Bontana Hotel

We stayed here two nights. It was walking distance to the Westland Mall and we could park our motorcycles here. We were told we had to buy the breakfast. We took the VIP room. It wasn’t private. There’s a window that could not be closed in the bathroom into the hallway at the top of the main stairwell. The restaurant served absolute garbage and was unacceptable slow. The bar area had old chairs stacked around it and never even opened. Saturday morning breakfast buffet was cheap, stale and just plain uneatable and worse than street food. Sunday, we were told they didn’t have to serve us breakfast (although we paid). Likely the Manager wasn’t working that day. This hotel is on my NO GO list.

Visited this place and slept for two nights, had a very terrible experience. The rates they charge are not commensurate with the service and food offered. Everything to the rooms is old and the there is bad smell along the corridors.

Decent hotel, good food, friendly staff, clean rooms.|I stayed as part of a large group and shared a room with my son. It was better than I expected. The room was cleaned every day. It had a decent bar area. |It is gated with security and felt very safe and secure. I’ve got no doubt the group will stay there again next year

From the entrance and reception, one can tell this was once a magnificent and superb hotel. They’ve however been stuck in time and better options are available within the vicinity. Was there for a day conference so never had a look into their rooms. Their main Enakuro conference hall is basic but it is huge and can accommodate almost 200 participants. Nothing much to write about the food.

Looks like a befitting venue for meetings, corporate training, meals with family and friends or simply hanging out. Well tended compound, with ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff right from the gate guards. Excellent location offering a relatively peaceful atmosphere... Excellent meals and generally pleasant service. Keep the good work up

Warm welcomed by friendly staff. Spatieus rooms..but rooms have had there best time. Balcony windows could not close...bathroom door handle are broken, wall lamps are broken and shower was also washing wall and ceiling.... Beddings where very clean and good. Breakfast basic but staff is doing there best to serve. To high price for this standard.

The ambience is good and the food is great. Their service is a bit slow so not very suitable if you are looking for a quick meal. Nice conference facilities if you want to host large meetings.

The parking is so small, customer service is very poor, the service guys spent more time gossiping about customers instead of serving them. It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing spot, but the service is wanting.
