🔥Borda Estevet - Auténtica borda en Andorra

I honestly don't understand the reputation of this place. The only positive thing is the service provided by Renato, who treated us very well, with great attention and friendliness. But the food is not worth the price or the reputation. Our intention was to try typical Andorran dishes and we followed Renato's suggestion. One of the dishes was so bad that we couldn't eat it. The potatoes looked old and the dish seemed reheated, not at all tasty. Renato took the dish away and didn't charge us for it. The meat we ordered was cooked to order, but it was also not tasty and didn't seem fresh. I can't say that it was because of the food at the restaurant, but I had diarrhea all night and woke up feeling very sick. Anyway, I don't recommend it!

Suggested by a friend, it was a great place to eat a delicious SCUDELLA. A smooth soup with a mix of ingredients. Not for vegan. We were served a big terracotta pot filled with this delicacy with a good Reforjat wine. Extremely positive food experience.

We ate a delicious lunch here on a Saturday in October. The staff were super nice, spoke good English & welcomed our well behaved Jack Russell & gave him a bowl of water. We had booked via Google; very simple. They were pretty busy (it’s a Spanish holiday weekend so everywhere is really rammed) & we arrived at 13.00 upon opening & we’re glad we’d reserved. We had a beautiful, delicious & generous burrata salad, a couple of croquettes followed by a mixed grill for my husband & lamb chops for me with grilled veg instead of potatoes on request. All of it was excellent. The mixed grill was served on a hot slate which continued cooking the rare meats. Well priced, quality food in a spacious setting. The dessert trolley was tempting, but we had no room left. The glasses of Portuguese house red wine were excellent. All in all; excellent & we’ll happily return. Thanks Borda Estevet!

Wonderful experience, Restaurant a distance from downtown but completely worth it. If you have a car is located perfectly on the main road and has free parking. The restaurant has a nice elegant atmosphere and the service was great, the place was very empty but it was a weekday lunch, I like empty places as you get better service and more personalized, also it feels like you rented the place and you get to choose the best table. Weekday Menu is around 18€ and very good choices. Food was very good and plentiful, pictures below, what I loved is that they have a dessert cart, something not many restaurants have left. All desserts looked good and my choice of cheesecake was excellent. I will go back and recommend everyone to visit this place, in average with wine on a weekday menu expect to pay around 30-35€ per person. Good selection of wines also.

Server recommended 2x chateaubriand for our family of 5, and it was great! Meat was barely roasted on woodstove, then we finished the cooking on hot-plate. With the pepper-sauce and som french fries this was the perfect meal for us. Make it complete with dessert: try the flambé strawberry - its worth the experience!

Tried the trinxat for the first time - loved it! Also they have very good meat options (mixed grill surprisingly good)

Wonderful place to try traditional Andorran food. Service was friendly and helpful, restaurant was warm and atmospheric, food was excellent.

Highly recommend trying out this more traditional food in Andorra. The soup was fantastic, along with the entire meal!
