Boot Barn

Completely overpriced and no one ever walked up to me and asked me if they could help me. So they're definitely lacking in customer service not to mention that they have everything in the store overpriced. I was in there at least 30 minutes walking around looking at their stuff and no one ever asked me could I be helped.

Came in to get a Christmas gift after the gym. Nobody approached me asking if I wanted help or not. I feel that it may have been due to how I was dressed, but the customer service was not good. I purchased an item and asked for a gift receipt, but when I looked in the bag later I realized I was not given one. The store is also pretty small compared to other locations I’ve been to (Alabama, Nashville, even up north in Connecticut) so their offerings are pretty limited.

Didn't visit the store.I ordered my 2&1/2 yr old grandson some Cody James Boys Western stitched boots from here,&was very disappointed.There good looking boots but the online description said Genuine leather,&the most important part that needed to be tough,is definitely not real leather,but weak&plastic looking?and I know will be tore up pretty quickly but I couldn't possible take them back from him so?The last ones we got for our 1st grandbaby lasted thru 3 little ones.These will be lucky to last a year?

Leah was great in helping me get my son’s boots. She treated him like a lil bro and I just appreciated that and we left there with cool boots and more knowledge

They have a wide variety of boots and the staff is helpful.

The staff on duty during my visit was very friendly and extremely helpful. They adored my 2 yr old and helped find him the right pair of boots and a nice cowboy hat to match!

Great product good prices it's absolutely what I would expect. The store is always well-stocked and clean. Associates are always helpful and courteous.

Selection is very poor and they have few name brands if your looking for western wear this is not a good store for that.
