and google said they was open for business so I decided to drive there since it was only 17 min away and finally when I got to location. The sore was closed with no sign explaining as to why so I called another location which is part of that same franchise that is owned by the same person in nutley an Andrew from nutley answered the phone and so I asked him why was parsippany location closed and he didn't have an answer so I asked him to reach out to a manager and get me an answer in which he said he did but the manager didn't wanna give him a reason so my next option was to drive to nutley which is another 22 min away from that location and asked if the manager can give me a discount for the inconvenience and the manage me said no to that a simple 10% would have been appreciated for the inconvenience.sadly the owner and management don't appreciate there customers sad and unprofessional management Andrew is worthless at the nutley location

Yelp
Service: We called the order in and picked it up as soon as we got there. Ambience: Clean with plenty of tables to sit at. Food: We ordered from here when it first opened. Just ordered again recently and was shocked to see how much the wings shrunk. They are tiny compared to when we first ordered from them. Unfortunately there are a few other Korean wing stores in the area that's better than this and have bigger wings. Onion rings are good. Zucchini fries use to be long. Now they are circle and have more breading and less zucchini. Pickled radish is always a hit.
google avatar

Geeta S.

Yelp
Placed order and paid for Super Bowl order for 6pm pick up. When we went to pick up the order there were people waiting to pick up 4:30 orders. At 7pm we were told it will still take an hr or more. They asked people to return next day to get a refund without any receipt or anything. You think anyone will get the refund?? I don't think so Horrible service. They bit more than they could chew!!
google avatar

Kasia C.

Yelp
We stopped here on a Sunday to grab wings before a football game. The crunchiest, sauciest wings ever! Very fast service & they threw in an extra sauce for us without a charge!
google avatar

Frankel S.

Yelp
Their chicken wings are fantastic, their chicken legs are fantastic, but you have to try the pickled dicons radishes. I love them so much and make them at home now. If you like good wings, you gotta try this place.

Daryl J.

Yelp
Ordered food online and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. At that point, I should have known that it was not gonna be FRESHLY made! Got a family platter, and the only thing fresh were the French fries. The chicken had to be made early in the day and refried at a minimum of three times. It was so dry on the inside, and you could taste the grease due to it being dropped more than once. So, word of advice, ask for fresh food, and it should definitely take more than 20 minutes!!!

Yelp
Stopped by for some takeout fried chicken. Had this before at another Bonchon and we loved the crispness combined with the honey flavor. Ordered a large box of wings and drumsticks with radish pieces. Everyone loved the flavor.

Yihua L.

Yelp
We ordered chicken katsu and specified that we don't want any sauce on top, the way we've always ordered this dish elsewhere. When we got it, the chicken was topped with vinegar! We spoke with the cashier and were repeatedly told that's how it was made. After she finally texted the manager, he came in and agreed to make us another piece of chicken. This added to the longer than usual time we waited for our food to begin with. Now the kitchen staff is blasting their own music that is louder than the music being played in the dining area. It's just a mess. The re-make was what we ordered in the first place. Needless to say, this is the first and the last time we'll be here.

Yelp
I made an order for delivery over the phone. The employee mislabeled the order as a pickup (even though DoorDash, a delivery company, charged my credit card). As a result, I never received the food. I went to pick up the order personally and paid for the food with my credit card. A month later when I received my credit card statement, I noticed I was charged twice for my order. When I went to the location to get a refund, I have been stonewalled. From asserting they couldn't find the order or that the incident happened too long ago, it's been an ongoing saga to collect my $50.46. Bonchon clearly made a mistake. They charged me twice, but they refuse to refund me. I don't get it. What does this say about the integrity of the business? UPDATE: I called the business and mentioned this Yelp review as suggested by BonChon Marketing below. The guy on the phone said he would tell his manager and get back to me. I never got a call back. Called again. Same thing. Was promised a call back but never heard back. I really don't think they care. A few days ago, I finally did get my refund, but it was through DoorDash.

Yelp
Let me start by saying I love Bonchon. It's definitely one of my top Asian food spots especially during my lunch hours. Now the inconsistency here is the only reason I won't give them 5 stars. While the food is usually great and flavorful I have had a few visits where I couldn't even finish my food. For instance the spicy wings which I can usually manage with no problem..today the spicy sauce was extreme, and I mean extreme. I could not enjoy my soy garlic wings or my fries because my mouth was literally on fire for at least a half hour. Besides the sauces sometimes the fries and wings aren't as crispy as I'd enjoy. Nonetheless I think this location is good, solid service and food. Work out those kinks and I think this could be a 5 star worthy Bonchon!
google avatar

Karen Kevin S.

Yelp
Just love the soy garlic wings. Super crispy and just as delicious cold the next day!!

Brian K.

Yelp
Store is dirty and staff is incompetent, lazy and barely able to speak English. Can't get an order right and when they screw up they say "you never ordered that." Not to mention a lunch order of boneless wings and fried rice comes to $27.00 and they still have the nerve to ask for a tip! Terrible value, terrible staff, terrible experience.
google avatar

Amanda Q.

Yelp
I set an order for pick up 24 hours in advance and I had to wait a half hour after the set pick up time for it to be ready. The food is good but having to wait a half hour for an order placed well in advance is unacceptable.
google avatar

Gabe P.

Yelp
Bonchon chicken is one of the best fried chicken chains I have ever had. The Korean fried chicken just hits different and tastes so good. I would recommend getting the spicy with the radish. I will say their sides are pretty expensive for the amount you get (rice and radish). To the point where I would make it at gone or get it somewhere else. Their other food besides the chicken is also very solid as well! But their main draw is definitely the fried chicken.
google avatar

Grace S.

Yelp
I loved this chicken!! I was a little scared after reading the reviews but then I arrived at this location. This location is very cute but it is small and run by what looks like high schoolers. With that understanding the service wasn't even slow and the chicken was super crunchy. I will be back.
google avatar

Oliver Z.

Yelp
got 9 pieces for a 10 piece combo, chicken itself is very dry, not juicy at all, tastes like re-heated several times.
google avatar

Rasha K.

Yelp
First time ordering from here and all I have to say is that everything is 10/10 for me. We ordered about 30 wings from both the spicy and soy garlic sauces, two orders of fries, shrimp shumai, 3 orders of coleslaw, 3 orders of kimchi coleslaw and the radishes. I loved everything about the spicy chicken wings. If they have a location in my new hometown of Coral Springs, Florida I would absolutely order from there!
google avatar

Priscilla P.

Yelp
This place has really changed. It's very busy and every time I order from here, my food is not ready until about 30 minutes past the pickup time. This past visit, the food tasted completely different. It was SO SAUCY, like globs of sauce which did not taste like classic bon chon - could have been bottled terriyaki sauce. The wings were not crispy and were similar in presentation to what you might get at Buffalo Wild Wings. I usually like Bon Chon because the chicken is crispy and flavorful, yet not saucy or messy. I think this is an ok and overpriced option if you are looking for that chain saucy wing experience, but for true korean fried chicken deliciousness, this is not the place.
google avatar

Ju J.

Yelp
The wings here are really good, insanely crunchy and the sauces are super flavorful. The soy garlic is my favorite, sweet but herby. The spicy sauce is good too but if you don't handle spice well your mouth will BURN. I hadn't eaten here in over 2 years, I decided to stop by and eat in this week and it was great. Wings were fresh and tasty as I remember, service was fine, and it was empty so I received the food faster. Sometimes you end up waiting a looong time for the food if it's busy, so if you're in a rush or need something on the go, this is not the place during peaks hours. I also decided to try the Korean tacos, they were average, probably won't get again but not bad. Def part of the top 10 wings in the area.
google avatar

Yelp
My sister and I ordered curbside for lunch on a weekday and it was ready roughly 5 - 6 minutes after the estimated time on the website. Loved the lunch specials as it was really fresh and a good deal for the chicken! We both got the combo 4 wing and 1 drumstick lunch special on the website but it actually came with 4 wings and 2 drumsticks. My favorite sauce flavor is the spicy fried chicken and I opted to get that while my sister got half half with soy garlic as well which is pretty yummy too. The only reason for the loss of a star is the portion of tteokbokki rice cakes which was relatively small for $11.95, and the overall normal pricings of the place. Will definitely return if I have a strong craving for Korean fried chicken and can't male the 45 min trip to Edison for BBQ Chicken at Lotte Mart.
google avatar

Karen A.

Yelp
The worst Bonchon ever! The food was disgusting with what looked like cat whiskers in my food! I will never order from Bonchon again because of this place!
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
Bonchon is great! Being a huge fan of hot wings, I've often said that breading chicken wings is an assault against poultry. I still stand by that statement, but places like this are an exception to the rule where they are doing something different. In fact, I would offer the suggestion not to get the spicy wings here because they just don't taste as good. The garlic wings are amazing. Whatever the case, there are great options on the menu that you will find and enjoy. Not a cheap option really, but a tasty one, and so far my experience has been that it is consistent from one place to the next within the Bonchon chain. Go (or order delivery) and enjoy!

Richard L.

Yelp
Ordered their family package of chicken and 3 sides of (2x fries and Daikon). Each package of fries came with 15 small pieces fries tops. I guess employees got hungry and ate some of my order.
google avatar

Annie A.

Yelp
Great wings and bulgogi! The wings aren't battered but very crispy skin and tender meat. Always consistent time and time again. Go to wings for us!
google avatar

Shy L.

Yelp
I do Uber eats and every time I come to this store to pick up food it's a 20 min wait . It seems to me like these people put uber ears delivery orders last . I wont do any more pickup s here it's a waste of time I could be making money sitting here for 20 and 30 mins for one order. This place needs more cooks and more staff .
google avatar

Les A.

Yelp
My order was delivered a few minutes ago. I paid for an order of Korean donuts that were not included, no sauce as requested. Chicken is over cooked and dry to the point of almost being inedible. It's not crispy but hard as a rock. The only good item is the kimchi coleslaw. Truly sad that they call this Korean fried chicken.
google avatar

Sanjay G.

Yelp
Visited this place second time ( first time, they were closing so did not entertain us), even at this time, they were closing but agreed to take our order. We were in rush so we ordered what they are famous for. Their specialty Korean drum stick and wings. They have enough option to choose combo between Drumsticks/Wings or Strip and that too in all sizes. So it's for everyone. We took Combo (Small size- 6 wings + 3 Drum). It was enough for both of us so did not order anything else. We choose Spicy and soy garlic sauce. Spicy sauce is really spicy, so chose carefully. Soy garlic sauce was good. Chicken pieces were tender, very soft and juicy and crucny. It was delicious. Ambience was soothing and clean. You have to give order at counter and server ll place your order on table. ( I really don't like this system, either everything at counter or table). Prices wise , it's really good. $12 for 9 pieces of chicken. Much cheaper than KFC or Popeye's chicken but more taste. I will come back to try their other dish for sure.

Yelp
FIVE STARS FOR FAST FOOD! Plated differently and in a different setting, I would still rave about the quality of this food. The soy garlic strips are by far my favorite fast food chicken out there. They're unlike anything else on the market and are full of a delicious, subtle garlicky flavor that won't leave your breath offensive, but makes your taste buds happy. The rice and edamame are basic but satisfying, while the zucchini fries are outstanding. The fries are great too - crunchy and hot - but can be overfilling when eating with fried chicken. The chicken katsu is also awesome but be warned - it does pack some heat. Last time I went, my friends ordered the BIBIMBAP and JAPCHAE and they both loved their dishes. (The JAPCHAE took a little longer than the rest of the food to come out, so plan accordingly.) And, their lunch menu/deals are unmatched in the area, in my opinion. Notes on the place itself: the employees are super friendly and helpful, but the drink options are lacking. While BYO (and definitely BYO!), there is otherwise only a free-standing cooler fridge with bottled drinks as options. And plastic utensils make it a litttttle difficult to cut anything, but you manage because the food is that good. It's definitely one of the more casual Bon Chons I've been to (having gone to a few others in NYC); feels more like a fast food establishment and less like a restaurant, like those in the city. I WILL BE BACK!

Yelp
New obsession! Ordered lunch which a few coworkers for pickup on Friday afternoon. We did have issues with ordering process however. We ordered online and saw on the website that the lunch special was not available on friday. If we had any lunch special items in the cart we weren't able to select Friday as a pickup option. So we ordered our items at regular price on the normal menu. We tried to call the store to ask about this but the call wouldn't go through. Maybe the line was busy for a while? Unfortunately when we got to the store we see a sign that says the lunch special IS in fact available on Friday.... bummer. This should be fixed. On to the food... I ordered the wings half spicy half soy garlic and chose the radish on the side. I also ordered a side of fries! The fries were unfortunately soggy and cold by the time we got back to the office but the wings made up for it. Even cold... the wings were delicious. Perfect amount of crisp and the most flavorful sauces. The pickled radish side was delicious too. Great portion of fries which reheated well in the toaster. Overall, the food was 10/10 but Ordering online was very confusing.
google avatar

Ted T.

Yelp
The fried chicken was very tasty. Nice crunch on the skin as the sauce carmelizes with an excellent flavor. The neat stays moist and has absorbed some of the flavor from the sauce. Definitely a five star fried chicken and it's no wonder that this is what they are famous for... The pork buns consist of a steamed rice flour bun with fried pork belly pieces with cucumber and Asian relish with a nice little bit of heat. The fresh veggies provide a nice balance to the oily pork belly. However they need more pork belly. So a three star item. Overall a four star dining experience!

Yelp
Today, 11/14/22 2pm! i went out to treat my self! Went in to order and waited for 40minutes. To be honest the dine in table almost fill with people by the time my food is out and the food out together with other custumer!!! To make sure this place get checked to make sure they serve fresh cook meal! & will call in for a Full refund!!

Yelp
The last two times I've ordered from here they were backed up with frustrated customers sitting and waiting for their orders coming 30 minutes past the stated time for orders to be ready. And the employees are never apologetic. This is simply an extremely poorly run franchise.

Yelp
Update: Still loving the chicken - boneless, wings, legs, every part is delicious as ever. Ready-time estimates are pretty accurate, and chicken is freshly fried so don't try to show up early and rush them! They'll run your order out to your car, you don't even have to walk inside. The french fries still don't wow me and they might fall flat if your drive home is more than a few minutes. I have tried a few more of their cooked dishes - tteokbokki and fried rice. The rice cakes were chewy and delicious but the other components of the dish don't live up to restaurant quality (the sauce/broth is ok but one dimensional). Still, it's nice to have options for the chicken-haters in your life. Original review below. Open for takeout during the dark timeline(™). It's all about the wings. Yes, there are other items on the menu, but I'm I've never tried them. Why would you when the wings are so good? Crispy exterior without a hint of greasiness, flavor blasting sauces, and a tender, delectably juicy interior that sends you to chicken wing heaven? If someone in your party is explicitly against chicken wings, I guess they have some other options for you. We tried the kimchi, coleslaw, and pickled daikon alongside our wings and they all tasted fine. Nothing to set them apart, and they probably came out of a big jar from H-Mart (not that there's anything wrong with that). French fries and wings is a killer combo, but these are just average. They're worth an order but don't get your hopes up for mind-blowing potato goodness.

Yelp
Excited about trying some Korean wings we ordered the family meal the fried rice was really good with extra onions so if you're not a fan of cooked onions please tell them to make it light. Had the soy garlic wings which were excellent and plain is just super plain no flavor no salt no pepper nothing not my recommendation. We had the spicy Mayo on the side which was excellent. The veggie potstickers were really good a little over fried and extra crispy, we have a steamed shrimp shumai and that was a total winner. The Taro Boba tea though had a good flavor had boba that clumped together that looked totally gross. For $70 it was worth it

Yelp
Amazing food!! Glad it finally opened, I ordered lunch special wings half spicy and half soy garlic for $8.95 and their seasoned fries (Parmesan cheese, house seasoning, and parsley. I had order to go in these cute little boxes. Delicious!!! Delicious!!! Delicious!!! Licked my fingers over and over again!!! I would highly recommend a little self indulging after a hard four day work week and this would be the best place for it!!

Yelp
Wow beyond delicious I regret just getting only 5 drums! Came in on a Wednesday night after work. Very clean and nicely decorated. Has enough seating and even a restroom. There are 3 TVs so you have something to look at while you wait if you want a break from your phone. Ordered the soy garlic drumsticks, 5 pieces. Did not take long, I kept myself occupied watching Judge Judy on the TV. The five pieces ranged from small to large. They all were cooked consistently though, no pink and SUPER crunchy. The crunchy was out of this world. I would even try to just eat the meat and leave the crunchy skin for the end. Definitely going to try their other items. Can't wait

Yelp
Ordered several times but the last few it hasn't been great. Having said that, ordered again a couple of days ago because my husband wanted boneless wings and got a 24 piece boneless, along with some dumplings and fried pickles. Bit into the first piece of chicken, it was a little chewy which can happen sometimes so I finished it. Bit into another and it was chewy and barely warm. I cut into it and it was straight up RAW in the middle. And not slightly underdone either, completely raw. I'm not one to write bad reviews over petty things, but raw chicken is inexcusable. And my 7 year old had eaten some already as well. Never again.

Yelp
Must be under new mgmt....it's just not the same. The chicken is not yummy anymore, unfortunately I still have the crave. The chicken is tough, chewy & not crispy. There is hardly any sauce even if requesting extra sauce on the chicken. This location now smells like grease and not that authentic bonchon smell. This chicken was so yummy back in 2019 and early 2020. Try another location because when done correctly Bonchon chicken is AMAZING.

Yelp
Made a quick stop to Bonchon, in which I wasn't too happy at first since I am a vegetarian but I was surprised to see vegetarian options on the menu! I usually get french fries, salad and shrimp shumai but now I can get an actual mean instead of sides. I was sold on the Bibimbap with tofu for $11.95. This dish was super filling and healthy! The dish was filled with white rice, quinoa, vegetables (mushrooms, carrots etc), egg, tofu and Korean red pepper paste. This location just opened so it's super clean and organized. One thing that I thought was weird was that the napkins and utensils were places behind the registers in which I had to ask the cashier for. I even ordered my food to go and did not receive a fork or napkins in my bag. I am not holding the employees to it as it is a new location and they may still be learning.

Yelp
Great Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) in the area. Though, I prefer getting my KFC fix in Fort Lee or Flushing since they do it better. But this will do and it will save you the travel time.

Yelp
I'd heard how great Korean Fried Chicken is and decided to try this place. I ordered via yelp for a 5:30 curbside pickup. The order consisted of half and half soy garlic and spicy chicken, kimchi fried rice and bottled sodas. The order wasn't ready and I went in to inquire about the delay. There was a young guy who seemed to care less whether we got the food or not. I inquired about the order and was told that it wasn't ready. He delivered our order to the car around 5:47. It took about 20 minutes to get to my destination but the wait was definitely worth it! The chicken was so crispy and extremely flavorful. The kimchi fried rice was ok but seemed to be missing something...perhaps garlic powder. I immediately checked to see if there's a Bonchon franchise near my home and will be checking it out this weekend. Other than the service, the food was great!

Yelp
Korean chicken wings are so good. If you haven't tried them yet, go now! I'm a big fan of their soy garlic flavor. Their wings are big, crispy and flavorful. Their online ordering and timing is hit or miss (have had to wait long after the promised time), but the last few times we ordered the food was ready on or about when expected. Overall, highly recommend if you're in the area and like Korean wings!

Yelp
This is simply some very good Korean fried chicken. Let's be honest, it's not quite on the level of Peck Peck in Teaneck. However, considering it's about 10 minutes from home vs 30-40, it's a great alternative. Add in the fact that they have an app and online ordering, and it's quite convenient. Head-scratcher, the app didn't let me make an order on the day of. Nor would it allow me to order for the weekend. Attempting to place an order via the app/online first thing this morning (Friday), the best option available was for Monday. They really need to work that out. However, I was able to call ahead, and it was ready when I was told it would be (20 minutes). We tried the spicy, soy garlic, and sweet chili, all very good. Tough to pick a favorite, but be warned, the spicy, while not devastating, may be too much for some... The french fries were crisp and on point as well. Went with an order of soy garlic potstickers as well. Perfectly cooked with a light crisp and tasty flavor. Parking is easy, as they have a pretty empty lot in a small strip mall. Conveniently located from both Route 46 and 280, right on New Road. The 8 wing/side combo for lunch is a pretty good deal.
