The people who work here go above and beyond! I had to get a gift for a friend on short notice and I called to inquire about shipping times. The person I spoke with told me to just click for pick up and personally dropped it off at my house to avoid shipping fees and to make sure I got it in time! They were so lovely and kind. I will 100% keep shopping here and will continue to speak highly about them with everyone I know. Beautiful items and an amazing team! Thank you boogie and birdie ❤️

Bogie + Birdie is a delightful shop with unique gifts and charming finds! Went there last weekend during my trip to Ottawa. I picked up some fridge magnets, cute coaster and other presents for friends—everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. This is the nicest shop ever! Not only do they have a great selection of unique merchandise, their customer service is top level! I had a problem with an item I purchased from them - probably a factory issue- not their fault at all! .. I contacted the manufacturing company and they wouldn't honour the warranty, but Boogie & Birdie immediately replaced the item for me - no questions asked :O <3 <3 Amazing experience!!

This is a wonderful little shop for picking up gifts for others (and yourself!) Stumbled upon it on my last day - and only free to roam day - in Ottawa. What a great surprise. There are lots of different items from jewelry - earrings are stunning - to chocolates and stickers. I wish I could have purchased more. Definitely coming back next time work sends me across the border.

I always enjoy stopping by boogie+birdie, and never fail to find unique items for my home or gifts for others. My latest purchase was simply a tea towel. I sent it to a friend in Texas, just to let her know we're thinking about her while she's away from home during the pandemic. She loved it. Highly recommend this story. What a precious little store! A sister store of Mags & Fags, I knew I couldn't be disappointed. It's really homey, and crafty in here, and they have a lot of fantastic gift ideas-- particular for children. I especially love the selection of candles and jewelry here and regularly purchase them for friend's birthdays. The women that work here are all really love and approachable too. The only downside to this little shop is that it is rather expensive. I don't mind too much though, because they support a lot of small local companies, and I really like to support this. I would definitely recommend stopping in, and I will definitely be going back. Ps. They allow dogs in here! :)

The newest addition to Elgin Street shopping! Super cute shop that is the sister of neighbour Mags & Fags. This shop is well curated--plenty of fun and thoughtful items. Soaps, teas, stuffed animals, art work, throws, chocolates, fun decor. Great little place to pick up some wonderful gifts. I got a few stocking stuffers here and saw a few things that just might go on my own wishlist--including some seriously gorgeous blankets :)
