Boot Barn

Completely overpriced and no one ever walked up to me and asked me if they could help me. So they're definitely lacking in customer service not to mention that they have everything in the store overpriced. I was in there at least 30 minutes walking around looking at their stuff and no one ever asked me could I be helped.

Upon walking in, Michael immediately greeted me and asked me questions on if he could help. I asked him for help finding the Ariat Casanovas. He was able to help guide me to the Women’s Boot section until Sierra was able to take over. I was thoroughly impressed with Sierra. She helped me with finding the Casanovas and answered all of my questions. I haven’t bought a lot of boots, so Sierra’s willingness to answer my questions and help me not feel overwhelmed was such a blessing. Sierra and Michael are top notch employees. Highly recommend them and this store

The parking is horrible here. If you own a truck or any big vehicle good luck getting in and out. The people were nice enough but the inability to ask for other sizes in the back causes issues for those looking for specific boots.

Came in to get a Christmas gift after the gym. Nobody approached me asking if I wanted help or not. I feel that it may have been due to how I was dressed, but the customer service was not good. I purchased an item and asked for a gift receipt, but when I looked in the bag later I realized I was not given one. The store is also pretty small compared to other locations I’ve been to (Alabama, Nashville, even up north in Connecticut) so their offerings are pretty limited.

Great costumer service at a place that fits all your western needs.

Didn't visit the store.I ordered my 2&1/2 yr old grandson some Cody James Boys Western stitched boots from here,&was very disappointed.There good looking boots but the online description said Genuine leather,&the most important part that needed to be tough,is definitely not real leather,but weak&plastic looking?and I know will be tore up pretty quickly but I couldn't possible take them back from him so?The last ones we got for our 1st grandbaby lasted thru 3 little ones.These will be lucky to last a year?

Emily (133463) was VERY kind, patient, and eager help! My daughter was here looking for boots as a birthday gift and needed assistance selecting a style and size. When I approached the counter there were about 5 employees behind the counter- i asked for help in the boots for my daughter- Emily didn't hesitate! She smiled and responded sure! She asked what she could do to help us. My daughter is 12 and sometimes shy talking with strangers. My daughter needed help with selecting the right size and fit. Emily pulled other styles and varieties 2 at a time to break down my daughter's style choice in boot to determine what my daughter was looking for as far as comfort. Emily didn't put pressure on a decision for my daughter and wasnt afraid to make yes and no piles for easy selections! She and my daughter talked about riding horses and doing shows as well as what style riding! She explained the difference in the lettering within sizing to make future shopping easier! The term "Bonding over boots" was made and it really was! She complimented my daughters style choice in boots, was exciting to talk horses with her! I have never had an experience like this shopping with my daughter! She recommended boot care and brush my daughter absolutely wanted to take care of the boots she so proudly picked with Emily's help! Our shopping trip in knoxville on her birthday lasted 6 hours with a total of 6 stores and THIS was the ONLY customer service we received today store to store! My daughter 12 year old today talked about Emily multiple times today just about how nice she was! To Emily: Thank you for bonding over boots and making her birthday shopping trip one to remember! Thank you for setting an example that young girls can look up to! (One a parent can be proud of!) We were shocked to learn at the check out that Emily was a new hire and this was only her 2nd or 3rd day on the job! Great hire Boot Barn!

Great product good prices it's absolutely what I would expect. The store is always well-stocked and clean. Associates are always helpful and courteous.

Selection is very poor and they have few name brands if your looking for western wear this is not a good store for that.
