Fantastic wee find. Our second time here. Roasted monkeynuts served with drinks. Saff friendly, fantastic food and value for money. I would definitely recommend.

I visited Bora Cafe multiple times during my stay in Lagos. They had comfy and cozy benches, the food and drinks were affordable, and it was just a beautiful little place to chill out and read whilst sipping on a sangria. The service was great and the food was spot on. Would highly recommend stopping by.

This is one of the most beautiful places in Lagos. Super chilled atmosphere. We got som Detox Juices 😍 and the Soup of the day and Beet Hummus ❤️ Sooo delicious.

Google
Great little cafe in Lagos with a very laid back and relaxing atmosphere. We just stopped for a snack which was excellent. Service was good and the price reasonable. Happy to go back there sometime.

Best cafe in Lagos! Amazing food and the staff are friendly and accommodating with any allergies or food preferences. We've been going here for years and love the salads, omelettes and smoothies! Also you have to try a herbal tea in one of their tea pots with a flower on the cup! Fresh fruit on the tables daily and great wifi to FaceTime with family or get some work done. The cafe is open plan with pretty seating, cushions, and blankets at each table. Highly recommended! :)

Good tasty salads and freshly squeezed juices... Which is a pity since this is probably the slowest service you will ever get. We waited around 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our food, which consisted of a single salad and two toasties. While the place was full when we sat down nobody explained the wait times... My coffee came after about 20 minutes, the juice in about 30, and then we waited (along with everyone else at the other tables). It's a real shame since we liked the food! To finish things off, another surprise awaited... they don't take cards, which meant I had to go to one of the Euronet ATMs (surcharge of 2.95 EUR per withdrawal) to get cash and be able to pay. Don't go there unless you aren't hungry, thirsty, and have a couple of hours to kill!

Google
Waited 1 hour to get the most overpriced and worst tasting brunch board ever. 16,50€ for dry scrambled eggs, one piece of toast!!! and a mini croissant. It is so bad

Google
Stopped by the cafe for a takeaway juice but firstly they had no oranges available (might be common occurance in Portugal I’m not sure). But I waited about ten minutes for my juice to be made which I found quite awkward as they had nowhere for me to wait for my takeaway and told me to wait by a table where a group of people were enjoying their dining experience. Aside from that the juice was lovely and fresh and I grabbed a pastel de nata to go as well which was a very yummy pastry. Lovely cafe just maybe more designed for dine in.

Yelp
Breaking my rule, eating at the same place twice. Good spot for breakfast, fresh fruit stuff- smoothies, juices and açaí bowls. Good coffee as well.

Yelp
Food is excellent! Omelette: super light and fluffy with a bit of crisp on the edges €5 Salads: tuna and beet one was offered. Portion is pretty plentiful and fresh ingredients €8 We tried the hot chocolate €2.50 and espresso €o.65 Espresso was super bitter and the hot choc wasn't the best. Soup: very good but it would be better if it was hot and not just warm €1.80 Service was good. Kind of a seat yourself. We went at a peak time around 12:30 and there were only two servers so it took a bit before she got to us. Cons: - There was a mix up with the orders since we switched to a larger table so the couple who had our old table got their/our food first - forgotten to give us cutlery for one of us that got the omelette earlier - forgot two out of three of our drinks and apologized for the late service of it They were super busy so we were more forgiving that the service wasn't perfect. Yelp
I came here for breakfast and had a tasty and healthy looking omelette with salad. The atmosphere is very cozy and stylish decor. Free wi fi as well.

Yelp
This is a great place for brunch. We had salad, omelette, toast, soup and smoothies/juices/coffee. The vegetarian omelette and salad were the best of all. The coffee was quite bitter. The smoothies were great and so were the detox juices. The service was normal, we had to ask for tissues/paper towels.

Yelp
Wholesome filling breakfast. Patio/ garden-like surroundings fit the theme of the restaurant. If you order the omelet skip the vegetarian as they all come with salad. Great way to start your day!

Yelp
Delicious spot for lunch! The Special Bora club (you need a fork and knife!) and Mozzarella tapas along with a few beers hit the spot! Great service too!

Yelp
It was ok. Nothing special. The vegetable soup (soup of the day) was by far the most boring and bland soup I've ever eaten. My husband's tuna sandwich was good. Wth all of the other options over the area I wish would have chosen another place. The ambiance is great, though, as is their house wine.

Yelp
Really cute cafe and the prices are very reasonable. I was really excited for the juices and fresh food, however, the food was lacking in flavor quite a bit - both the omletter and the toast were pretty bland. I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 3 because of the nice outdoor seating area and the overall atmosphere.

Yelp
The Algarve has a problem, it doesn't have many good coffee shops. However, Bora is somewhat decent. Good food, lovely atmosphere, service is good at times but can get very slow at midday, however coffee is not brilliant - best I found in Lagos though. It is worth the visit. It is situated on two side of a side street, not too busy with passers by, you are undercover so away from the sun. They offer lovely salads, smoothies and juices; made from organic fruit and vegetables. The waitress was so lovely it was her that made us return almost daily, oh and the smoothies. Just avoid the coffee, oh and their house wines.

Yelp
Great place for a dinner. Huge portions and healthy food. The Bora Cafe proposes nice detox juices and delicious smoothies. We ordered salmon salad and omelette and both were just perfect. Amazing atmosphere, design and delicious food makes this place a good choice.

Yelp
The food is good and sufficient for a breakfast. The staff is great and attentive. Probably you might end up having the English breakfast though... Have a good choice of juices and smoothies.

Yelp
Very touristy place Expensive Take more than an hour for a simple toast n juice Stay away

Yelp
Laid back place to take a break from the heat. Cool terrasse directly on the street. The whole menu is pretty cheap, with huge omelets for less than 5 euros and fresh drinks and smoothies. Service is very welcoming. A very nice experience in Lagos !

Yelp
Plenty of seating and we we're sat just as we arrived. Ordered two coffees along with our breakfast and a juice. Waited about 20 minutes for the coffees and an hour for the rest. Food and juice was nice but service was painfully SLOW while trying to start our day in Algarve. Decent spot if you have got nothing else to do otherwise skip.

Yelp
I don't understand why this place was rated so well. Nothing was fresh- instant coffee and eggs, frozen bread and vegetables. Yes they have healthy options, but I don't think an omelette essentially deep fried is healthy. Cute ambiance, but maybe stick with the smoothies or something that you won't mind not being fresh tasting.

Yelp
If you're looking for fresh, organic, healthy and excellent food in Lagos, Bora Cafe is the place for you! The juices are delicious, the beet and apple juice with ginger added is my fave! We got soup and salad and both were great and portions huge! One thing to note is the address listed here on Yelp is incorrect, it is actually located right outside the main plaza. Just look for the cutest little cafe with a bunch of wooden chairs and tables with fruit bowls on them! I highly recommend Bora Cafe!!

Yelp
Great place to spend a few hours. they have a excellent near 100% organic menu with great fruit juices, salads, etc. They also have a free internet hot spot. or you can use there net terminals. great mood music, cool spot. LOVE IT

Yelp
If I can give this restaurant negative stars I would, horrible customer service and very bad bad food. Eggs were so old that they were grey. We felt sick as soon as we ate from it. Do yourself a favor and do not go here at all. Also the owner was very rude

Yelp
We had an excellent breakfast. One of our best in Portugal. The omelettes and muesli with fruit were great.

Yelp
My all-time favorite café on a recent trip to Lagos. I came here every day for my coffee and breakfast sandwich, sometimes even for lunch in the same day! Fresh juices, delicious sandwiches and salads. Not a day went by that I didn't come here. The staff was so friendly, they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this café to anyone spending time in Lagos. It's one of those places where you know a lot of heart is put into everything they do and it shows.

Yelp
Two stars. One for the decor and the other for the smoothies. The sandwiches however will sorely disappointing. Trust me when I say unedible. Its basically a two ingredients, salmon/ham/etc and cold un-toasted white bread. No flavor whatsoever, basically a ham sandwich. I really tried to swallow it down but ended up giving it back. The waiter wasn't the happiest but I couldn't believe that the food was soo bad. They kind of haggled us but we had to stand up for what is right. The worst part is that my super bland, super basic white bread sandwich took 30 minutes to come out. I didn't even have an appetite when it came out. The owner came out to try to help and got a little angry at my wife. We just left because we did not want to deal with it. I wouldnt make this place my first choice. There a tons of places with better food. If you do not eat out often and are not really particular about food, go. If you are a foodie and are expecting to have your taste buds tickled as you enjoy your visit to Portugal, stay away.

Yelp
Very good food for l quite cheap, but rude and inattentive service. I was given the wrong change and politely went back to have it fixed, but was told off and laughed at. This was our first lunch after arriving in Lagos and we had heard great things. Great food, cute area, but bad service. Will likely no be going back.
