Very clean apartment building with louvered windows in hall way and open spaces between floors so it can be noisy if guests are inconsiderate. Location is excellent. Close to good food, markets and 7:11. Beds are old but ok. Hot water pressure could be better. Air con good. TV old and poor movie reception. No jug or mugs for tea/coffee. Good small fridge. Two seats and a small table supplied in room. My room had nice view of garden on level 3. I would stay again but maybe for shorter stay. 5 nts is a bit too long in one place if there is noisy neighbours. A good place overall but windows in hallway are a minus!

I found it very quiet with birds chirping in morning, could not hear the traffic, the location is perfect not far from the tha Pae gate, 200 Mt walk and close the the best street food as well as 7eleven very close. The on,y let’s down is the wifi speed and the shower could be cleaned better the glass super smudges and in show water backs up. Big bright windows and a mini balcony over pool. We were on floor 3- it was room 3341 and 3345. Probably on the high side in pricing.

This hotel is a pretty good family run hotel. The rooms are clean and comfy. Wifi is good. Aircon ok but not that powerful. The location is perfect in the old town. The bathroom is good and bed comfy. There is a belcony and parking for a motorbike. I will stay again next time for the good value of 500 baht.

Large, clean and excellent location! Hot water, mini fridge and fresh bottle water provided daily. Nice balcony, small table and chairs in room. Bed was firm but not uncommon. Some rooms have dated TV's with few channels but the Wi-Fi, is good. Parking available and the entry is nothing fancy but the stay is very comfortable! Cleaning staff are wonderful! Family owners can provide tour, other local information and helpful to assist with all needs. Solo or when I bring family, I will be happy to stay at Boonthavon's next visit!

Stayed for 15 days in a double twin room with air conditioning and a balcony. The elevator/lift is nice. It's location in the Old City is very good. There are restaurants in each direction with in a 5 minute walk. I walk slow. There was no noise from outside or inside the hotel. I mentioned that because the walls are thin. That and the shower water pressure is very low are the only issues I had during my stay. I will stay there again if I return and they have a room available.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location. Walking distance to anywhere. Service was good. Nothing special but nothing bad. Bed was uneven in our room. Side of the bed would slope down and was super soft, not in a good way.

We loved our stay here! Rooms were clean and spacious, and staff were friendly. The only thing that makes it 4 star is the wifi was really slow. Lucky for us we have a Thai SIM card so it didn’t affect us, however for those relying on just wifi they might find this a bit frustrating.

Located near thae pha gate, host is excellent and helpful, room is spacious and clean. Very affordable prices. Scooter available to rent close to the hotel. we had an emergency at night and the security guy helped us a lot.
