Bondi Wash

The Bondi wash bench spray smells wonderful, however it’s very watered down and doesn’t clean as well as Sapadilla, where I get an entire years worth of concentrate for $29. I do however love all my other purchases, the dish wash, dog wash, dog detangler, dog conditioner, dog detangler, dry dog wash and room spray they are exceptional.

I purchased the TeaTree, Lemon, and Mandarin dish washing liquid as a top-up for the bottle I have here. The ones I have received are nothing like the original. Different colour, different scents, and they are cloudy. As you can clearly see in the images attached. Bondi Wash are stating they are the same. Ummm, no, they aren't! I have both bottles here, so I'm unsure how they can make such a claim. Rather insulting, actually! For starters, the original is orange and a transparent liquid with a lovely scent. The one that arrived smells of straight tea tree oil, cloudy, and an Ecru colour. They said I could return for a refund at my own expense. The post would outweigh the refund. So, a ridiculous solution. I'm not happy with the service. When I repurchase a particular scent, I expect to receive that scent. Do better Bondi Wash!

I love the Bondi Beach store. It’s smaller than the Paddo one but I’ve always found the service to be more attentive and friendlier in Bondi. The products are simply amazing. The hand soaps go a long, long way and come in great scents, all made with Australian grown botanicals. Have also picked up the Fruit and Vege Wash and Dish Wash now and very much looking forward to using those. BW also stock some interesting teas like Gulbarn Tea (which smells divine - looking forward to using it). A lot of very interesting products to choose from and it is always a pleasure to browse the store. Living in the UK, I wish all products were available in Europe, too but sadly they are not. Hence always the stockpiling when I visit Sydney.😊
