Bootlegger Harrington Street

Lovely place, to be honest I’m not a huge fan of bootlegger. However this one has something special - food was excellent, came fast, fresh, not oily, hot, tasty. My coffee was done exactly the way I like it (I am very specific + the barista Lisa listened to my request to the tee). Unathi our waiter was on the ball + has brilliant communication skills. I felt the African essence because majority of the workers are Xhosa. Really grateful + will definitely be back ‏إن شاء الله

Kind, helpful and attentive group of individuals. I am also impressed to see, mostly, an all female team. Being a coffee snob, I am incredibly particular about my morning fix! They get it right all the time and I’m never disappointed! Thank you for a great start to my morning 🌅

I recently had lunch at Bootlegger Coffee Company in Harrington street and it was a pleasant experience. I had the tomato soup, which was one of three soups of the day. This tomato soup, paired with a pesto and mozzarella toasted sandwich, is my favorite from Bootlegger’s menu, and I having enjoyed it at other locations before. The staff was very accommodating, preparing a cheese-only toasted sandwich for my friend. My partner had the club sandwich, which he also enjoyed. They also have a display with ready-to-go sandwiches and pastries. A good amount of seating is available. Lovely area to sit and enjoy a coffee while looking out on the street. You do have to use a bathroom outside the restaurant. It seems like a communal bathroom for all the shops in the building that this Bootlegger branch is located in. The bathroom was not very clean. The service was good, and the location is convenient, right near a plant store, a bike store, and an array of other cafe’s, bars, and shops. The place was decently clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was good. Overall, a nice spot for a relaxed meal or quick coffee break. Bootlegger’s prices are also fairly good in comparison to many other cafe’s and restaurants in the area.

Awesome service and recommendations. Excellent attention to detail and hands on service from management which is very rare in many establishments. Out of this world croissants!

The service was horrible! we got there and sat down, the lady who was our waiter was rushing everything. I ordered an Iced vanilla latte and I was charged extra for the vanilla which was confusing since the menu stated how much it was. When she brought the vanilla latte she placed it harshly on the table that it spilled a little. when I was about to order for the second time she literally walked away while I was talking.I don’t know if your muffins always look like this…

I have been visiting this branch with my family for 3 years now on a weekly basis. The standard of service never changes, always great and the staff/managers we have met have been so good. We have always been treated like part of the Bootleggers family. The coffee is great, the food is good and the cost associated with is very reasonable. We will continue to visit. The bustling atmosphere at Bootleggers is always a plus. It's a great place to get your admin done, to have lunch with colleagues and shut down for a bit. Bootleggers deliveres a fantastic Black Americano. The beans are clearly top-notch, and the baristas know their craft. I love that Bootleggers has something for everyone. Whether I'm in the mood for a healthy salad or a hearty burger, I can always find something that caters the mood haha

Wow - can’t believe I have to give a bad review to Bootleggers. When I entered the building, no one was there to greet me or to assist me. I walk over to the other side or the reataurant to see if I can spot a waiter to assist me, but saw no one. I take a seat and hope someone will come and serve me. Waited over 20min to be served. Manager is just on his phone, with clearly no idea what’s happening in his restaurant. Very disappointing
