Very nice and quiet place in Metairie. We had the corn and crab bisque. The potatoes in it were a lil Al Dente for my taste and there was a spice in there that was a bit different. The Crabcake was super fresh and full of meat. Pineapple shrimp was full of flavor and placed on some coconut risotto which also was fantastic. Our waiter did disappear foe a while which left my drink empty for longer than i usually would like. Other than that the experience was lovely for a friday evening.

We decided to stop here for an evening dinner. I was craving steak, but the butterfish sounded really good instead. We started off with drinks. I had the island punch, and my husband had tea (Gold Peak). We had the corn chowder with lump crab, not a fan, it had a hint of curry, and the potatoes were not quite al dente, softer would have been much preferred. It was almost like eating raw potatoes, if that's your thing. My husband had one of the specials - Pineapple Shrimp w/a coconut risotto (very good might I add) hazelnuts and a crab cake on the side (really good and not a bunch of filler, has more crab). Overall, we were full and couldn't make room for the creme brulee. Service was a little hit or miss, sitting outside and it was close to 8 pm probably didn't help our server. But he was kind. We'll probably try it again in the future.

Came here for a late night dinner. The calari was rhe bomb, bang bang shrimp was on special. I usually order it with the sauce on the side but my dad doesn't like it that way. It was drenched in sauce. Too much for me but perfect for him. I tried the butterfish Rockefeller. It was pretty good. Our server was very good and attentive. No crowd at all when we went.

JB was very attentive. He greeted me at the door making me feel welcome. He visited my table to make sure everything was going well. This was a great visit. I will be returning. My server was great too! Wonderful experience.

I ordered the trout and it lacked flavor the parm sauce was tasteless, the Brussels were over burned but good , the banging shrimp was wonderful but too much mayo over powered the flavor of the other ingredients in the sauce, The ginger potstickers were my favorite they were delicious, the risotto was .. well lets just say chief Ramsey would've been disappointed, The crispy potatoes had the same flavor sauce as the sauce on the shimp (full of mayo) The temperature of the steak , the steak came cold and had to be sent back and returned cold, but my friend ate it and didn't complain The mac and cheese was gritty, wasn't smooth and cheesy like iam used to. My overall experience was good i like the atmosphere, everyone seems very nice and welcoming, which is very important to me when choosing a place to dine, I would give this place another try maybe one day ,hopefully the recipes can be tweeked a bit to broaden the flavors of the food, and cater to everyone's palette.

I rarely leave reviews because restaurants these days rarely have good food, good service, and a good atmosphere. Maybe one out of three but not all three. Gabe was our waiter and provided outstanding service. This is our favorite restaurant in Mobile Alabama.

Update: Service was a little slow and we had to send our dishes back because the food was not warm. Fish was delicious. Band band shrimp was the best around. Kinda over priced for the portions. Had a very corporate vibe this time. 6/10 Great bartender and the appetizers are wonderful. Very friendly service.

Yelp
Since the Bonefish Grill closed in BTR ...... I forgot that Bonefish Grill had a HAPPY HOUR. I had the blueberry lemon drop ( sorry no photo) and it lead to me having 4 more. YUMMY!!!!! The menu is fabulous. Definitely enjoyed the crispy cauliflower and the ahi tuna wonton nachos. The ambiance at Bonefish has always been chic to me. You can have a drink and meal without being seen and interrupted! That is what I have always loved at Bonefish Grill .. the "private" experience. I definitely will return and I advise if you are in Metairie between 3- 6:30 pm... get off at Clearview and stop. Thank me later. Our waitress , Nyla, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure to check if we needed anything.

Yelp
Five years later and we're back!! My wife and I enjoyed Valentines with our own toddler in tow this time. We came early to accommodate an early bedtime and were seated immediately--without reservation and without waiting. Service was excellent, just like last time. Dishes were brought to the table piping hot and as they were ready, but all dishes within a course made to the table within a 5 minute window, so top-notch there. Service was tested again by a toddler poking a hole through his foam cup with the straw. No idea what it is with us and toddler problems at Bonefish, but there it is. Replacement beverage was offered, as matter of course, and politely declined--gesture appreciated. Ambience was nice. Simple decor, a broad sampling of people--classy despite table being pretty close to each other. Lighting was perfect--dim enough to be intimate, but bright enough that you could see your food and dining companions clearly. Food: we ordered Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer, a children's popcorn chicken meal, Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos (cuz I wasn't in the mood to roll the dice), and Chicken Marsala with Caesar salad and steamed Broccoli. Shrimp delivered good flavor and texture in spades. My son--the fried chicken connoisseur--ate the strips, declaring the flesh tender and juicy. Caesar and Broccoli were excellent--no over cooked crucifierons vegetables this time--and my wife declared the chicken a winner; I It looked good. The Tacos were good enough and big enough that I'm probably going to skip the appetizer and go straight for the tacos next time and enjoy a beverage instead of the appetizer. All in all, 5/5 with the caveat that we ordered conservatively. We'll be back.

Yelp
Came for lunch - had coconut shrimp which was served burnt & side of risotto was cold. Server did not return to table to check as was tending bar also. Used to come frequently, but food has gone down in quality, unfortunately.

Yelp
The Bartender is a nice elderly woman but lacks bar experience AEB not sure of drinks ordered and time it takes to receive one's order. I much enjoy the bang bang shrimp but not really sure it's fresh Louisiana Gulf of America shrimp. I enjoy the surroundings but food and service is average at best.

Yelp
Initially when we walked in, there wasn't a hostess so we weren't sure if they were open. Shortly after we were greeted and quickly seated. Things a favorite that's chained. Being in New Orleans there are so many wonderful places to eat that are local fan favorites that I tend not to want chained establishments. With all the parade traffic, we decided it was a great place to eat off out the way. I don't recall our servers name but he was authentically awesome! Tall, younger white gentleman with long hair and a very spunky personality. We quickly received bread which was nice since many places are starting to charge for bread service. The food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed their meals. It wasn't very busy which was nice as it was a bit quiet and relaxing. I'm sure I'll be back at some point!

Yelp
This has been my family's go to for takeout since covid. The take out team are rockstars! We always enjoy the pork chop dinner served with Jasmine rice & broccoli.

Yelp
Bonefish is the nice quiet restaurant we goto to relax and have a peaceful meal. They are easy to get to, have plenty of parking and you can always get a good table. On my visits I usually enjoy the Mahi Mahi, a Tuna Steak or the Bang-Bang Shrimp and the service has always been spectacular.

Yelp
Food, when we got it, was nice. Service was so slow that we ended up calling the restaurant from our table in order to get a waiter.

Yelp
Great all away around. Unfortunately, I didn't take any picture of my food this time. However, the food and service (Ms. Karen) was excellent. Great ambiance as well

Yelp
Went here on Christmas Eve and a wait was expected but this was unacceptable. The wait time was an hour after we received our drinks. The shrimp ragoon was watered down and horrible. Even the coleslaw was watered down and horrible and Bone Fish is usually decent. This left me with an upset stomach that night and half of Christmas Day. I don't know who to blame, management or the kitchen but I definitely felt like I had food poisoning, and No need to ask if I coming back because I'm NOT! Again, totally unacceptable. In need of new chef and kitchen management because that food was never supposed to hit our table as it was. 0/10

Yelp
A friend and I just left the restaurant. We sat at a booth in the bar, since we each wanted a drink and were splitting two apps. Service was so so. When the bill came, there were five items listed. One had an odd name, Decoy. Anyway, when I asked what the fifth item was, the waiter immediately knew what Decoy was and said he accidentally charged me for the house wine and the Santa Margarita. I don't like that sneaky stuff. Very disappointing. $11.50 plus tax and tip is a lot to accidentally add to a bill. Seems shady.

Bill J.

Yelp
Very good dining experience. Waiter was very good. Wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out. Food was delicious and her recommendations definitely made a difference. Thanks!

Yelp
My oh my, how far this place has fallen. Three of us went on a Sunday evening before a federal holiday -- one would expect it to be crowded. Not including the bar, there were about four other tables with customers besides us. Air conditioning was set too low. It was freezing. Our server was attentive - at first. Drinks: One person ordered an Old Fashioned; one ordered water; and one ordered iced tea. Food: We ordered appetizers to share. Bang bang shrimp, two orders of crab cakes, calamari, asparagus, and macaroni and cheese. You'll see in my previous review how I raved about the crab cakes. I was extremely disappointed that they removed their very best and tasty side -- the au gratin potatoes. They also removed the creamed spinach. Iced tea was so watery, we had to ask for a new one or water if they didn't have any tea that contained tea. Bread with chimichurri - first "loaf" (piece) was very hard. Second one was enjoyable. Bang bang shrimp. We remembered to ask for no lettuce so they don't fill the bowl with lettuce. These were delicious, as always. Win. The crab cakes were insanely over salted. To the point where they did not taste good at all. Fail. Calamari. Didn't know it came on a bed of shredded lettuce. WHY? Why is that necessary? It doesn't make it more appealing. It makes fried things soggy. It's a waste of food. As for the calamari itself -- $15 for about 5 rings and 5 clumps of the tentacles. Seriously. Complete fail. Macaroni and Cheese. Good flavor. Decent portion. But, it needs serious help with texture. Cheese was gritty and the part that was supposed to be creamy and cheesy was quite liquid. Fail. Asparagus. $6 for five stalks. Any dimwit knows that the woody part of the spear should be cut off. Apparently they don't know this at Bonefish Grill. Five woody, miserable stalks of asparagus on a plate with zero olive oil, butter, or seasoning. Just lying cold and miserable on a plate. Utter fail. Our table was overflowing with excess plates because of the different appetizers we ordered. Even though they were pushed to the end of the table, that's where they stayed the entire 1.5 hours we were there. Our server completely disappeared after our food arrived. We had to ask other servers for the replacement iced tea and our check. My prediction is that this location of Bonefish Grill is closed within one year unless they completely revamp and do a grand re-opening with excellent servers, service, GOOD menu items and sides (like the au gratin potatoes), and stop putting lettuce on a plate of calamari and bang bang shrimp. $102 for a horrible experience. We will not be back to this location unless we hear it's been overhauled.

Yelp
I had a special pumpkin ravioli with swordfish. Ravioli had little crunchy bits sprinkled on it. Seasoning on fish was delish. Then we had the pumpkin brûlée which was so rich I took half home to have later, but it has a real pumpkin flavor not just cinnamon and spice.

Yelp
This was my first time trying Bonefish Grill. The setting is more upscale. The servers were nice and accommodating. The free bread with a pesto and olive oil dip was good; the bread was made fresh. The Bang Bang Shrimp, in my opinion, was probably the best on the menu. The crunch along with the sweet and tangy sauce was delicious. The Imperial Dip was not as tasty. The dip was dry and salty; the texture and consistency was not similar to a dip. The Mahi Mahi & Shrimp with Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts and Garlic Whipped Potatoes was pretty average. The shrimp was very well seasoned, however, the fish had a pungent smell to it. The brussel sprouts had good flavor; I have no complaints. The whipped garlic mashed potatoes seemed bland. There was no hint of garlic. The Bonefish Signature Pasta was bland; there was no flavor. If I were to come again, I would only get the Bang Bang Shrimp.

Yelp
I went to Bonefish Grill because I wanted to try the original bang bang shrimp. WOW!!! I could've eaten just that. The stuffed fish I had was excellent in every way. The big surprise was the steak my wife got. She doesn't eat seafood and usually orders something she really doesn't want when we go to a seafood restaurant. Her steak was so good that the next time we wanted steak we came here and we were both delighted. It's a much better steak than most steakhouses offer. The service is always top notch. It's pretty dim at night. Very nice for dinner. We will be back for steak and bang bang shrimp.

Yelp
Everything here is so good. The bread and oil they bring out is divine. There's so much garlic mixed in too. So good. Ordered a pomegranate martini. SO GOOD! Tasted like lychee was in it too. Could have ordered 3 more. Lol Bang bang shrimp were amazing as always. The butterfish was really good as were the Mac n cheese and creamed spinach. All really good offerings. Our server, Emma, was amazing as well. Kept us watered and fed. Lol She was very attentive and accommodating! Great meal!!

Yelp
Had a great experience here at Bonefish Grill! My family came here last weekend to celebrate my Grandmother's birthday and we couldn't have had a better time. First off, the service was AMAZING! Our server, Kristen, was one of the sweetest, most attentive waitresses I've ever had. Every time she came to the table she checked on each of us individually to make sure we had everything we needed. She even accommodated my Grandpa's special request for ice cream for the whole table to celebrate my Grandmother's birthday. I also loved the unlimited tasty bread and oil that came before the meal. Our entrees were delicious and seemed like they consisted of very fresh seafood. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
My first time at Bonefish. Karen took our orders. She was very patience with our ordering. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimps, Imperial Dip, Chilean Sea Bass w/ lemon butter, Shrimp & Scallops, Cheesecake and Macadamia Nut Brownie. They were all good, especially the Sea Bass (just melts in your mouth :-)) and Brownie. Overall, Karen provided excellent service and the food was delicious. I'll definitely come back for more.

Yelp
Bonefish Grill is a nice place to enjoy a very good lunch! Their lunch specials are quite reasonably priced, and they serve good, complimentary, fresh bread with sauce for dipping. Tip: I've never ordered anything here that didn't turn out to be good, but my current go-to favorites are the Chilean Sea Bass and the "Bang Bang" Shrimp tacos. The service here is always great - highly recommended!

Yelp
Great food and great service. We had a great time. I needed a break from working several days in a row and I was able to unwind and enjoy good food with good people.

Yelp
I've eaten at Bonefish Grill several times in the past but got bored with their limited menu. It had been a couple of years since my last visit, so decided to dine here recently. I like that the menu includes the calories for each item. That's super helpful for those with dietary concerns. We were sat next to a table where the lady was working and talking on her phone loudly. That was irritating but she left soon after. I ordered the Cod Imperial with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The quality of the asparagus was lower than I'm accustomed to and the serving of potatoes was quite small. Needless to say, I could have benefited from more food lol. The other guest had the Sirloin & Crab Cake and thought it was good. The pumpkin ravioli was oddly interesting and would have been better appreciated by a pumpkin lover lol. We were pretty satisfied with our visit but think it will be a while before returning.

Yelp
Tried this spot for--technically--the second time. The first time was my mother's scraps. LOL. Anyway, the food was pretty solid. I would say you definitely don't walk away feeling stuffed, miserable, and like you need 3 gallons of water to flush sodium. I had the blackened salmon pasta, bang bang shrimp, and seafood dip. The pasta was a 7.5/10. I give it that because, while it did not need more salt, it lacked some flavor. I definitely could have used some Creole seasoning, haha. But overall, it's a very light pasta dish, which I appreciate. It's very hearty with beautiful ingredients. I would also say that my slab of salmon was on the smaller side, but it was cooked perfectly. The bang bang shrimp are great. Not mind blowing but they are very, very good. I enjoy them better with the lettuce at the bottom of the tray. I want to try the bang bang tacos next time for that reason. They're not overly sweet or tangy, but just right. The dip was delicious. I think that was many of our's favorite, and we had a large party. It was so flavorful and baked perfectly! Overall, decent portion sizes--some may consider them small. The interior is beautiful. We went in the evening when the lights were a bit dim. Service was fine.

Yelp
I wouldn't be hitting up bonefish grill considering it's a chain and I'm always trying to support locals first but it's covid times so just trying to spread the love. It's a good place to get a piece of fish without paying for GW fins but we found the portions to be small. My dad got the butterfish it was tasty but small. My mom got the drum special- also small and cold Another person at the table got the salmon special which was tasty and a good portion special. I got the mahi mahi with shrimp- it was a good portion. Pretty bland good if you're trying to be diet aware. Apps were good as always Service was ok but the server spoke to us very little wasn't overly hospitable had questionable social skills. I'll stick to what I know and eat at a local place next time...

Yelp
So this was my first time visiting bonefish in a while and I must say I was very impressed! I don't come here often because of past experiences, the food was not all that, but this time was different. So we started off with some chocolate martinis in observance of world chocolate day lol then the bartender brought out some warm bread which by the way was delicious the pesto is like a Parmesan pesto so good! Then I ordered the bang bang shrimp which never failed me in the past. So I tried the sea bass for the first time and I have to say it was absolutely to die for!!! Seasoned well so tender and juicy and don't forget to get the butter and mango salsa on the side the only downfall is when I was basically finished the meal I saw a piece of hair on the plate with my mash potatoes I was so upset because I was almost done and wanted to finish the rest but couldn't because it completely grossed me out. I want this to still be a good review because my visit was great minus that part honestly. So needless to say the meal was taken off my bill and I enjoyed some warm cookies while finishing my chocolate martini. So definitely try the sea bass if your fish lover

Yelp
This is my 3 time recently at Bonefish grill in Metairie and it was absolutely HORRIBLE! The first time it was good, we sat at the bar. The second time 2 months later was terrible-food was gross, service was awful! While sitting at our table at the bar a waiter & what appeared to be a manager were arguing about tables and how, according to the waiter had to many tables. Today the person sitting us didn't even speak, only used hand movements. It was absolutely weird. We sat down and the waiter came. We received our waters but our bar drinks took about 20 mins. We ordered the special and a filet with bacon MAC & cheese. The Mac & cheese had a weird flavor, appearing/tasting like it wasn't cooked all the way!! It was just gross. The special was supposed to have a steak and shrimp. We received our plate with no Shrimp. When we told the waiter about the Mac & cheese & missing the shrimp he just said "oh ok. What's wrong with it?" We explained & he just took the plate away & said he would go check about the shrimp. We finished our meal then the shrimp arrived. Getting water refilled was a challenge. Finally the bill came and we were not only charged for everything- even the Mac and cheese we sent back & the shrimp that came after our meal but we had an additional plate listed on our bill that we didn't even order. Keep in mind it took over 20 minutes to get the bill- we had to go to the Bar to get the check corrected!! Will never go back!!! The place was not busy when we arrived, it did get a little busier. Keep in mind there were only 2 waiters!!!

Michael L.

Yelp
Restaurant had a really bad odor as soon as you walked through the door. The entire time it smelled liked something rotting. The wait was longer than expected since it was not that crowded on a weekday. Food wasn't too impressive. Servings were really small.

Yelp
This was such a fun environment! The bartenders were really fun, interactive, helpful, and perceptive! They also made my partner some super tasty drinks! They got me some phenomenal espresso, and some friends some great chocolate mixed drinks! The bang bang shrimp was to die for! The gnocchi was cooked to perfection -- soft and chewy. The tacos were also super tasty! The fries were hot and fresh and didn't need any sauce to be delicious! We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Food was average for my mom and my sister . I loved the bang bang shrimp. The mash potatoes were runny. Service was good ambiance was good. We were the first 3 people in an empty restaurant at 11:30 and then the hostess seated a group of 8 right next to our table. They were celebrating a 70 th birthday, our reason for being was so not that.

Yelp
So I've gone back twice before updating this review and both visits were meh. The service was good, but the food was a miss. It lacked flavor and freshness. The seafood fondue was full of mayonnaise and tasted spoiled so I sent it back. The seafood entree was bland and the lobster was tough I guess over cooked a great deal. The kids didn't even enjoy their fish dinners and they love fish. I use to love Bone fish, so disappointed with the quality of food that I received.

Yelp
Our local Metairie Bonefish Grill is excited to be open and feel the energy in the dining room and patio area to enjoy their seasonal seafood favorites and hand-crafted cocktails. The fresh-fish experts have enhanced their already high sanitation standards to provide a safe environment for guests. My experience here is always pleasant. The service and food are so good that we come here often for family birthdays. Our birthday season usually starts in the Fall, which is a great time to enjoy the patio. Pictured below: Chilean Sea bass and Tuna. Some important items to note about Bonefish: Wellness- Conducting daily wellness checks to ensure our team members are healthy (no one works sick). Sanitation- Frequent sanitizing of high-contact areas, hand sanitizers will be available to support frequent handwashing and single use menus and disposable condiments will be provided. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)- Entire team wearing face coverings and gloves for safety. Social Distancing- Limited seating capacity to maintain social distancing, limited number of guests in party, and the possibility of being asked to wait inside your car until your table is ready. Experience - Get on the waitlist via website or phone to lessen wait times.

Yelp
This place smelled like mop water ! I walked in and I was taken back by a stench that I only recognized to be mop water . And I was so distracted because I never smelled that smell in a restaurant. I'm sure that this is a good place but I haven't been back since

Yelp
I went here for a girls dinner and the food was BOMB!! We all know bang bang shrimp is the go to dish but no one talks about the pasta. The pasta is amazing and it lasted two days. Also the bread, the dipping sauce is to die for!!

Quinn L.

Yelp
Very disappointing. Crabcakes were very fishy and chewy, creamed spinach was not good, sadly, everything was bad. Even the smell of the restaurant when you walked it smelled off. However, our server was super nice and we appreciated that.

Cindy D.

Yelp
Bang bang shrimp is the only thing we had that was good. I ordered the "new" tuna poke bowl. Not good. Tuna tasted fishes, rice was not jasmine, & it was just overall bad flavor. My husband ordered mahi mahi & shrimp, tasteless, no flavor. Waiter comes to the table & says hi I'm Cam, Cameron, I don't care what you call me whatever you like as long as it's funny. What?!! We won't be back.

Yelp
I visited Bonefish Grill with the Yelp Elite Nola squad last month and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the meal and the great atmosphere of the establishment overall. Since then, I've visited a few more times, specifically during their happy hour, which is pretty nice. Their $5 happy hour martinis are certainly a favorite. I enjoy the Blueberry Lemon Drop, Tropical Tiki Martini and another (that I don't believe is on the HH menu) the Espresso Martini, which is definitely an eye opener. One thing about Bonefish Grill is that their seafood selection doesn't merely stop at fish. And as a person that isn't too crazy for fish all the time but still enjoys seafood, this is perfect for me. Some of my non-fish favorites at Bonefish include the Bang Bang Shrimp (in literally any form) but specifically the appetizer and the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos. I'm also a fan of their Dynamite Shrimp, the feta cheese really sets it off! Their jasmine rice as a side is also light and tasty. If you happen to be super hungry for something heavier that isn't seafood, I'd recommend the Half Pound Wagyu Beef Burger, which is always fresh and super delish. Service is always top notch here; each time I have visited since dining with the Yelp Squad, I have received great service from various different waiters and waitresses. Even the host and hostesses are nice. I appreciate that the managing partner, Michael, always makes it his business when possible to come out and ask us if we are enjoying our meal, let us know about any upcoming new menu items and thank us for coming. These things matter to me, as a customer, when I visit a restaurant frequently. I can definitely say that this Bonefish Grill location will potentially be a regular spot for myself and family.

Yelp
The food is always delicious and good Trey was our waiter and he was very professional and pleasant. He made our evening. His suggestions were on point. He waited on us hand and foot. Accommodated every need. He is a great assets to the company

Yelp
So hearing a lot about Bonefish Grill, we decided to go and check it out. Bonefish Grill is owned by the same company, who runs Fleming's, Carrabas and Outback Steakhouse so I know it HAS to be good. We were greeted promptly by the hostess and sat at the table. James came over and set the stage for the meal. Very personable and very informative on the plates. We decided to start with the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Maryland Crabcakes. Both which were amazing and had the best flavor! I continued with the Mojo Style Black Drum. The way James described it I had it get it! He spoke with us about Bonefish Grill and about the other plates we should try next time. Then the food came. Man it looked so good luckily I got the time to snap a picture before it was all gone! Will be back! And will ask for James!! Awesome service and great personality to match with the awesome food!

Yelp
Great day with the family today at Bone Fish Grill. Our Server LaRen was great at his job and very knowledgeable. I've eaten at BFG before but today was the first time at this location. This one seems more upscale and different. Same great choices and perfectly cooked Seafood. I can't say enough about the service. The Restaurant was very clean and bright. I had the Seafood Johnny Cakes which was an exceptional dish. Small light Pancakes with shrimp and scallops cooked in. Exceptional. (Spicy) That will definitely be a try again dish. Without a doubt I'll be back.

Yelp
The manager on duty on Wednesday at 4pm was awful to us. We came in to celebrate our boys after school, we had a party of 20 with reservations. The restaurant was practically empty. She seated our boys at one table and the parents across the restaurant in 2 booths. There was an open space of tables all together in the middle, but she would not seat us there because she was waiting for another large party. Guess what...that party never showed up and we were forced to sit away from our kids and then divided in booths from the other adults. Our only saving grace was our incredible server Amanda. She took care of us and understood our frustration. She should be the manager because she understands customer service. Maybe you should take care of the customers you have in your restaurant instead of worrying about who might come in later. Especially at 4pm on a Wednesday

Yelp
Hadn't been here in several years and I'm sad to say the quality has dropped off considerably. Staff was nice and the Bang Bang Shrimp were OK, but everything else was under-seasoned and underwhelming.

Yelp
John, what a nice and lovely bartender. Opened a new Malbec for me to taste without "the face" I'd get from other bartenders. Of course I got it it was fresh and delicious right out of the bottle! Some Malbecs taste like a melted down crayon if I don't know them so I always ask. I'm that chic. I haven't been to a Bonefish in years and I'm so pleased to find this one when I came this way to pick up my racquets at Second Serve (also a great place and customer service FYI) Calamari: love the Asian light sauce and on the side, fresh lemon to squeeze and the legs, the rings, and the light salad underneath. Also the option since I wanted to save room for dinner, John heard and offered the smaller portion and did you hear that? Down-sold not upsold my single lady at the bar from an $11.50 to an $8 appetizer. Just nice and honest and I don't like to be wasteful. Sure, I would not have known, he didn't have to mention it, but the fact that John did will bring people like me, those that have been in the industry and drink at the bar back and we'll tell a few people. Why does Bomefish this location only have 3 stars? That's gonna have to change ya'll! See my friend, John :)

Yelp
I was there for lunch a couple of days ago. I remembered a previous positive experience and was looking forward to a repeat, but was disappointed primarily in the service. I hope our waitress was just having a bad day, and will leave it at that. The bang-bang shrimp tacos were only so-so, and my friend's fried shrimp were short of being burned. Really, really disappointed and I won't go back because everything, in my opinion, was below par, especially for the money spent. You can't run a restaurant on ambiance alone (which was nice).

Yelp
I love this restaurant so much I have to make myself stay away. I think Bonefish has just gotten better and better over the years. I love the seasonal items on the menu because it gives the restaurant some variety that it might otherwise lack being a chain. My favorite item while not a seasonal one is the bang bang shrimp. Another side of Bonefish that you might know about is there willingness to donate to non-profit organizations. I am a part of a non-profit and usually contact Bonefish once a year for a donation. Not once have they turned me down. I thank them for this, and it makes me want to spread the word about how awesome this restaurant is. The institution of Bonefish is amazing and their food is equally amazing so they have a customer for life! Thanks Bonefish!

Yelp
Great service but horrible food. Crab cakes were cold and the calamari skimpy. Empty at noon says a lot. I will not go back as New Orleans has too many good places to eat

Yelp
We always have a great experience when we go. The atmosphere is beautiful. The prices are reasonable. The drinks are amazing. And our last server, Meir W., was delightful.

Yelp
I've visited this restaurant several times the first few years it was open. The ambiance was good as well as the service & food; however, that is no longer the case, sadly. I went there about 6 weeks ago with my son & the first red flag was that there was only one table of customers in the place. The corn & crab soup was inedible, and the service was ok. I thought it was a one off thing since I'd never had an experience like this before at this restaurant, so I decided to go back with a friend a couple of weeks later. Same initial red flag of only one table of customers even in the place. The food was also really not great. My friend felt the same as I did about his food as well. I asked for the check as we had somewhere else to be, but that shouldn't be an issue with only one other table being served, right?!? WRONG! 15 minutes later when I could no longer wait, I got up & stood by the bar to ask for my check. I could see into the kitchen and the entire staff was in there clowning around, so no real reason for our extended wait to....PAY & TIP. Unfortunately, not only could I see into the kitchen, but I could also SMELL into the kitchen. I continued to wait outside of the kitchen for at least TEN more minutes & I thought I was going to vomit. The smell coming from that kitchen smelled much like raw sewerage. I finally got my check, paid & went on my merry way. Well, I guess the next part won't be surprising to any readers....we were both sick as dogs for the next couple of DAYS! Not only will this be our LAST visit to this restaurant, but honestly, it should probably be CLOSED PERMANENTLY unless Gordon Ramsey or Robert Irvine come & perform some sort of MIRACLE. It's not bad....it's HORRIBLY DISGUSTING. The end! :))
