Bus was scheduled for 3pm. I was there at 2 pm. They told me the bus was delayed. Then I would on the 4h30 pm one, after I told them there was one leaving at 4pm they change again. Good bus, but they seem not to register the seats booked throughout your app.

Very good experience. The bus left on time. I forgot my headphones case in the bus and got in touch with the team. They were very helpful and efficient. They located my case and I was able to pick them up a couple of days later. Very customer service oriented.

Great customer service. I recently bought 2 bus tickets, but I had to reschedule my departure date. I contacted support via email, and the issue was resolved in under an hour. My original tickets were cancelled, and I was provided with a refund coupon, which allowed me to rebook for the correct date. Booking was not found by the bus company. Had to run and find another bus. Customer service hung up on me when I tried calling. Not the first time I've had problems so will never use these jokers again.
