Boot Barn

Its a nice boot barn, clean and well stocked and pretty much what you would expect at one. However, this is the first one I've been in that wasn't greeted when i walked in or asked if i needed any help. I felt the staff was a little more rude than others I've been to. When they pulled up my account they seemed almost shocked that I've shopped at boot barn before, SEVERAL times over. I'll go back to Boot Barn, but not this location. Noses seemed to high in the air for me.

Went there today 1/1/25 and I wanted to give a present to myself, I bought a pair of exotic boots but!… NO ONE help me or even ask me when I was like 30 minutes looking and comparing and everything by myself, Literally going to google for all my questions. And the fact that I didn’t received a box with them well, just wasn’t the best experience.

This Boot Barn location needs to stock some higher end, better made boots for ladies and gents. Also, they need to hire help that are knowledgeable, at least about the boots they are selling. There were 5 Boot Barn employees in the store while we were there, one other customer and she was checking out when we walked in, and yet, I had to go hunt someone down to get help. This young lady was oblivious and had absolutely no boot or stock knowledge. My husband confirmed that the boots he wanted were in stock in that specific store before we even went there. 2 pairs stocked, in fact, which are still showing online, yet she couldn't find them. Had she made the attempt to look, she may have found them, i was going to ask another associate, but he was frustrated at that point and ready to leave. Major $$$ sale lost, I still spent a few hundred, but we were prepared to spend a few thousand. Save the trip, go to Cavenders or shop online. Boot Barns in and around Houston, TX area a completely different experience. TN locations need to send associates there for training. I did enjoy speaking to some of the young ladies working there, they were all very nice, just didn't have the knowledge they need to do their jobs.

Lots of great boot and clothing selections but very pricey

When entering the store no one greeted me, I walked around the boot isles and found the associates chatting, they still didn't say anything to me. It wasn't until the Store manager came out, who asked if I was finding everything dis get any help at all. The Sales associate that was told to come help me was sweet and helpful at the time of checknout

Great place for boots, decent enough prices. The gals that work there are easy on the eyes by the way 😉

Huge selection, clean and organized store, and very helpful employees. I think they should have more frequent sales. So often here everything is just full retail price.

Great product good prices it's absolutely what I would expect. The store is always well-stocked and clean. Associates are always helpful and courteous.

Selection is very poor and they have few name brands if your looking for western wear this is not a good store for that.
