"This classic Italian trattoria is easy to miss in Grayton Beach, but not easily forgotten once you’ve tasted their bolognese sauce. A longtime staple of the 30A dining scene, Borago's menu features Italian staples like arancini, house-made focaccia, and a variety of pasta dishes like penne with hot Italian sausage — my personal favorite." - Travel + Leisure Editors

This place is fantastic! We had dinner in June 2025 while enjoying a little staycation at the Hibiscus Bed and Breakfast. We live in Niceville, about 15 minutes away, and I service this area in my real estate business. I have driven by the restaurant several times and was glad to finally have an excuse to stop in. The restaurant was delightful. Our server, Tom, told us about the establishment and described a delicious special that we decided to order. It was wonderful! His recommendation was spot on. My husband had the special, while I enjoyed the chicken fettuccine. We finished the night with tiramisu and a chocolate crème brûlée, which Tom suggested topping with caramel gelato. It was delicious! This place had a welcoming environment and knowledgeable staff. Keep Tom around, he was a delight. Sonja Rankin Realtor® Realty One Group Emerald Coast

Boragos in Santa Rosa Beach has great food, a fun atmosphere, and phenomenal customer service. Their bread and oil are amazing! Just don’t expect Olive Garden prices. The only downside was being told only outdoor seating was available, yet the place was empty when we arrived, with seating inside the whole time we sat there and ate…The front desk staff seemed more interested in their phones, but our waiter was fantastic. I’d 100% go back!

Had to try the mushroom ravioli after reading the reviews and it was superb! Our table of 4 were all pleased with everything they ordered. Th had the eggplant lasagna and it was wonderful! The Negroni cicktail...perfection.

Why haven't we been here sooner?!? We don't know the answer to that, but we know we will be back soon and often as locals. We we very impressed with the menu, the quality of the food, specialty drinks and the service. The only negative we found was that the noise level was loud. We would love to bring our elderly mothers, but know the heightened noise would not be to their liking. Otherwise, it was a perfect dinner, and we will he back soon.

Google
Borago has become one of our favorite restaurants in 30A! The service has been great each time and the food is absolutely incredible! We love the veal meatball appetizer as well as the calamari. Every pasta dish we have tried has been delicious, my personal favorite is the Chicken Linguine and my husband’s favorite is the Angel Hair with Pan Seared Shrimp. And of course the Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée for dessert as well as the seasonal Berry Crisp! If you are looking for a truly delicious meal then this is the place to go! Be sure to make reservations.

Google
Loved the food and our server Jess was so sweet and friendly. We had the arrancini which was really good. Their marinara is fabulous (like my moms!) I had the Angel hair shrimp with prosciutto and it was SO delicious. It was creamy and the flavor was mouthwatering. My husband had the tortellini bolognese and really enjoyed it. The wine selection was also quite good. We did not like the tiramisu though. Tasted too much like alcohol. But we will definitely eat here again.

Google
Best Italian dinner on 30A. Italian food is the culinary language of passion and love, and nowhere does it better than Borago. Their fresh ingredients and rich flavors provide the savory experience you keep coming back for. Pros: - attentive service - experienced and knowledgeable staff - fresh ingredients - authentic flavors - original elements to every dish - excellent menu - artisan wines - tasteful atmosphere - experienced and accommodating kitchen - thoughtful management Cons: - expensive for the US, not for the area - occasionally very busy + loud - no reservations over 8 people - not many seasonal offerings

Google
Our party of 6 was treated to exceptional service. 2 of us had the grouper, 1 had chicken Marsala and the rest had pasta dishes. The food was seasoned and cooked properly. I am deducting 1 star however because the grouper portions were incredibly small for $45. Also, as a party of 6 we were subjected to a 20% service charge. This automatic add-on is usually reserved for 8 or more.

Michael L.

Yelp
We dined there last night and here are our observations. First, the service (Jessie) was superb and on point. It couldn't have been much better! The food was tasty and presented in an appetizing manner. Two of us had the grouper, one had chicken Marsala and three others had pasta. The portion sizes we adequate, except for the grouper dishes. $40+ is a lot to pay for one small medallion of grouper. The ambiance was just ok. Lighting was a little too bright and we expected a little more upscale offering. Linen tablecloths would have been nice. Lastly, we were not fans of the 4% surcharge for using a credit card. All-in-all we had a nice evening enjoying some pretty tasty Italian.

Whitney L.

Yelp
Overall it was just okay to us. We made reservations and I told them it was for our wedding anniversay. The lady told me she had the perfect table for us in the back corner, dim lighting, etc. When we got there, we were sat at a different table because the table she had in mind had someone's dog stroller and shopping bags sitting on it. So instead we sat at the Lululemon store, which is just so odd to me sitting next to clothes and people shopping, and very very bright lights. This wasnt romantic in the slightest, but oh well. For a place that is reservation recommended and only open minimal hours, I expected something a lot nicer than sitting on the front porch of the Lululemon store. The menu is definitely overpriced for what you get. You only get one basket of four pieces of bread, and after that you have to pay six dollars for bread. The most disappointing was the $21 scallops appetizer, that only comes with 3. Literally 3 scallops......wow The pasta we got was good, but nothing special. Doesnt come with salad, had to pay extra. We have no reason to go back.

Mckenzie B.

Yelp
The dinner and service was exceptional. I came here with my family and everything was amazing. I got the angel hair pasta and it was both spicy and delicious. My sister got the salmon and she said it was cooked perfectly. The drinks came out quickly and the menu was very diverse. The ambiance was amazing and the dinner was one of the best i've had in a while.

Tanya P.

Yelp
Wow wow wow. A friend at the pool recommended that we try this place during our recent 30A visit. He said it was a "best-kept local secret". You do have to call to make a reservation, but that is pretty typical on 30A. Our waiter mentioned that this is one of the last owned and operated restaurant by chefs. The chefs looked up and wavbed to us from the open kitchen. I was a little surprised seeing that they only have a 4.1 star average, because our food was exceptional. My sister had the special (bolognese and cream added), I had the chicken picatta, my other two guests had the eggplant lasagna and the shrimp with angel hair. We were so impressed and truly grateful a local gave us the recommendation. Thank you for the hospitality and great food! PS the espresso martini is great!

Trish K.

Yelp
I can see why this place is attractive. The front courtyard is landscaped, the outdoor patio has plenty of space and heaters, and the bar area is long and comfortable. They allow dogs in the patio area - a bonus. And oddly, the "restaurant" wall side (of the patio) is a glass enclosure of the Lululemon store. I'm not sure I've ever seen this type of collaboration before (sitting next to racks of athletic wear while eating $$$ food). The patrons were happy and friendly; and the staff was attentive. And the service was good. But sadly, I wouldn't go out of my way to return. I would be fine eating here again in a general "follow the crowd" type of way because there's nothing wrong with the restaurant, but there was no wow factor. **I say this as a traveling non-local who's eaten at a plethora of restaurants. -- For all I know, it may be the best restaurant/option in this town. The reason I'm not drawn back is while the food was fresh, it was very bland. I was stunned that fish (grouper) with olives and artichokes was "bland" which also makes me doubt it's $30+ price tag. I'm so surprised by the lack of taste bud explosion with this dish. The pre meal bread and oil was a low wow factor as well. (the dessert was delicious!) Bring cash! They make you pay a 4% surcharge for using plastic. Or as they put it, you get a "discount" for paying cash (which is the price on the menu). Another oddity for a restaurant of this echelon. All is all - the $64 pricetag for water, 1 meal, 1 dessert, and tip (and surcharge) wasn't worth it.

Yelp
**Attention all residents and visitors of any beach in easy distance to Santa Rosa Beach!!!** Fresh, made in-house pasta and sauces! Sit tight, I've got some major raving for this one! We began with what turned into a 4-course meal; the veal meatballs, wild mushroom ravioli, and fried calamari. Between the 5 of us, we each had a taste of each option and they were all incredible. The ravioli was by far my favorite--save the house made focaccia bread for the ravioli broth! We all enjoyed salad options as our second course. A couple of us chose the mix greens, others chose Caesar and the arugula salads. Fresh and not one bit of wilted lettuce found. The dressing were obviously made in-house as well. DELICIOUS! I ordered the off-menu option, the Priscilla. Their homemade bolognese sauce, blended with crushed red pepper mixed with angel hair pasta--highly recommend if you enjoy a little kick in the pallet. A few other table favorites included the 3-Meat Bolognese (traditional) and another ordered the antipasti pan-seared scallops as their renter and though small portion, it was quite decadent and flavorful. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoyed both the tiramisu and chocolate crème brûlée. We couldn't choose between the two, and they were both totally worth the indulgence! During the slower beach season, it was an easy walk in and sit, but I can guarantee the crowds flock during the peak seasons. Service was very menu savvy, and our server was incredible! I believe our serve's name was Grant--hopefully correct! The one portion of the evening that was right at par and not the most memorable would be the cocktails. Though fresh ingredients-based, still pretty basic. Always ending on a good note, I recommend this to all who have the opportunity to visit this unique area!

Yelp
Food was amazing!!! I had some kind of Angel hair pasta with white sauce. It was so good. The bread was delicious. The waitress was awesome as well. I ordered a mocktail because I was pregnant and the first one was not good that I originally got from the bar while waiting for a table. The waitress fixed it without really asking her. She was very observant and caring! I still think about this food. Give it a try!

Stephanie I.

Yelp
This was the best meal we had during our week stay on 30A. The focaccia was delicious. Our table had a Caesar salad, the penne with hot Italian sausage, the chicken linguine (the best dish!), and the chicken piccata. Their Aperol spritz was also really good. Our waiter was so nice and attentive. We sat on the screened in porch at sunset and it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Nick S.

Yelp
WoW, Italian done right. What a gem on 30a. Chefs with Johnson and Wales background you cannot go wrong. Jaren, our waiter has been here six years, everything on point. Thank you Jaren! Veal meatballs over fresh cooked polenta, amazing! Wife had eggplant lasagna and I creamy seafood fricassee, to die for. Thank you all for an incredible evening. We will be back soon... P.S. chocolate creme brulee out of the park!

Tish W.

Yelp
Definitely lives up to its reputation! The chicken piccata (gluten-free) was the best I've ever had and my husband's salmon was even better!! To top it off, we had an excellent server, Jaren, who was attentive & professional. Also, really loved the beautiful mural and the ambience was perfect.. Definitely coming back but suggest y'all make reservations because I think the secrets out and how good they are.:)

Kathryn M.

Yelp
Incredible food, environment, and service! They are 10/10 on every aspect. I have to come here every time I'm in town - particularly for the tiramisu! Besides the food, the people there will go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I left my purse there one night and planned to get it on Monday, not realizing they'd be closed. I got a hold of them and they agreed to meet me on their day off at 7:30 at night so I could fly home the next day. They saved the day for me! I love the people here and I love this place!

Scott H.

Yelp
Excellent Italian fare. Grouper and the Hot Italian Sausage meals were delicious. The calamari was fried perfectly but the breading to calamari ratio was a bit high. The cocktails were perfect: The Ernesto and OF. Troy was a wonderful server.

Karen W.

Yelp
The food and service were both top notch. We had the arachini and calamari for small plates. My husband had the pork tenderloin and I have the sautéed shrimp with angel hair/ both excellent! Get the crème brûlée with salted caramel gelato-just do it!!

A C.

Yelp
Small chef owned restaurant with unique Italian and seafood menu offerings. The service was quick and professional. Parking was tight, but manageable. Pretty dining room with an open air kitchen. There is a patio area as well that is on the 30A side of the building, which is situated next to the entryway to the Lululemon store. We were glad to have made a reservation the same day as it was busy.

Jen S.

Yelp
Ordered a pasta dish with pan seared shrimp and got what looked like frozen shrimp cocktail. The owner asked how our dinner was and I said the shrimp was not pan seared. He assured me it was yet it was about as white and soggy as you could get. Definitely not fresh shrimp or pan seared. Definitely will not be back. Very expensive for the quality of food they are serving.

Gigi P.

Yelp
I love this place. It is my go to on 30A. I am gluten free so can't have pasta there, but I have asked them to work on that. Everything is good and the bartenders and servers are fun and fantastic! I never get steak out but I tried theirs on my last visit, and it was cooked to perfection. I would have licked the plate-but you know, not something you do in a restaurant! Can't wait to go back.

Tracy D.

Yelp
We made a reservation for 8 pm and showed up 60 mins early. They didn't seat us until our reservation time but we enjoyed a bottle of wine on the outdoor seating area. It was very crowded and busy. Once we got seated indoors the space was too loud and hard to enjoy our dinner. Our server was great. Wish we could've just eaten outside.

Vicki H.

Yelp
As many years as we have been traveling to 30A we had never visited Borago. What a mistake!! The food was incredible. I could have made a meal out of the focaccia and olive oil dip they bring to the table when you arrive. So soft and yummy. We shared several starters with our friends. It's hard to say which one was our favorite. I think the scallops and maybe the mushroom ravioli. My husband and I both had the special and was it ever special. The angel hair pasta with the bolognese sauce just a hint of heat was delicious. Even with the half orders we both had some leftover to take home with us. Maybe because we had too much goodness before the main meal. I can't say enough about the service. Everyone was very friendly. We were well taken care of! Restaurant has both inside and patio seating. Many patrons seem to be locals or returning patrons. Also, save room chocolate cream brûlée with caramel ice cream! OMG!!!

Jenna L.

Yelp
I've been coming here since I was a kid on vacations and it is really great to see the servers remember us even after I have my own kids now. They put out great quality Italian cuisine with a relaxed but high end vibe to make parents with kids 3-5 feel like they can actually vacation. Shout out to Greg he's the best, my 3 year old still talks about his favorite Italian restaurant at the beach.

Daniel P.

Yelp
WOW this was an amazing meal! Homemade limoncello, bread, pasta and sauce. I was in heaven. We will definitely be back before our vacation is over!!!!

Yelp
My wife and I were looking for something different and special to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We located Trattoria Borago, and I'm glad we did. We frequent this area quite a bit, but somehow we had bypassed this fine resturant many times as it has been in this area for 22 years. The indoor dining area is open to the kitchen and the room is filled with the traffic and banter of the happy guests. A small bar is off to the side, occupied by patrons imbibing craft cocktails and wines chosen from the ample wine list. This restaurant has a large outdoor dining area as well. These folks have the wonderful Italian concept of dining down quite well. There is no rush of turning tables like we Americans are so accustomed to. All of the breads and pastas are made in house and the ingredients are clearly fresh and farm to table. The service was wonderful and attentive. The food was fabulous. We started with a pan seared scallop anti pasta, followed by a garden salad with house made dressing. A great pasta dish with shrimp and prosciutto with red sauce followed by a seafood fricassee completes the meal. Some will say that ambrosia is the food of the god's. I say it lump blue crab meat. The fricassee had scallops, shrimp and crab in a delightful cream sauce with fresh corn and polenta. Truly a delight from start to finish. They do have an ample dessert menu as well, but I felt I had reached the limits of my cholesterol meds and I had to tap out. To quote a friend's mother "You've had and had and now you're not having anything else for a long, long time ." However, it was all worth it and I'm certainly glad we chose Trattoria Borego.

Jill M.

Yelp
This restaurant is sooo good! We went for the first time last night, we will go back again. The restaurant is pretty, the food is amazing and the staff were friendly and attentive.

MIlton S.

Yelp
We had a lovely dinner at Borago this evening; however, the male staff member who brought us coffee near the end of the evening made an offensive remark. He said, "I remember you" in a sarcastic and crude way and seemed to be angry as he walked away, This was just after our charming waitress told us that it was fine to sit and talk as long as we liked. Perhaps someone needs to explore other employment opportunities - where interacting with people isn't involved. Fire him!

Madison D.

Yelp
I cant even begin to say how AMAZING this place is! my boyfriend & I went tonight & it is hands down the best Italian place I've ever been to (& I've lived in italy) The food is immaculate, every single bite is heaven & is completely worth the price! Our waitress was so accommodating & charming, her energy made us feel at home! The vibe was very low key & peaceful. The chef's are incredible. I will forever return to this place every time I come to the beach now!! If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would!! Also if you want your world rocked, order the Priscilla!

Caroline S.

Yelp
Great service for our big group of girls! The bread service was such a great way to start the meal. Cocktails came out pretty quickly, considering our large party and were all good. For an appetizer, we ordered the tuna and it was good. However, it seemed like the arugula was more of the star of the dish and it almost seemed like more of a salad than a tuna focused appetizer, like we were expecting. But it was still good! Then came the Caesar and it was light and fresh. For entrees, I ordered the penne with sausage, and it was a great sized portion and really good. Overall great Italian meal, we'll be back!

Christine F.

Yelp
This was an amazing dinner in Grayton Beach. Nice Italian restaurant - good service and a very delicious meal! Recommended!

Dr. Beauregard H.

Yelp
We have been clocking this place for over 5 years. Why did it take so long to dine here? Don't know, but we have been shortchanging ourselves. We decided to dine here after coming back from a sunset viewing on Grayton Beach. Upon arrival we noticed a perfect little dining nook situated outside directly in front of the main entrance. It was illuminated perfectly and exceptionally quiet. In our opinion, the best seat in the house and we feel lucky we got to sit there. Our server Greg was awesome and gave a brief history of the longevity of the staff and menu. He provided excellent recommendations for wine, apps, and main course. And to top it off, there was the sweetest little black kitty (linguini) that captured the hearts and minds of many of the patrons as she greeted them on the walk to the main entrance. She is well known in the area and has a different name at each restaurant she visits. Once she captured the attention of the hostess, a small can of cat food was brought out and served to her. Loved it. We started off with the mushroom raviolis . Very earthy and rustic. For anyone that likes mushrooms, this is a must try. The sauce is so good we used the remaining complimentary bread to dab it up. I had the Grouper dish . It was cooked perfectly with a delicious crust and served on top of whipped potatoes. I appreciated that the potatoes were just regular whipped potatoes and not overpowered with garlic or any other strong seasoning. My wife had the red chili angel hair. It was a simple dish but checked all the blocks for a delicious and satisfying meal. It's a perfect dish for a vegetarian. She had capers added to the dish and if I ordered this dish, I would want the capers added as well. It's a large portion and took the rest home for Round 2 later. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and will most certainly be back.

Nick N.

Yelp
1star for the worst management I've dealt with in a very long time. 3.7 stars for the food but way over priced for very small portions. 5 stars for the waiter : Jalen. He was patient and friendly. We had reservations for 5 o clock, we wanted to changed it to 6 o clock and they said no. Wouldn't seat us if we did a walk in and we'd have to wait. So we kept the reservation, and made it there by 5. Mind you, 6,630 comes rolling by and plenty of empty tables. We were a party of 6, we ordered plenty to share for a group of girls. We enjoyed: Super strong and expensive drinks wild mushroom ravioli 5-6 raviolis $16 ( but it was pretty good that we had to have another order) Pan seared scallops, (4 scallops? )$19 Caesar salad ($12) Another dish I can't recall Filet mignon( 10/10 would not recommend this. It was over cooked so we sent it back and we had cut into it, I swear one of the girls took one or two bites out of it and they accused us of eating more than half. They took it back gave us a new one and it was still over cooked! The worst part was, they took back the entire dish , all the sides were still there didn't touch that and 90% of the steak and yet they charged us for two over cooked steaks. The manager came over and belittled us. Made a scene and talked loudly where the other tables were now staring. It was very embarrassing and probably the worst customer service/ management I've ever encountered and with that, I would never recommend this place to anyone .

Kids P.

Yelp
We got here at about 5 when the restaurant opens, wasn't very busy not a lot of people were in there. The place was very nice, beautiful flower painting on the wall. Has a enclosed outdoorish eating area. Lots of options on the menu, very good food. Overall I enjoyed this experience.

Linda B. S.

Yelp
Stopped in and had a very good meal! Bread was free what a treat these days . Great service our waiter was very attentive. Cute dining space with lots of color!

Brandy W.

Yelp
Hands down the martini I've ever had!! We have eaten here often and never had a bad meal! We stopped by for a late night drink and dessert. Can't wait to go back. Hidden gem for sure.

Clay R.

Yelp
Been coming for years but prices have gone up and portions down. It's a 30a restaurant but doesn't have the wow factor..adequate.. good service

Lauren G.

Yelp
We've been long time patrons of Borago and the food is usually always good. We visited recently and it seems quality has gone down quite a bit. Hopefully it was just an off night. Service as always was wonderful.

Kaylee C.

Yelp
Best restaurant in Seaside area! My friends and I went here for great Italian food and that is exactly what we got. We had great service the whole night. The staff genuinely cares about your experience at the restaurant. Our server was Luke who had great recommendations about the menu and drinks, I definitely recommend!

Jessie F.

Yelp
This place was absolutely wonderful, I cannot say enough about our experience here. Our server Keith was extremely helpful, funny and an overall great server. The bread, our salad and entrees were delicious. I highly recommend the three meat Bolognese and the chicken linguine. The strawberry and blueberry crumble with vanilla gelato was the perfect ending! It's a shame that the one star reviews concerning Covid precautions are bringing down the overall rating of this restaurant (all servers WERE wearing masks). If you are looking for good Italian and great service, do not let those reviews trick you into not trying this restaurant.

Todd M.

Yelp
Great staff, excellent waiters. The food is well presented, looks great. Unfortunately the food doesn't taste as good as it looks, or as well as it should based off the price. 4 meals, one appetizer, $160. Have had better seasoned calamari was small pizza places. The Spicy sausage pasta was actually over seasoned, the flavor of the sausage was buried in the red sauce which was too salty. The grouper was a nice sized piece of fish, but was bland, not seasoned. The mashed potatoes were well prepared and impressively smooth. Could be a good place with some work. For the price they charge the food needs to be 100% on point to get my return business.

Cobby W.

Yelp
Maybe I got an off night but I was disappointed in my meal. The hostess was very nice and found a table for us without a reservation so for that I am grateful. The homemade bread was very good! I ordered the chicken piccata. There might have been six capers on my plate. It was incredibly bland! Then to compensate, I ordered the fruit cobbler with ice cream. It was all cobbler and very little fruit filling and frankly it was pretty nasty. The cobbler part was also very tasteless! The restaurant also needs to work on acoustics in the main dining area. Concrete floors with no rugs and nothing on the ceiling to help absorb the noise made it hard to have a conversation. Our waiter even commented about the noise. This has always been a really good spot, and like I said maybe I got an off night. For the price though, I would expect much better quality and tasteful food.

Rick L.

Yelp
First time there based on recommendation from good friends. My wife and I sat at the bar because we had no reservations and had the best food and the best time. We were served by Rick who's recommendations were perfect. We shared a variety of excellent food items and the best craft cocktails. We've never been to a place twice in the same visit to 30A, but we will here!

Abbey K.

Yelp
Been to this place several times and I will continue to return! They always have a friendly staff, delicious food and incredible service. They start you off with bread served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I do wish the bread was served warm and they also always run out of bread so try and make your reservation for before 730. However if they do, their appetizers are amazing as well. We started with the calamari, arrcenti (rice balls) and wild mushroom ravioli. All three were just as good as the other! For our drinks we got dirty martini and espresso martini followed by a bottle of red wine. For entrées we started with a Caesar salad and then got the chicken fettuccine, spicy penne (had the perfect amount of spice) angel hair with shrimp and angel hair with chili oil. I would recommend them all!! They do take reservations however you do have to call them for that. I absolutely adore this place and will continue to come back !!

Wes J.

Yelp
Food was really, really good. Well prepared, fresh, not frozen. We started with the Arrancini, and veal meatballs. Both were excellent. Wife had chicken picata and I had spicy sausage penne. I'd order them again for sure. Service was excellent. Waiter was knowledgeable and offered good suggestions.

Lilliana Marie B.

Yelp
My family has been coming here for over 5 years just for the seafood fricase. So yummy and great service!

Shonda Y.

Yelp
When ever I'm on 30A I always eat at Brorago's. The food is delicious. I love sitting at the bar. Rick the bartender is awesome. I enjoy watching him work the bar. He is a great mixologist and knowledgeable about the wine. My husband and I always split a meal so we can enjoy a couple of appetizer. The only thing I could say they could improve on is the noise level But then again it's an Italian restaurant. Hope you enjoy your visit.

Terry T.

Yelp
If you like authentic Italian dining and presentation, don't pass this restaurant up. Superb service [Tom], great presentation, an extensive [and reasonably priced] wine list, and outstanding quality ingredients presented with a unique flair. An Italian gem in the heart of seafood central! Don't miss it!!!

Rebekah D.

Yelp
Love love the fettuccine here with the bits of sweet corn which is so unexpected it's just amazing! The portion is huge a good one to share or have leftovers for lunch. My husband gets the tortellini who's is a much smaller portion but it is the perfect amount. Our waiter Tom is a delight can't wait to see him again this week for din #2 I will post photos from our next din

Yelp
We had a wonderful meal. Food was exceptional as was the service. We had 12 people in our group and they did an amazing job of handling the size of the group.

Yelp
Wow! I'm usually not one for Italian food, but it's what my boyfriend wanted for his birthday, so that's where we went. Needless to say, I am highly impressed with everything about the restaurant! The service was phenomenal, they took our day-of reservation, and our server was very personable. The food was to die for! We asked for half portions which was the perfect amount for both of us. The vibe of the restaurant was elegant, but not pretentious. We will definitely be returning!

Yelp
This was the worst dining experience I've ever encountered in my life. The staff is extremely racist and mean to its customers. I am a brown skin girl from NYC and arrived at the restaurant at 5pm. I was the only one in the dining area and was met with a waiter who seemed annoyed at my being there. He asked me what I wanted to drink and I politely told him I was waiting for 2 of my friends to arrive When my friend arrived, the waiter came and took our drink order which was sweet tea with lemons and when it came, it tasted like ice water. Before he rudely left, my friend asked if she could get some bread and he said only when you order the appetizer???? As if we would just not pay and eat the bread with tea??? Rude. We waited for the waiter to come back and asked if we could get straws to stir the tea (giving the benefit of the doubt). The waiter got mad when we said the tea was tasteless and when we asked for straws he walked away and SIGHED OUT LOUD. My friend and I looked at each other in disbelief. I asked the waiter why he did that and he said he was just exhaling and breathing. Obviously I didn't want to eat anymore after that horrible experience and when my 3rdfriend arrived we left without ordering. We tried to tell the r restaurant manager but she brushed us aside to tend to the other white guests. I have never ever made things a racial issue. But this was 1 brown girl , 1 black girl before the white guy came. This is A RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. and I will pursue this matter.

Yelp
The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. We have a go to Italian restaurant when we visit and opted to try this place instead this trip since it was much closer drive wise. It just didn't stack up. Calamari was super boring and everything else seemed to need seasoning too. Also, the bread is made in advance and is cold when it comes to the table. They should really consider making that in smaller batches. They literally have a container with it that the waiters grab from, and they charge for a second order? Many Italian restaurants will bake bread fresh continuously and give you as much as you want. Will not be back unfortunately.
