Room is clean and the pictures posted in Agoda are exactly what it looks like. All facilities listed are working. Centrally located and walking distance to tourist spots inside the Old City. We slept well. Security guard was on duty at night. Check in and checkout are completely hassle free.

Theres a fridge, water heater, coffee cup, a safety box and hangers to dry your clothes. 4. Theres a BALCONY. 5. Good water pressure. 6. Nearby restaurants. 7. VERY SPACIOUS 8. Theres a lift.

Very clean apartment building with louvered windows in hall way and open spaces between floors so it can be noisy if guests are inconsiderate. Location is excellent. Close to good food, markets and 7:11. Beds are old but ok. Hot water pressure could be better. Air con good. TV old and poor movie reception. No jug or mugs for tea/coffee. Good small fridge. Two seats and a small table supplied in room. My room had nice view of garden on level 3. I would stay again but maybe for shorter stay. 5 nts is a bit too long in one place if there is noisy neighbours. A good place overall but windows in hallway are a minus!

Location is amazing, the owners are very nice and present (there was always someone there 24/7). However, 2 huge cockroaches appeared in my room, and we can also hear the noises from outside.

Large, clean and excellent location! Hot water, mini fridge and fresh bottle water provided daily. Nice balcony, small table and chairs in room. Bed was firm but not uncommon. Some rooms have dated TV's with few channels but the Wi-Fi, is good. Parking available and the entry is nothing fancy but the stay is very comfortable! Cleaning staff are wonderful! Family owners can provide tour, other local information and helpful to assist with all needs. Solo or when I bring family, I will be happy to stay at Boonthavon's next visit!

Lovely place. Have returned. Women/family run. Auntys outside in the morming chilling with dogs. Very kind and accomodating. Rooms are clean, air conditioned, with balcony. Elevator to rooms. Key card access. Security guard on duty. Basic design tho not aesthetic.but not needed. Perfect location close to everything. Try the fish khao suay at nun's around the corner. Visited in october during chiangmais floods and old town stayed dry. They even let my friend crash whose accomodation was flooded . She stayed on after i checked out!

This hotel is a pretty good family run hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. Wifi is good. Aircon ok but not that powerful. The location is perfect in the old town. The bathroom is good and bed comfy. There is a belcony and parking for a motorbike. I will stay again next time for the good value of 500 baht.
