Bonjuk Myeongdong Branch

I make it a point to eat Bonjuk everytime I come to Korea coz it’s easy and accessible given the number of branches. Although they do offer a small gift for this review, I do think it’s decent and a good way to try the various types of Korean porridge. Very comforting… I like kimchi octopus with added cheese.

Recently renovated restaurant located on the 2nd floor. Its a very fulfilling breakfast for me.. got the seafood porridge. Taste wise was good, but the portion is tooo much for me. 1 person has to order 1 portion. Very good experience tho.. will definetely come back for sure next i come visit korea

My Korean friendo recommended this typical Korean food. I enjoyed the beef and vegetable and jeonbok flavors👍

The shop was located on second floor of the building. The menu was easy to understand and presented good explanations. You had to ordered at the counter and pay for your meals. The porridge were delicious with good ingredients. It was tasty and liked a meal at your home. The portion was big with variety of side dishes.

Me and my friends gotten food poisoning from their porridge. Their oysters are not fresh and smelly. Next 2 days we vomit and diarrhoea in the hotel. Eat at your own risk 🤮
