The store is very spacious, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I especially love the calm atmosphere – it’s a perfect escape from the busy mall. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. If you’re in Dubai and love books, this place is a must-visit.

I call this place my peaceful world. Every single detail here feels like a gentle escape; the endless shelves filled with books in countless languages, fields, and collections, offering something for every curious mind. I can never get enough of visiting Kinokuniya. It’s more than just a bookstore to me, it’s where I met my three best friends, and together we made it our weekend tradition to meet here, pick out different books, and dive into endless conversations about life, stories, and ideas. This place holds my heart, my memories, and my inspiration.

My go-to bookstore! As a voracious reader, the reading experience goes beyond the pages, and this place delivers it beautifully. After several purchases, I can say the team is knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to assist. It’s a great spot to connect with fellow booklovers, and being a member adds even more value for a true bookworm. Just one note: the marketing team on social media, especially Instagram, needs a serious upgrade. The in-store experience is rich and curated, but the online content doesn’t reflect that at all. I hope management considers allocating a better budget to match the amazing quality they offer in-store.

I’m certain every one who walks into this store leaves feeling excited by their new purchase. I think this is Dubai Mall’s best store 😂 and a treasure trove of genres. Their loyalty card also makes a big difference to your final cost! Cant wait to return.

Gorgeous bookstore. An excellent collection of fiction as well as non-fiction from across the world. Beautiful stationery too. The staff is immensely kind and helpful.

Huge library, right at the entrance from metro , a variety of books, found more than we expected lol definitely gonna come back for more and the workers there super helpful I recommend it if you are a book lover or student or just want to room around

I visited Kinokuniya in Dubai mall several times ..its located in front of metro entrance/Exit… such amazing bookstore/gaming shop… if you like boardgames they have a huge collection 🤩 .. they also have an adorable collection for Ghibili studio movies ( obviously iam a huge fan xD), And of course an enormous collection of collectibles (figures) for literally every thing (movies, anime, old, new) displayed and for sale 🥹 And books/ manga / comics section is huuuuuuge guys 😱 Must must visit
