Very good experience. The bus left on time. I forgot my headphones case in the bus and got in touch with the team. They were very helpful and efficient. They located my case and I was able to pick them up a couple of days later. Very customer service oriented.

Booking was not found by the bus company. Had to run and find another bus. Customer service hung up on me when I tried calling. Not the first time I've had problems so will never use these jokers again.

Great customer service. I recently bought 2 bus tickets, but I had to reschedule my departure date. I contacted support via email, and the issue was resolved in under an hour. My original tickets were cancelled, and I was provided with a refund coupon, which allowed me to rebook for the correct date. I'm very grateful for the prompt and professional support I was provided.

Very high level & supportive customer service. Their website is also easy to understand. Now, I always book a bus in Cambodia via BookMeBus to avoid many troubles. And I have never faced any troubles after booking via BookMeBus. (Or precisely speaking, even there is a problem, they solve the problems immediately) Highly recommend!

Terrible. Booked a ferry from Sihanoukville to Koh Rong Sanloem. Never received the tickets. Customer service kept hanging up and live chat never responded. Seemed like a scam to me. Avoid and book direct through the ferry service provider

Great customer service! I accidentally booked two bus tickets instead of one (because my internet connection was slow and I didn't get a confirmation for my ticket purchase at first). I contacted BookMeBus and they responded quickly and refunded me the full amount of the second bus ticket. Thank you so much!

Don’t trust this company ever if you are especially foreign to Cambodia. We booked this service months ago for our transfer from Ha Tien to Kampot. When we were in the boat from Phu Quoc to Ha Tien they write us that the driver cannot cross the border but waiting for us at the other side of the Cambodian border - but they took the 50 euros payment in advance months ago claiming that they will take us from Ha Tien through the Vietnamese - Cambodian border to Kampot. We had a horrible experience going to the border without internet and without enough cash (because it was our last day in Vietnam and because we already paid them).
