We came all the way from California just for the BOND NO 9 in store experience. Demi was AMAZING and made our experience worth it all. Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. If I could give them a million stars I would! Definitely coming back soon! <3

If you know fragrance, then you know that service matters. Whitley at the Bond No. 9 Madison Avenue store is the real thing. She is effortlessly warm and incredibly personable, with an exceptional depth of knowledge that instantly sets her apart. I spent time smelling virtually every fragrance in the store, and Whitley guided the experience with precision and ease. She shared the history behind each scent, broke down the notes and ingredients, and articulated the mood and personality of each fragrance in a way that felt refined, intuitive, and distinctly New York. Her expertise is impressive and clearly rooted in a genuine mastery of the brand. With her guidance, I selected Dubai Amethyst (my new favorite), Madison Ave, NoMad, Tribeca, New York Flowers, and Scent of Peace for Him. What truly elevated the experience was her attention to detail. She kept a thoughtful record of my preferences, creating a personalized profile for future visits. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes. Whitley is now my go to fragrance specialist at Bond No. 9. I would not have left with more than one scent without her insight. She understands fragrance, she understands her clients, and she delivers a level of service that feels both luxurious and intentional. Whitley is exceptional, and Bond No. 9 is fortunate to have her.

There’s so much to say about Bond on Madison Avenue. I had, on my own, 2 bond fragrances before coming here. I haven’t been impressed, informed and treated with care in a while when picking out perfume. It can be overwhelming at times especially if there’s a lot of people around or there’s not enough time. Meeting Whitley has been a real pleasure. When I say she knows her stuff, she knows it. Was able to get me to make selections that honestly I wouldn’t have picked on my own because bond has so many scents. She will forever be my go to bond person. Her personality, friendliness and interest in my needs has exceeded all my expectations. I look forward to many many visits with you Whitley and introducing me to so many fragrances I didn’t think I would like. A million thanks Whitley.

This company simply refuses to remove my house from their mailing list. Someone called EVAN TAYLOR is signed up, and I keep getting g their mail, and I've called at least 5 times to get this fixed but the store simply refuses to respect my privacy. My name is not Evan Taylor and I don't care, at all, about your expensive stinky water. I'd never waste my money on such garbage. Stop mailing me.

Witney and Demmy are so nice, they almost convinced me to buy a 400$ perfume even though I don't need a new one. I recommend trying chez Bond . -Riceball318

Long time customer of this brand!!!! Earth Day special- not how written in promo. First- had to call the store to get them to open the door. Too busy on personal phone call to see me struggling to open the door. Second- was not interested in taking my bottles to recycle except that I would not need to carry them. Once I said I was not interested in purchasing a $750 -$1000 bottle of perfume because I have a full one at home - salesperson shoved two small samples of the latest product- Not the one I wanted! And quickly answered another phone call. Incredibly disappointed in your so called earth day special and in your awful customer service.

Love, love, love Bond No.9! The fragrances speak for themselves, but Debbie is truly an asset to this company. Her warmth and personable nature go beyond anything imaginable—she made me feel so welcome, like I could stay in the store for hours. I can’t wait to visit again and explore the new releases!

I just wanted to take a moment to give some positive customer service feedback on Ben (LaMadrid). I recently called the Madison Ave store to place a club order, we had a wonderful conversation and Ben was incredibly helpful. The scents arrived a few days later and he had remembered our conversation that I was purchasing for my husband, friend, mum and myself - he kindly put together sample packages for him and her that I could pass onto them. Such a lovely touch. He has since followed up with a note to check all is in order. Since moving to Monmouth County in NJ I do miss popping into the store on Madison Ave however with service like this over the phone, makes it so much easier and we still get to indulge and wear the wonderful Bond No.9 scents. Been using Bond No 9 for many years, they are an original New York fragrance company and every time I was in town they were either closed or I spaced it out to visit. Sad they closed the boutique in Utah a few years back which was located in the city creek mall inside Nordstrom. The salespeople weren't that friendly and were clearly wanting to get a commission. Tried many samples and wrote down the ones I liked as didn't want to purchase at the extremely high prices. Didn't feel welcomed here and ruined the whole experience for me. To smell fragrances one must have a great atmosphere & ambiance and sadly didn't have either. Won't be back...

Ciara was amazing, took her time to help me select my perfect fragrance. I will definitely come back and buy the recommended fragrances she suggested. She deserves a raise. Bringing my family here for sure.

Real specific thanks to Angelo, served great customer service especially when the store was just about to close. Gave us a history about the company and given us sample smells. He was very patient with us explaining in details which smells would match our personality.

I have been a loyal Bond user for many years, mostly purchasing from my local Saks, or other spots when traveling. While in NY, stopped in this store on October 13th to purchase a 3.3 oz bottle of Lexington Ave. I initially was going to purchase the smaller bottle, as the larger size they offer would not be allowed as a carry-on since it is over the 3 oz limit. The sales girl tells me I am wrong, that she carries large sizes on planes "all the time" when she travels. I asked if I could see a travel size, she proceeds to empty a pocket size spray bottle, pours alcohol in it, pours out the alcohol and sprays Lexington back into it...telling me this was "how we make our purse size bottle" here. The sales clerk then informed me that she had one dual pack purse and large bottle "in the back" and would ship it out right away (along with samples) and save me the sales tax, since I live in CA. Over three weeks have passed and yet to receive my shipment. I contacted the local manager, who was very nice on the phone, informing me that I would have to receive my credit from the corporate office (that is not open on weekends). I emailed customer service, attaching both copies of my receipts, received a response back, asking to speak with me to get additional information. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AT THE WAY BUSINESS IS CONDUCTED HERE. I simply want my money refunded at this point.

May 26, 2017 they're "manager olga" stole my two oil perfume from there, I bought it and color changed to green so I went to the store and manager olga told me she have to send it to other place to see what they can do, and never heard from her again, I email her few times never answered I had to go back to my country so I just gave up on my over $800 perfumes,

I was able to pick up the staple items for the next year or two. However the experience was not as enchanting as two years prior at a different location, Bond street with my engaging and entertaining Bind expert, why do I want to call him James, correct me anyone. At Madison, Ken's personality I felt was being repressed by either the manager or owner who forgets relationships and customer experience play a huge role in same store business. I had shopped at the Bond St location, but I happened to be on Madison. If given the choice again, I buy Bond, I will just buy it somewhere else in Manhattan.

I never heard of Bond 9 fragrances until I randomly walked into this store on Madison Ave. I initially walked into the store because I liked the display in the window, lol. Upon entering, I met with Lara, who I described the type of fragrances or scents that I liked to wear. The first fragrance that she gave me to smell (Saks for Her) was exactly what I was looking for! Lara was so friendly, knowledgable and very attentive to what I was looking for in a fragrance. She also sent me home with a bunch of testers that I loved trying out. She obviously understood my taste in fragrances, as I loved almost all of the scents she gave me to try! I even purchased another perfume from her (Central Park West, one of the testers). I have to say, Lara is #1. Thank you, Lara, for all your help! :))

The ladies in my life love this stuff. Came in for an Xmas gift. Employee was very helpful and wrapped the box beautifully. She also provided samples of other flavors.
