I had an absolutely amazing experience at Boost Spa in Newport Beach! Chelly was my facialist and she was incredible — knowledgeable, gentle, and so attentive. She took the time to understand my skin, explained everything she was doing, and made the entire experience feel both relaxing and results-driven. My skin was glowing when I left, and I could immediately see and feel the difference. The spa itself is beautiful, clean, and calming — such a perfect escape. Chelly truly has magic hands and a genuine passion for what she does. Highly recommend Boost Spa, and definitely book with Chelly if you can — she’s the best! ✨

Lovely morning at the spa! David from the front desk gave such a warm welcome and made me feel comfortable in the spa. He was very attentive to all of my requests. Art gave me a wonderful massage. He was also very attentive to all my requests. The facility was clean and well-stocked. Will definitely go back!

Boost Spa was amazing thanks to my absolutely wonderful Aesthetician Rena. I had a facial with her that was absolutely amazing! I felt refreshed, relaxed, and left feeling so light and wonderful all thanks to Rena. She made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and really made my experience feel so individualized to my needs. Thank you Rena you truly made my day and can’t wait to come back you’re amazing at what you do!

The experience here at the Boost Spa was okay, however I think having hidden fees in your pricing is extremely unacceptable. As a local resident in Newport (live across the street), I understand the culture of tipping. However, charging a mandatory tipping fee and not telling the clients ahead of time is not okay. The massage here is already very expensive, when I got into the room they tried to up charge me again for extras that I had already said no to when booking this appointment! Then after they charge me a mandatory resort fee and mandatory tip. Absolutely ridiculous. After the appointment, I went back through the website (where I booked) and there was no where that stated that this fee would be applied. I will not be going back to this place and this hotel needs to be more upfront about undisclosed costs. For the price: the vibe of the spa was nice and clean. The massage was nice, but again they tried to upcharge me before hand? No sauna or any other special part of this place except a shower and sitting room with no reading material. Very unhappy with this hotel and will definitely not be recommending to other people in the area.

I just wanted to write and give a review about a service i recently got with Rena! I am so beyond pleased and happy with the results of the facial i got! She took the time to make sure i was comfortable and that my skin got what it needed. She is so very personable, and was so full of life it made me happy. For me personality can sometimes make or break these type of service and she was beyond amazing. She took the type to provide answered to any questions i might have had, and to explain my problem areas. She went full in-depth and made me leave a happy client of hers! I am so ready to go back and get more facials and services with Rena!

Rena is the best aesthetician around. Run, don’t walk, to get a treatment from her. She has great hands and is super knowledgeable about so many aspects of caring for your face and skin. I highly recommend Rena at Boost!

I had an amazing treatment here from Helina. I highly recommend her! It was a full body, firm pressure massage and she gave a little extra love to my neck. I feel so much lighter, she was very attentive and I hope to be back.

An extraordinary, energy healing spa experience! A hydro rejuvenating facial with Chelly was among the best with gentle and effective results just a day after travel from a dry, elevated climate. My husband had one of the best deep tissue massages ever, saying it was transformative work with Helena! And David along with Che and Helena are energy masters, all the more exceptional for a hotel spa! We hope to see you all again soon!

Helina was amazing. Ive gone to multiple masseuses and she is top notch and professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Lido house is also very well situated, walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. Great experience!

David and Emma are the absolute best! I can't believe how they engaged with my daughter to get the octopus of her dreams! They are an amazing team and they made my daughter's entire trip at the Lido House a very memorable experience !!!!!!

Had the most incredible relaxation massage from Helina L. The 80 minute experience is worth every penny. Felt like a new person afterwards.

10/10 recommend Was in town for a work event with my husband. Decided to check out the boost spa. Helina was my massage therapist for an 80 minute massage. She was kind, attentive and took great care of me. I wish I could pack her up and bring her back home with me!!!

This is a very nice spa with upscale decor and first class service. I received a massage from Tiffany and she did an excellent job; very kind, proficient and professional. The pressure was just right and she checked in regularly. Quite nice that they have a shower in the locker room as it's good to be able to rinse off the oil from the massage and feel fresh. This is not an inexpensive place, but the entire facility is top tier and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended.

From the minute you walk down the hall toward the spa, the scent is heavenly! The front desk attendant is so friendly & makes you feel very welcome- she even had a handwritten bday card for me & arranged for a mocktail after the massage the massage therapists are so good! It's apparent that their number one concern is your comfort level. The spa is spotless & decorated well. I actually liked the lounge area to relax before/after the service but it was very bright/sunny & not dark & tranquil like a typical experience- I didn't mind being reminded that the sunny beach is steps away but it's not a place where you'll accidentally slip into a nap. I was hoping for a steam room or sauna ! The shower products seemed to be cheap & I was a little disappointed to not find any moisturizer.. that can easily be remedied ;)

Helina was amazing! The essential oils were so nice, she heated my robe so it was like putting on a warm blanket after the service was over. 50 minutes flew by. Can't wait to come back!

Ok now that was a massage!! Among the very best massages I have head. Helina was wonderful. I'm not kidding I'd drive from Pasadena just to get the massage again. Highly highly recommended.

Helina is an excellent message therapist.. she is friendly, professional and highly trained. She made sure to customize the massage according to my current needs. A MUST visit while staying @ Lido House "Autograph Collection" by Marriott !!! As it's located in the 1st floor. Also perfect for LOCALS that just pop in. I went for the 80 Minute Massage, & Jessica was SUPERB. She knows her job very well, & just likes people. BOTH Erica & Erin that work the Reception Area ALSO deserve a Shoutout for setting Me up. Helina gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. She is very in tune with the body, muscles and can hone in on the areas of tension. Even with the therapeutic deep tissue moments, I left the room in utter relaxation. She is very gifted.

Simply awesome if you love quality massages. Helina listened and gave me the best back and arm/hand massage. I type all day and my arms really needed the attention. David is wonderful, we feel very cared for the whole day. Highly recommended it!

The spa is new, clean and quaint. It's has limited amenities but my service was amazing. Helina was my massage therapist and one of my favorite massages ever. Thank goodness we are local so I can come back. She is very talented. Her pressure was spot on and beside manner was top-notch. I love her!

as an older male had my first facial at boost by Chelly. it was a very relaxing and wonderful experience. She is obviously well trained and knowledgeable but on top that is a wonderful, friendly and kind demeanor. the results of the facial are outstanding, my wife says I look ten years younger. Been here twice for a deep tissue massage and both times were excellent! The therapists are very experienced and know how to treat problem areas quite well. Also, it's a luxurious experience without breaking the bank. Highly recommend it!

Small spa, but wow, the technicians are amazing!!! I had Rochelle for massage, which was life changing, and Chelly for a facial, which was perfection! I only wish I lived closer so I could visit them as often as needed.

Staff is incredible! Gave our group specialized attention to make sure we had a fantastic experience. David was so helpful, with follow up calls/emails when making arrangements. Chelly provided great facials. Spa also has great gifts, products. Shopped as well!!

The service and therapist Helena were fantastic! However, the pricing is extremely high.

I had the Swedish massage with Art. it was truly fabulous. I felt wonderful when it was done. the robes were a little small for bigger women but I forgot all about the robe until we were done. Art warmed the robe so the awkward fit didn't seem so bad anymore.

I had an amazing Hydra-facial from Chelly with an add on eye serum treatment. This was SO relaxing and Chelly was so knowledgeable, giving me multiple tips for home. I will definitely be back.
