Horribel customTerrible customer service experience. I bought a fitted sheet in this store and even double-checked through my French friend that it was the correct single children’s size. The saleswoman confirmed and even looked with us. Back home in Amsterdam, it turned out to be a double size — completely useless for us. Mistakes can happen, but what followed was truly awful: six weeks and more than twenty emails later, there was still no solution. Each time I had to explain the situation again, and every reply ended with “please come back to the store,” even though I had clearly said I live in Amsterdam. I also tried calling, but nobody spoke English. Such a shame — this used to be one of my favourite Paris shops. Everything is fine as long as nothing goes wrong, but if it does, the after-sales service is absolutely terrible.er service, refuse to solve
