Bontana Hotel

Decent hotel, good food, friendly staff, clean rooms.|I stayed as part of a large group and shared a room with my son. It was better than I expected. The room was cleaned every day. It had a decent bar area. |It is gated with security and felt very safe and secure. I’ve got no doubt the group will stay there again next year

The rooms are not living quite to their reputation and some stuff bit me in the beddings.

From the entrance and reception, one can tell this was once a magnificent and superb hotel. They’ve however been stuck in time and better options are available within the vicinity. Was there for a day conference so never had a look into their rooms. Their main Enakuro conference hall is basic but it is huge and can accommodate almost 200 participants. Nothing much to write about the food.

Cool and calm place to spend with family

The parking is so small, customer service is very poor, the service guys spent more time gossiping about customers instead of serving them. It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing spot, but the service is wanting.

Looks like a befitting venue for meetings, corporate training, meals with family and friends or simply hanging out. Well tended compound, with ample parking. Very friendly and helpful staff right from the gate guards. Excellent location offering a relatively peaceful atmosphere... Excellent meals and generally pleasant service. Keep the good work up

Really dilapidated place still|Stuck in the 1970s or 80s. Light sockets ripped out and exposed dodgy rough repairs to rooms - horrible pillows - nightclub blaring music 100m away till 3am mid week. Food in evening was ok - typical kenyan cuisine but breakfast rudimentary. very expensive for what it offers. Won’t be going back. Avoid.

Warm welcomed by friendly staff. Spatieus rooms..but rooms have had there best time. Balcony windows could not close...bathroom door handle are broken, wall lamps are broken and shower was also washing wall and ceiling.... Beddings where very clean and good. Breakfast basic but staff is doing there best to serve. To high price for this standard.
