Bopha Pollen Hotel

Good enough for sleeping but a dusty and rough remork ride from pub street. Set breakfasts were delicious and staff very friendly. Good English. Room was a good size. Bedding was good. The pool was clean but a bit small. Value for money was good so I would stay again.

Enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities in room adequate. Very clean. Hired hotel tuk tuk and did 3 day tour with 3 kids - excellent. Would recommend this. Little more variety for breakfast would be nice. Didn't reply to emails prior to visit. No free shuttle to airport to my knowledge

Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything basic you need; albeit nothing super fancy or luxurious. Staff are so lovely and go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. Breakfast was nice but a bit inconsistent - couldn't predict how your eggs would come and they struggled a bit during busy periods. Overall, a nice hotel for reasonable price.

The staff here are the friendliest we have encountered yet! They were always so quick to greet us and talk to us about our day. They also helped arrange a tuk tuk driver for Angkor Wat, who we used for three full days. The driver was excellent and so friendly. There were always drivers at the hotel, ready to take you wherever you wanted to go at decent prices. The room was large and nice, although it could use a deep cleaning. The walls were a little dirty, as was the bathroom. And there was no soap. The level of cleanliness is standard for southeast Asia though. The restaurant was cheap and service was great. The food was good, nothing special. The pool was nice but it's right at the front of the hotel and the privacy isn't the best. The cleaners did leave our window open and we didn't notice until the evening. We had already been in and out of the room a few times, and being on the first floor, we were really surprised to find that this happened. The windows are blocked though so no one could have gotten in. Also the wifi does not work well at all on the first floor room we were in, but it was fine in the lobby. I'd definitely recommend this hotel, mainly for the super friendly staff.

The hotel is 5-10min walking distance from the city center. All the areas of the hotel are very clean. The room was big with lot of space. There's a balcony for smoking. The hotel stuff was very helpful to provide you whatever you might need,from information till to arrange you a room massage. Opposite of the hotel there's a local restaurant, and near by in every direction they're also lot of restaurants. The breakfast was good. The swimming pool was clean. It's all what you need for a relaxing vacation in a calm neighbor.

Very friendly staff. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was average and not much choice. Pool was also very small and situated at the front of the hotel, which was strange. However it was private and not overlooked. We paid 36 USD per night, including breakfast. Good value but plenty of better hotels in Siem Reap.

Booked a month ago and paid the money. they were told that they had no room after we arriving at 10pm. then taken us to a guest house with no hot water and dirty room.no any apologies.and the hotel did not respond to any complaints after we touched with agoda. The hotel swimming pool is just a small pond. Don’t believe the google map’s fake pictures. the only good thing is breakfast. Delicious. But Irreparable bad effects on us of this trip.

I love everything here. Each time I go to Siem Reap, I stay here. Rooms are large and come with good prices you cannot find in Bangkok. Friendly staff. Their inclusive breakfast is also very good. Not a problem with hygiene. Highly recommended!
